I just brought a brand new Samsung Galaxy. S26 from T-Mobile, I've only had the phone about 2 months. I started having issues with the phone. I called T-Mobile. They claimed they would send me out a new phone. I get to T-Mobile today. They sent me a refurbished phone and not a brand new phone, and this phone costs $899. And then they wanted me to pay $20, even though I have a warranty on the phone, I'm so sick a T-Mobile right now. I'm going to find another place of business to do business with. My telephone has been overheating not allowing me to retrieve the code from TM to access my account through my email. I spent half of the morning dealing with representative from other countries who I can barely understand and not for nothing they don't know what they are doing. On July 22nd of 2026, I contacted T-Mobile to get internet service. The customer service representative let me know that I have a 15-day grace period to test the service, and if it didn't work for me, I could return the device and disconnect my service without being charged. After trying it, my household and I found the service to be poor. I even missed a very important live webinar and rescheduled 2 of my customers' Zoom calls because the video feed was frozen. I returned their device on August 2nd, 2026, before their so-called "grace period" ended. The customer service staff in the store made a call and disconnected my internet. I asked her if there was anything on my end that should be done, because I don't want T-Mobile to charge me and then refund me. She told me that everything is done, and I received two emails that showed they received the device and my account got canceled. Today, August 14th, 2026, they charged me the monthly fee. I contacted them, and they responded that it takes a month for them to process the end fee, so they will refund me in 30 days. This is a scam. If a company advertises a product or service for free, it should be free. If they want to charge you and refund your money, they need to tell you before they provide the service. I dealt with companies before that clearly stated that they get their fee and they return it within a certain amount of time, and to this day they have my trust. But today I lost my trust in T-Mobile, and I will never trust them again. If I could put no stars, I would put none. Because I heard lies from customer service (wrong training), the service was poor (glitchy internet), and very slow processingss for the fee that shouldn't be charged (scam and stealing). read more

Then they refused to pay my old phone off like they advertised from Verizon. I tried to return to T-Mobile and had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. On April 19, I called to port in my number with a promotion. I spoke with three different representatives--none of them could help. One of them even sold me a watch without giving me the account credentials to manage it. After 4-5 more calls, I was told to go to a store. At the store, I was embarrassed to find out the promotion I was promised didn't even exist. I decided to return the watch, but after going home and calling customer care again, they told me I had to go back to the store. I was sent in circles the entire time. The lack of coordination, clarity, and accountability is unacceptable. Policies are so complicated that even their own staff can't explain them. I'm currently going through cancer treatment, and this kind of unnecessary stress is the last thing I need. Customers deserve better than this. Think twice before choosing T-Mobile. read more

They told me I need the watch plus plan even though I had previously been using the same watch on the basic plan. The assistant retail manager didn't even ask me to switch just did it. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years. I have enjoyed good service. BUT had a different experience at the Los Feliz store recently. Marvin at the Los Feliz is a TERRIBLY RUDE manager. I kindly requested printed documentation for my extra WiFi cancellation which he rudely refused. On top that he tried to keep the service on my account extra time so I that I would be charged another monthly fee. And I haven't even used the extra WiFi service in months. I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from T-Mobile. Yesterday, I called and spoke with a representative named Fab regarding my account. My monthly bill has been much higher than expected, and I should be on the 55+ plan, but that has not been the case. I explained that I am on a fixed income and have experienced financial hardship, which has caused me to make some late payments. My service had been disconnected, and I made two reasonable requests: 1. That the restoration fee be waived as a one-time courtesy. 2. That my payment arrangement be moved to a later date because it was scheduled only one week after I had just made a payment to restore my service. Given that I live on a fixed income, I was simply asking for a little flexibility. Unfortunately, I did not feel that Fab was truly listening to my concerns. It seemed as though he was only listening to respond rather than to understand or help resolve the issue. I then asked to speak with a supervisor. Fab told me that his supervisor would tell me the exact same thing he had already said. He placed me on hold for approximately one to two minutes, returned, and stated that his supervisor, Hannah, instructed him to repeat the same response. I again asked if I could speak directly with Hannah, and Fab refused, saying she would only tell me the same thing. My concern is not only that my requests were denied, but that I was not given the opportunity to speak with a supervisor after specifically requesting one. Customers should have the ability to escalate their concerns when they feel their issues are not being addressed. Refusing to allow a customer to speak with a supervisor reflects very poorly on T-Mobile's commitment to customer service. I have been extremely disappointed by this experience. Because of the way I was treated, I am actively considering switching to another wireless provider. Based on this experience, I would not recommend T-Mobile to others. I would appreciate someone from T-Mobile's management or Executive Response Team reviewing my account, addressing why I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor, and reconsidering my requests for a one-time restoration fee waiver and a more reasonable payment arrangement date. Worst company to deal with for customer service. Cancelled a line two years ago and they continued to take money out of my account. It was only $9.00 per month, so ignored it. Then finally went to a T-Mobile reseller and he said he couldn't cancel. I asked him to call the Reseller Customer Service and he did. The Reseller Customer Service rep was able to help me by createing a new PIN and closing an account. Then two weeks later, I get a collection agency calling me saying I owe $58.50 on the account. Keep in mind, they have been taking $9.50 out of my bank account for two years that they should not have been taking. Really upsetting. Then, I call their toll free number and they AI says I can get a call back. Of course, no call back. I call today and get a lady for 30 minutes trying to get the $58.50 taken off the closed account and she hangs up on me. I call back, wait 30 minutes and spend 30 more minutes with another off shore customer service rep. He says they will take off the money, but I have to call back next month after they bill me again? I tell him the account is closed and they should be billing nothing. He finally says the will credit me the $58.50 and any future billing. I don't have much faith this will happen and I will continue to have a problem with them. Unbelievable. The line already been broken twice by bicycle lists everybody that comes out and says that the guy that installed it did a terrible job. They said that they were gonna put a rush on burying the line. I live in lakes country MN. switched to T-mobile from a pre-paid plan in December 2025 when my husband retired and gave up his company phone. we got a great deal on an unlimited phone plan for us both and 5g home wi-fi. Everything was great, initially. Then summer came, and all services tanked. We have to reset router repeatedly, have moved it, done the call to 611 which was a joke. Yes, our population doubles here in the summer and T-Mobile doesn't accommodate that surge. Today I was home alone here 5 miles from anyone and I could get no service, cell or wi-fin nothing would go through! I finally called 611 and waited 30 minutes for a call back only to have a tech do cursory resets, speed test and tell me to try it for a week and call back. When I told her I was pretty concerned today when I could not get any service at all and wondered if 911 would even work! She commented, oh it should work. I will be escalating this. We switched to T Mobile from ATT and they signed us up for a plan with 4 voice lines. We didn't need 2 of the lines but the rep told us that was the best plan. We switched back to ATT and now we were charged for an additional month of service. T Mobile will not allow us back onto the online account as we have no active numbers. I called customer service, they told me only my wife could get the bill fixed so I added her. They to rep said we could only get the bill fixed at the store. The store told us we needed to go to an experience store. We called billing and they said to go to a store without mentioning an experience store. It's obvious that none of these people know what they are doing and it's all a big game to keep billing us for as long as possible. Lastly, their network is not nearly as good as ATT. Over 12 years customer multi family account/ contract. We rarely go for upgrades as we are practical people. Not into the latest gadget or trend. My husband's phone is a bit old tech despite having it barely 2 years. We are up for trade in or upgrades for all our lines. The only reason husband needs a trade in / upgrades is due to his phone having some malfunction defect. It is actually swelling! So Tmobile refuses to trade/ upgrade due to the condition. BUT the old tech the phone will not be recycled it will be garbage even if it was in great condition its OLD TECH. Bottom line of 5 hours bouncing from Rep to Rep to Supervisor. Including one physical store in Illinois, my husband is OTR trucking on the road for work and its imperative for a phone. I called in about choppy service. They said they would reset my connection. I agreed. Next thing I know they reset all of my personal data and erased my saved voicemails!!! Sentimental ones that I couldn't believe were gone! I cried for hours. No reason to erase someone's voicemails and not tell them. No warning. At least they could have told me that resetting my phone connection involved erasing voicemails. When I called in, they offered no consolation, just a reference to their legal terms with absolves them of all care and responsibility for any lost data at any time... even if they are the ones deleting your data without consent! Received a letter from T-Mobile-Financial-7727 (per the letterhead) claiming that I had appliedfor services or devices from T-Mobile. I did not, of course. I called the toll-free number in the letter to get this straightened out, and after 20 minutes on hold, they hung up. Went to the local T-Mobile retailer, got a different toll-free number, and tried again. Again it took more than 8 minutes to get to an allegedly-human agent. He took my information, and put me on hold. Eventually I hung up. My time is worth more than this. After this experience, there is no way in the universe I would ever sign up with T-Mobile. If you give a customer a faulty device and they call to ask for a replacement, this should be a 5 minute convo. Faulty device give to customer=send replacement. Instead this took HOURS and in the end the agent, who had already promised to send a replacement, ended up telling me I should go the store. Before that, I called the business line I found online, spent 25 minutes with the agent authenticating and verifying me, only to have them say it was the wrong department and I got transferred and had to start from scratch. Second agent used up ten minutes of my life asking me questions, then said it was the wrong department and transferred me but promised to ensure I would get the right department this time. Third agent used up 45 minutes. I said at the beginning that I did NOT have time to go to the local store because they keep me waiting for literally hours and was calling because I did not have much time. Agent said not to worry, he would help me. All I wanted was a replacement for my faulty mesh booster. He tried to send me a replacement for the modem gateway instead and I said, no, this will take more time, I will have to go to the store to activate it, I do not have time for the store. 45 minutes on the phone, then I said I had to go and to call me back. He said don't worry, he will get my fault mesh booster replaced. Agent calls me back 45 minutes later, and tells me the mesh booster is "not available" and his "advice" is that I should go to the store. I hung up, having lost large parts of a lovely spring afternoon and got NOTHING in return. read more

I've had to call every month for the past four or five months because my bill has been wrong. I've also had my plan there since 2010 and my phone number there since 2002, and they talked me into changing my plan to an updated one that would be better, faster, and cheaper!! It's been the opposite! I was told my bill would stay within the $284 range and it's at least $100 more. I am writing this review for general information and warning about canceling service for T Mobile internet. I submitted a cancellation for service in the middle of a billing cycle and was told that the service would be cancelled and that they would send the return paperwork at the end of the billing cycle and that I could return equipment to the store but they would not be able to process until the end of the billing cycle. This is incorrect information, if you wait until the end of the billing cycle to turn on equipment then you are charged for the entire billing cycle. I finally had a customer service person tell me to go to a T Mobile store, turn in the equipment and sevice will stop that day. I took the equipment into the store and the employee told me that I should have just brought it in, they did not have to wait until the end of the billing cycle. The customer service agent on the phone stated that is a service industry standard to wait to turn equipment in at the end of the cycle, my new company said that is incorrect and that they stop service when you call to stop service. T Mobile is basically stealing money from people for providing false information to customers who are canceling service. I have kept a copy all the chats with T Mobile to have a record of the false information there customer service is providing. I hope this review gets read by many people and hope to help many to stop paying T Mobile service fees that they should not be paying. read more

They all told me the monthly bill that came was the final bill. I had to explain to them their own bills and prove that it wasnt. Even they were still too incompetent to get us one.
