T-Mobile - Mobile Phones Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

My review is based on the store and not T-Mobile company. The company itself I would give 4 stars to because in the many years I've been with them, I only had maybe one major issue, other than that no complaints. This store is a 3rd party store and supposedly can't do what they call corporate stores. Do note this was a former Sprint Store. I had recently upgraded my device and took it to the store to get everything transferred to the new device properly. When everything was finished I told the rep that my device needed to be returned to the store because of the plan I was on. I was told they couldn't accept the return because they couldn't take something back that they didn't have in inventory, made no sense. Was told to call customer care to get a return label emailed to me. The one thing I always hated about T-mobile was Customer Care and The Store telling very different things. Just like in this case. Customer Care told me my old device has to be returned in store and instore says they can't accept and I must call customer care to get a return label. Once home long story short, I explain to customer care what happened, they reach out to the store manager and do a 3-way call with me and both said to bring my old device in. I go back next day and the manager couldn't get a code to come up on my phone, calls her district manager and was told to take to a corporate store. Closet one was the one further up Dixie. I was told by the manager herself they are a 3rd party store and can't do things the corporate store can. This was all a major headache and I will say to any other T-mobile customer to avoid this store. They don't seem to have it all together. And why be open if they are a 3rd party store and can't do what corporate stores cannot. Side note: The one further up Dixie fixed everything and took my old device in. read more

If I could give this piss poor excuse of a candy shack T-Mobile authorized dealer a NEGATIVE star then I would. Unfortunately this is where my replacement phone was shipped to. One of the associates was talking to her mother on face time "At the counter", may I add the ENTIRE TIME I was in the store. Telling her mother how she redirects customers to Amazon and Walmart to buy T-Mobile accessories but anywho we'll get to that part later. The other girl, Jada, with the extremely loud mouth, couldn't help from joining their conversation while at bare minimum trying to do her job. Let's talk about annoyed. Lack of professionalism at its best. I told her I would transfer my own data to my phone due to them being so damn messy. I didn't want either one of them touching my personal data. But of course that was not good enough because they didn't even have the cord to transfer my data. I had to leave and make my damn way to Thornton's to purchase a cord to get my shit transferred. On my way to the car she comes out yelling, we leaving at 7 come back in the morning. Be mindful that the door sign says they close at 8 but that's another story. I went back in there and told her to give me my old phone and I'll do the replacement tomorrow. Ohh she's starts getting loud talking about I got to think which phone you're supposed to have and that's she has been trying to help when she hasn't did Anything but walk to the back and get my replacement phone. I argued back and fourth with her tacky self, not mention another customer had walked in. I told her she better watch her mouth and her tone. It's apparent that they are used to talking a certain type of way to their customers and doing whatever they want too. Let's call it lack of management. Then she tried to aggressively slide my phone across the counter and that added furry to fire. The other associate STOPPED helping her customer to jump in and start arguing with me.  Which she didn't get off of FaceTime until he walked in. And was blantlty telling him they don't never have anything at that store but who am I! I told BOTH of them they was unprofessional and ghetto. And Jada yelled "We'll just be ghetto then". She is the most pitiful thing I ever seen. I left and went down the street to the "Real T-Mobile" store and spoke with their manager. He said he would contact the liaison at the corporate office, Courtney, and have her to call me. From reviews, customer service is NOT their strong suite at this location. I was extremely disappointed when they sent me to this candy shack instead of the real store to get my phone, where I may add never had a issue. The real T-Mobile actually hires professionals. Unfortunately I have to waste my time with their ignorance in the morning because guess what "they couldn't complete my data transfer". Since they got my old phone I got to go back. Apparently their management is non-existent. read more
