T-Mobile employee's own handwriting on a company card with a cell phone number that wasn't even hers.
    Miss G.

Bait and Switch! If you're considering a mobile carrier change to T-Mobile, be forewarned. I came here to this particular store during the holidays with my SO because of their great Yelp ratings. I got roped into a nightmare that still hasn't ended instead. God, why did i leave Verizon Wireless again?! T-Mobile offers to pay off your existing phone payments to switch over. The catch is, you have to lock yourself into a device payment contract with them in order to have your old phone paid off by T-Mobile. So, I asked to upgrade to an iPhone 8 Plus (i was switching from my Verizon 7s Plus). I also specified that i needed the iPhone 8 Plus model with the largest storage capacity available, due to the ridiculous amount of photos and video i take. The saleswoman launched into a long explanation about how Photostream and iCloud have new features that didn't require as much storage on your phone. She assured me that large storage capacities really aren't needed anymore (I found out later that the store didn't have any stock left of the phone i wanted because of the holidays - she was just pushing me to buy any iPhone they had left to sell). She also handed us a business card with her direct cell phone number written down on it, promising to personally assist us with getting my old Verizon phone paid off through their Carrier Freedom program. "It's easy!" she said..... The cell phone number she gave us wasn't her number. I ended up sending messages to a random number and getting no response back. After i physically walked back in to the store to address my new phone issues (new iCloud contacts being deleted, zero access to my photos without a proper cellular or WiFi connection, etc.) i was informed that the saleswoman who sold me the phone no longer worked there. When I asked to speak to the manager (a woman with short, blonde hair) she told me that there was nothing they could do to address or rectify my dissatisfaction with my customer service and now sub-par phone. I was factually informed that I'm now past the 15-day window of time to take the device back and they weren't even able to charge me a re-stocking fee to switch to the one i had originally asked for. Geez, i wonder why this employee doesn't work there anymore, hmmmmm? "Oh, but you can certainly upgrade early to the phone you originally wanted for another $200!" It got worse. Every time I uploaded my outstanding Verizon Wireless bill to T-Mobile's Carrier Freedom portal, the upload would either mysteriously sit in queue -or- i would call back in and be repeatedly told my submission was disqualified because not enough detail was provided in the uploaded bill. So, now my credit is being threatened over this. My coverage with T-Mobile is terrible. I can't access any of my photos unless i have full bars of service or am connected to WiFi (I work in media, so this is major). I hate my phone, it's not what i asked for and i got bullied into a sale by a dishonest salesperson looking to make a quick holiday commission. Thanks a lot, T-Mobile. I can't wait to escape your money hungry Carrier Hell.
