Placed an order for a new iphone 17 pro through my verizon app. Received email saying the order would be ready in 2 hours or less... 3 hours later after hearing nothing I went into the store. There are NO patrons in the store and the 2 associates were lying across a table doing NOTHING when I walked in. Now I am sitting here waiting for my order to be filled - but the safe is on a delay so I have to wait for something that should already be ready Worst customer service EVER!!! read more

Associate guy helped set up a second line on my phone plan. Tried to save us money by explaining plans. Not pushy, helpful, and polite. Only issue is very understaffed- there was only one employee to the whole store. There is a long wait sometimes, but it isn't a problem for me personally because the grocery store is across the street and I go wait there sometimes. read more

I will never be coming back to this third party store again. We went on 2/17/25 to get an early upgrade and I asked for a 16 pro max. We went right when they opened and nothing was set up but the girl was very helpful. We told her we wanted a 16 pro max and I assumed what she handed us was it. She told me I would need to turn in my other phone to a corporate office. My husband also got a tablet there as well. Tuesday evening my husband got a notification in the Verizon app that it had been delivered. He went in Wednesday morning when they were open, the door was locked and a guy came to open it. My husband was told his tablet hadn't been processed and to come back at 1:30pm. He goes back at 1:30 doors still locked and the two guys were playing uno the card game. He asks again about his tablet and one of the guys asked if he received a message and my husband said no he got a notification through the app and the guy said if it was ready, you would have received a notification and the tablet was still not processed. My husband asked if they can process it and the guy in a huff said it will be a few mins. He gets the tablet still in the box, so he wasn't sure why it would take all day to process and still not be ready but he got the tablet. Fast forward to Friday I had ordered a case for my new phone and I thought I had ordered the wrong size until I saw in the settings my phone was a 16 pro and not a 16 pro max. We go back to the store same day and the two guys who were playing uno before were there. We asked about correcting the misunderstanding and they said only a manager could do it and he will be coming in at 10am the next day. So we decide will head to corporate store and asked them about exchanging the 16 pro to a 16 pro max and also to return my old phone. Well come to find out we can only do the exchange at the third party store and the store should have kept my other phone since it wasn't paid off. We explained our issue to the lady at corporate and she tried calling the store and it goes to a messaging service ( no one would pick up). She hands me the phone and I give the message service guy my info with what happened. The messaging service guy told me the manager would give me a call that night...I never got that phone call. The lady at cooperate said just return the phone at the third party store and come back to the corporate store and we will get you set up with the 16 pro max. the next morning at 10am we went back to the third party store and the same two guys said the manager wasn't there. We said it's okay we just want to return the phone so a manager shouldn't be needed and they were insistent that only a manager could do it but couldn't tell me when the manager would be in or what his schedule is. I asked them why they couldn't do a return and one guy said it was because they are not authorized. So I said how are you authorized to give phones to customers but you can't process returns. Later on the other guy calls Verizon call center and he told them he didn't know how to process a refund and they couldn't get a hold of the manager. So what finally ended up happening is the Verizon tech on the phone processed the refund and in order to return it we will need to ship through UPS. This store has wasted my time, energy and left me feeling frustrated. read more

This review is specifically for the Verizon authorized Victra Store at Market Circle in Manassas, VA. Today was the second time I have walked out of the store. We got two new iPhones and I wanted a little assistance setting them up, so I set up an appointment for11 this morning. I got there a few minutes early and the one guy was helping someone else and said he would get to me shortly. As he walked by me a little while later, I mentioned that I had an appointment - did that matter? He responded "no, it was first come, first serve". He continued helping the other folks as he should. Again, he walked by me, and I asked how long he thought it would be? Response: "A half an hour to 45 minutes and that he was the only one there." At that point I walked out - really - why encourage people to make an appointment if it is meaningless. The previous time I walked out was another instance where I could not get any assistance. Why does Verizon use these jerks??? I would give then zero if it were an option! read more

I placed an order online and did the curbside pick up. When I arrived the qr code that was on my Verizon app was not working for the sales rep. I had my id, email confirmation of my order and receipt but he needed either the qr code or my pin which I did not know off hand. I felt badly that he had to keep going in and out of the store in the cold weather to get help from the other associates so I went in to see if there was any other way to get my purchase. They told me without the pin they could not give it to me. In my frustration I said fine I will just cancel the order and go back to t-mobile as I never had so many issues with stuff like this with them. When I returned to the car and told my husband I couldn't get the phone he said he would go in and see what can be done. I was parked right at the front door in the curbside pick up spot and could see into the store which only had two other customers at the time. As my husband was walking up to the associate who was helping us a manager ran across the store floor and approached my husband in a very threatening stand offish manner and kept walking towards him ushering him out of the store. I asked my husband what happened when he returned to the car and he said the manager started yelling at him for threatening his employee. The manager told my husband to call 611 to get out pin. And continued to flex and move towards my husband..I was able to get the pin and went back into the store by myself and immediately was approached by John the manager in the same threatening manner. I had to step back three times to avoid him touching me that is how close he was on me. In a angry raised tone he said I thought we were canceling this order. He kept speaking over me as I was trying to say I had the pin and asked why my husband was approached the way he was. John claimed my husband yelled at the associate. I was completely dumbfounded by how hostile he was being and to be honest was scared he was going to lay hands on me that I just kept my mouth shut and finished my transaction with the sales associate. My husband is a hard of hearing US Army veteran so talks loud but definitely not in a threatening manner. John's actions towards him triggered a PTSD attack that is how forceful he was. As I mentioned before John's interaction with me was also hostile and I too feared my safety. I definitely do not recommend the store and feel that Verizon needs to send John to anger management training as well as training on how to communicate with people who have disabilities. He should absolutely be ashamed at his behavior. I have a formal complaint in to Verizon and am requesting that they review the security film so that they can see how awful we were treated. read more

Do not shop here. The clerk sold me a 65$ screen protector that literally broke in 2 weeks without even dropping my phone. They set their own prices and are a rip off. They wouldn't refund my money even though it was completely ruined. I would have given zero stars if it was allowed. read more

Went here to replace my Sim Card as my phone was having service drop out erratically, and the Verizon representative I called recommended I have them exchange and activate my card. However, when I arrived, the store was like a ghost town. After waiting 10 minutes in an empty store, and young woman approached me, and asked what I needed. I told her that I needed to have my SIM card replaces, why I needed it replaced, and that a Verizon rep told me to have it done here. What she did, however, was hand me a card. When I asked about them installing it, she said that CANNOT be done here. Upon further questioning I was told that the Verizon Representative was wrong, and that you do not, in fact, install SIMs in store. Whatever the case was, this seemed extremely unprofessional, as the worked seemed to expect me to have the proper tool to swap my own SIM card and go through the process of having it activated, and seemed genuinely annoyed that I'd even ask for it to be installed. I KNOW that the stores are supposed to offer installation and even maintenance, but according to this store, that is not true. read more

I called yesterday to ask if I'm able to drop off and return my equipment. A girl answered and told me yes. So I stop by today and this (bald) guy immediately says "NO YOU CAN'T RETURN THAT HERE." As I'm opening the door with my 3 cable boxes and modem. I say "I called last night" and he replies "NO YOU DIDN'T" with serious attitude. Then goes "I was the only one working here last night" How are you going to tell me I didn't call this store?? I even checked my call log and it's the correct store that I called. It was the major attitude and rudeness for me. Don't know what system you guys have, but do better. I called ahead and specifically asked if I could return my items here and was told I could by a woman. And then get here and get major attitude by some man. Do better. read more

Horrible. Super unprofessional and liars. They tell you to get an insurance that doesn't even exist and don't notify you if there are any changes to it. So shoppers be VERY AWARE read all of the contract and even call the supposed insurance provider if the insurance plan even exist. The manager is super rude, vulgar and unprofessional. He has no customer service skills and will just act out and be rude to you. Please shop else where and avoid the headache. read more

Stopped in Saturday as I was in the area. I'd been having issues with my three year old Samsung 6, and had the problems exacerbated last month at a different Verizon dealership. We were leaving the next day for an extended trip, and the problems were especially challenging to us. I was very impressed with the friendly welcome and interest in my issues. After verifying identify, Jay worked for a few minutes completely resolving the problems! I'm impressed and appreciate the extremely knowledgeable and helpful service! Thank you Jay. Crooks and Liars. Go to the actual Verizon store by Potomac Mills. Rashad said "You can buy a Samsung Galaxy 20 Ultra 5G and get a second Samsung Galaxy 20 free. You will get the credit for the second phone on your second bill." But by the time you get your second bill and there is no credit on your Verizon bill, and Verizon says "can't help, you didn't buy from Verizon store" and you can't return phones because it's after 14 days. I'm not sure how this location is still open. The handful of times my husband and I have been in we have received AWFUL customer service! From employees more concerned with their own text messages to blatantly ignoring you are in the store so they don't have to work. Most recently my husband went in because his phone updated a few days ago and would no longer connect via bluetooth to his car. He was working directly with the Manager, John, and basically got nowhere. John claimed he had 2 options: factory reset or buy a new phone. There is nothing else wrong with the phone so there is no need to buy a new one. They were going to try the factory reset and my husband asked about backing up all of his information and apps. John said for $5 you can upload it all to the Cloud and get it back after the reset. He goes ahead and agree to the measly $5 and a few minutes after John says that only pictures and contacts can be saved.... ummm, SHOULDN'T YOU HAVE KNOWN THAT BEFORE?!? John continues to push a new phone on my husband. Doesn't make any other attempts to fix the actual problem, just constantly pushing a sale. My husband leaves and goes a few minutes down the road to another Verizon location(Sudley Rd.). He explains the situation and in less than 5 minutes he's out the door with a FIXED phone (just needed his "settings" updated). Again, this is one of several instances of awful customer service. We will not be returning to this location and I recommend you not waste your time here either. Go down the road to the Sudley Rd. branch. read more

I wouldn't even give this place a star. The girl helping us was awful and didn't have a clue on what she was doing. Even after the guy which I think was a manager told her to call to tech support which she did not do. I had to call Verizon customer service to resolve our issues. And the guy was rude and yelling at my mother in law because he felt we were being rude by asking a question because they messed up. He had the nerve to stand there yelling and kept cutting us off. Even told the girl to call the police to escort us out while we were still just sitting there trying to get him to hear what we were asking the girl. The guy was impatient, rude, and was not professional at all. We have already informed Verizon customer support about this and will be reporting this to the better business bureau. If you need any help or have any questions you are better off contacting Verizon customer service. They actually can help you, they will listen to you, they actually know what they're doing, and they will help resolve anything. I have been a customer for 8 years and my mother in law was a customer for over 10years. After coming here I have cancelled my account and switched over to AT&T. read more

My third try, I swore I would not come back here, but here I am again waiting in a line the sales people seem to ignore. They are spending time playing with a puppy while ignoring those of us waiting here for a long time. I even called ahead to make sure they had the phone I am looking for. My first try, I was met by a rude and pushy young man. I left disgusted with the way I was treated. The second try resulted in the same indifference to those of us waiting for assistance.
