I came in yesterday to get a new phone but the deal they had wasn't such a good deal. So I went to Best Buy and bought my phone and brought it to tmobile to get it set up since I have tmobile cell service. I came in checked in and asked to use the restroom (there was no customer restroom and no places by would let me use the restroom so I just went back in hoping it wouldn't take long). I get in and had to recheck in even though he said he would leave me on the list. 25 minutes later still no service or restroom so I'll try a different T mobile hoping for better service. read more

Agree with other reviews that say it is too busy. I have attempted twice in the last week to pick up my phone but the wait is so long. Well, on my first attempt I was told 30 minutes and I had to be somewhere soon. That was me. But I went back withtime to spare. I was put on quarter sitting in chairs for about 10 minutes. There were four parties ahead of me. One party already sitting at a table. We waited and not one person was finished being helped, therefore nobody who was waiting was called up. At the 40 minute mark, one of the parties in front of me was called. She asked the person who called her how long ago she was put in the queue. She was told 11:27 AM. It was 12:07 PM at this time. There were still three more parties waiting to be helped ahead of me. I was not in a rush on the day, but I was definitely out of patience. At that rate, it would've been another hour and a half before I was seen. The woman in front of me who was pointing up how long it had been, mention that there might not be enough people working. To which he replied that there was plenty of people, "It's just busy. This is how it is." I interrupted and told him my name and ask him to take us out of the queue and I added that I agree with the lady, the store is running very efficiently. For the record, I have opted to come home and have my phone mailed to me instead. I want to emphasize it was not just the wait. It was how long it took to complete tasks with each customer. Came into this store and waited 20 minutes just to be added to the queue. All of the associates were working with other customers, but someone could have at least greeted and offered to assist soon. Another customer came in after me and was added to the queue and was assisted immediately. After waiting a total of 30 minutes without any acknowledgement, I left the store. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Alfonso has A1 customer service. I called today because I was about to head in to see if I can upgrade my iPhone for my business line. He thoroughly explained everything to me, gave me several options to achieve my goal, and answered each one of my questions. I am a very busy person, so the multiple options to get the job done was top tier! Also we explored options so I didn't have to wait that dreadful long period in line for someone to call my name at the store. Admit it, we ALL hate it! Honestly I appreciate people like him who offers great customer service. He seems consistent because before I clicked to leave a review, I saw that there was a review recently left mentioning how he treated another customer well. Kudos to you Alphonso! I have been to this location twice - the first time was great, today - not so hot. The first time I was there, I was replacing my Samsung that kept crapping out on me software wise. I got an LG V10 that I love and they had a deal that also gave me a free tablet. Now THAT was awesome. Today, however....... I bought my daughter an Iphone 6SPlus for xmas (yes, she's spoiled) and I needed it activated and data transferred. Well, being the first day after Xmas, the store was packed within an hour of opening. So - they were smart enough to have a system of making a list of customers as they came in and calling them in order. Well - instead of calling my name, someone gave a description of the issue and person (i.e lady with her daughter) and I got overlooked in line. After watching a few folk I KNEW came in after me, I asked what the deal was and they admitted they made a mistake and I would be next...... ~le sigh~ I'd only intended to spend a max of half and hour there and it was well over one hour before it was done. But hey - I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 8 years - I'm not going anywhere anytime soon, but I sure could have used that extra time in my day..... read more

Wow, the service was fantastic. What a relief coming from another service provider that is impossible to deal with. After years of being used to mediocre in-store service that could never address my questions, always had long waits, and no power to change anything in my account without calling a remote location and sitting on hold forever, I could have kissed the floor these T-mobile sales professionals walked on! I left with all my questions easily answered by my sales guy, Ace. He took time to set up my new purchase and make sure I had all accessories I needed and all questions answered. I was particularly interested in getting a tablet for my kids that I could control content. I was in and out with a great deal in hand in 20 minutes! Explained everything (including wife's questions, comments, etc) and successfully and painlessly switched us from AT&T to T-Mobile, and save us a couple of hundred dollars a month :) Seemed like his co-workers were very good as well. I have been using this Missouri city location T-Mobile for years. The Employees are very nice informative & very helpful. The Older female Manager is very rude, cocky, stuck up & Downright unprofessional. Every encounter is awkward, rude and other customers around me see it and hear how she's is.
