I called Customer service and confirmed that they were supped to take it, the person i spoke to on the phone was also surprised that they didn't take it. I purchased my IPhones two years ago and traded in my old device but I paid my phone off in full and my phone service was 44 dollars after paying off my device . I well all of sudden my bill increased from 44 dollars to 64 dollars and I called to find out why my bills was increased. I was told I had a promotion and that it was only for a limited time. Just went into the store to review a few things on my account and had a wonderful lady help us. She was very nice and helpful to guide me to get the situation resolved. The bad side was there was a couple guys joking in the back. This is probably the worst T-Mobile I've been in. The staff is slow...and they cater mostly to Hispanic customers. They usually talk back and forward to each other in Spanish, and I've gone in when they only had Hispanic music playing throughout the store. My son applied for a job there, and they told him he had to be bilingual. I spoke to the Manager and she says their poor reviews have prompted them to make some changes. The changes are slow...some of the staff are still clueless, but at least they've heard their customers and are attempting to make changes. For now...I'm going to go to the T-Mobile up the street. read more

The team at T-Mobile did an exceptional job getting us signed up for new service very happy with the customer service there was an assist manager that walked in for his shift and greeted everyone in the store before beginning his shift the sales associates worked very well together and made sure that everything was done right before we left the store Iam very pleased and happy we made the move from AT&T I would highly recommend this store if you don't want to feel like just another customer being ignored at a cell phone store! read more

This store is pretty busy, which was surprising for me. When I was in there, all the reps were helping people with another person waiting in line. 10 or so minutes later, it's finally my turn BUT instead of helping me the available agent (Rodrigo) takes his pizza box and heads out back. Another 10 minutes later, he comes back and takes me. Customers clearly rank behind lunch at this place. read more

I recently had a very bad experience in this store. I went in January 6th and was very excited to switch to Tmobile with my boyfriend from Verizon. We went into the store and we were greeted by Oscar. Oscar told us that for two lines the price would be a "FLAT RATE" of $120/month and that our bill would be due Feburary 6th. After finding our account numbers so he could change our phones over, I asked him what the process was to get new phones through them. My boyfriend wanted to upgrade and I recently had cracked my screen on a new Galaxy 7edge. I asked Oscar if I would need to get that fixed or could he take that phone and upgrade me. I showed him the damage and I was told that Tmobile could take the phone. I asked if he was sure as through warranty with Verizon I coud get it fixed for $190, he assured me I could. I then asked if we had to pay full value for new phones, pay a down payment, or an installment plan. He told me that we pay the taxes on the phone of $40 and then installments through the next year. GREAT! at this point we had been in the store for hours and I was very hungry and our daughter was running around. I told my boyfriend we should come back for the new phones. On January 11th, we received notifcations that our bill was due January 24th and was $140. I go back into the store to find out Oscar is not there. When telling the new rep what was going on, he told me that in fact the discount of $120 doesn't start for two billing cyles and the first bill is due 3weeks after activation. I then ask about the pricing of the phones because obviously Oscar has told me wrong already. I was then told that they could NOT take my phone and that my boyfriend would need to pay $300 down payment. When I told him that that's not what I was told and I don't want to do that, he told me that he couldn't help and to call customer service. When I call customer service, after speaking to a number of people I am still being told that nobody can do anything for us. I have told them over and over that I am mad and I wouldn't have suspended my service with Verizon and I would had gotten my screen fixed then switched. No one seems to care and no one can help me with this. Also in the store as I am telling them what happened, the manager who was walking around didn't even come to try to help or find out what the issue was. I am very unhappy and I will never visit this location again. I would not recommend TMobile to anyone and I plan to end my service with them immediately. read more

My service-rep Omar was very professional and attentive, and did a fantastic job helping my wife and I switch carriers and upgrade our phones, he made sure everything was done correctly and responded immediately to any questions we had throughout the process.
