Also when I discussed my plan with them, they claimed I would be charged a higher cost if I changed my plan but I used the T-Mobile website chat later that day and the chat agent offered a lower priced deal for the same changes. This specific store does not offer the best prices that T-Mobile offers. I am very disappointed in the service this store provides.
