He called around to a couple places to see where he could get his phone fixed the fastest, and found out that all the shops would have to custom order the replacement part since they didn't usually carry it in stock. This shop quoted they'd most likely get the part by the next day and would be able to get the repair done within an hour-ish once they got the part, whereas the other shop said they'd need 3-5 business days to get the part. He also got a better price here ($230 total). As promised, my husband was able to drop off the phone the next day around 4pm and it was completed in about an hour. Even though they closed at 5, they stayed open a little after just to make sure they would be able to get the repair done so that he could get his phone back. The screen now looks brand new, and you can't even tell it had to be repaired. They did a great job! Highly recommend! Just one FYI for finding the shop, it's located in the back area of the plaza (so the opposite side of the building from Homegoods/Ross), so finding it can be a little tricky, but it's pretty obvious where the store is once you're on the right side of the building.

So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.
