Ari responded right away and worked around my schedule to get me right in. He gave options and replaced the screen and put a free screen protector on. I was out the door in 15 minutes. His price, very fair. For comparison, the last time I had the screen repaired through AT&T insurance, I had to book days in advance and it was a 3 hour repair. When the screen started behaving in strange ways, he had me come back in, again, working around my commitments. This feels like a bait-and-switch for loyal customers, especially military families who signed up believing their plan would remain stable. Customers with financed devices are essentially stuck because leaving means dealing with the remaining device balance, while staying means accepting a higher monthly bill. I have been loyal to T-Mobile since 2012, but this experience has completely changed how I view the company. Very disappointing and not what I expected from a company that promotes itself as customer-friendly. One star.
