I walked into this location after work in desperate need of a new phone. First I was asked to wait ( I was the only one there) then after some moments we can to an agreement on a phone then a whole family walked in and I was asked to wait again. I wonder now was it my appearance that caused this because I was in my work clothes but the attitude and perception were terrible. After a few minutes I just walked out and found another store exactly less then a mile away with awesome customer service and a associate that helpt me. GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS! I went in for a simple sim card change, and after I saw them scrambling back and forth with several sim cards I knew they broke it. After being there from 1pm all the way up to 6pm, they told me my only options were going to repair shop, or leasing new phone. (AFTER THEY BROKE IT). Even when I was paying for the new phone, I wondered why it was taking so long, for the charge to go through. Alexis, says" oh because we usually take cash only. The majority of our customers don't have papers." HIS WORDS VERBATUM. After I come home ,with new phone, I cannot receive any calls! Nobody over the phone on T-mobile could help. The people in T-Mobile in Centreville couldn't help. so I ended up just cutting the line off. Ive called this store several times and the manager is never there. They took my information and said the manager would get back to me. Im still waiting. ALL THIS HAPPENED over something so simple as switching sim card. read more

Best experience I have ever had with a cell phone provider. Bought a new phone here a few weeks ago. Everything went great, everyone was very helpful. First bill came in and I was charged for protection plan that I denied at time of purchase. Sure enough I check my purchase paperwork and it was not on it. So stopped in to correct the situation on Sunday before Christmas. I was helped quickly by someone I believe was one of the managers, if I recall correctly her name was Jessica? Again everyone was very friendly and helpful. Jessica was great! She quickly came to assist me. She was personable, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She corrected my billing and had everything taken care in a few minutes. Don't think I was in the store more than 10 minutes. Had Verizon and AT&T for years, never had great customer service in store or on the phone with either company. Have been in this store three times, once to change over to T Mobile, then to buy a phone, then this time. All three visits there were very friendly, helpful and provided a great customer experience. read more

What a joke. Do not buy phones here. So i traded a phone which they changed the value after 1 day. Then i try to refund it and they said i owe them money for exchanging. Then they charge me 20 for swapping a sim card. Horrible experience. read more

I had been a big fan of T-Mobile until what recently went down when my mother went in to upgrade her phone. The sales-person offered her a "free" wifi connect card with her upgrade and assured her that she wouldn't be billed unless she decided to use the card. A few months after the upgrade, my sister received phone calls from T-Mobile for my mother about a past due bill. My mother never got a bill for the wifi card, never got an e-mail, a phone call to her T-Mobile number, or even a text for that matter. The only thing she received during that time was her regular monthly bill for her single line. She contacted customer service which has always been spectacular any time I've needed them in the past, about the outstanding amount and explained to the rep. that it was to be free unless activated. The card was still in its original packaging, never opened. The rep. told her to just bring it back to the issuing store for a credit and not to leave until they gave her a receipt that it had been cancelled and credited back. She did just that, went to the store where the lovely sales-person literally called her a "bank robber" for arguing the validity of the early termination fee. I am absolutely appalled that anyone would say that sort of thing to a woman as kind and honorable as my mother. She spoke to the manager of the location who was of no help in getting things straightened out. The sales-person was probably your standard scummy sales person lacking all moral and human decency preying on the naive, but this is not what I've come to expect from T-Mobile. So now my mother is paying two cancellation fees, I'm paying mine. Three more members of my family will hopefully be leaving very soon as well. I plan to be very vocal about how she was treated. Seems like the T-Mobile and AT&T merger is complete in the call centers from the assistance they've offered. You put your money where you mouth is, and these deceitful people will not be getting any more of mine. read more

I signed up with T-Mobile because they let you call family members also on the T-Mobile plan but in my area the service area isn't very large. My calls get dropped for weird reasons and I still seem to get charged for calls to other T-Mobile customers. Have called and gotten poor customer service so I'm done. read more
