I was on the phone with 611 trying to fix a separate issue with my personal line and they were so not interested unless they were getting commission? So tall chic asked me to return the next day. She advised me not to do it online or on the phone and return the next day. I went to a different location and opened up my 4 business lines needed. I truly do not recommend this place. They'll only give you the run around.

I purchased the new iPhone 11 max pro when I got my internet service connected. The "in home manager" sales person showed up (which is extremely tacky, but that's a story for another day) and convinced me to get the iPhone. We completed the transaction in the store per my request. This was on January 21st 2020. Nikki and I only had a brief interaction in the store in January, as she was not the person assisting me. Even that day I could feel her positive energy and noticed how pleasant she was with other customers. The next day, January 22nd I returned the phone to the store for reasons that are not relevant to this situation. ​Fast forward to March 13th. I got a notification that my card was charged $1,298.03 by AT&T. I received an email thanking me for my payment on an account that should have been closed, for a phone that I returned. I am panicking because I am out of state working and did not have $1,298 to spare. I immediately called the 800 number to get it worked out. That was unsuccessful. I spoke with someone in billing who passed me on to Adrian in collections. Adrian in collections passed me on to Brandon in customer care. Brandon in customer care passed me on to Rosemary in the "E-COM" department. Rosemary could not fix the problem either and simply told me to go back to the store. ​Sunday March 15th I am home from my trip and head into the store. As you can imagine from my experience on the phone, I am FURIOUS and anticipating the store being just as unhelpful. When I walk in I am immediately given a warm greeting by Nikki. To my surprise, she actually remembers me from when I purchased the phone and when I returned it that next day, even though she was not the one who assisted me! I was flustered and started babbling off about the situation. She was so kind and warm and immediately put my mind at ease that she would get the situation taken care of. Nikki got to work and my problem was solved in about 15 minutes. She was warm, friendly, caring, and attentive. I am supper impressed that she remembered me since our brief interaction was well over a month ago. ​I work for a company that is consistently toward the top of the forbs list, and constantly #1 ranking in customer satisfaction. With that being said, customer service is not something I take lightly. I was fully prepared today to cancel all services with AT&T including my internet. Nikki is the sole reason I am not only still a customer, but will remain a LOYAL customer and refer others to join. She went above and beyond the call of duty to turn my experience around and I am truly grateful. In the future I will only be going to this store for my needs because I know Nikki will get the job done correctly the first time, and in a timely fashion. Thank you so much Nikki!
