I went to this location on July 10th for an iPhone screen repair. They quoted me two options, 1st option was $99, and 2nd option was $189. I paid for the $189 option. I have an iPhone 15 pro max. I asked could they provide a screen protector with the service and they agreed. I dropped my phone off and someone else picked it up for me. Of course the screen protector was not provided. I went out of town the next day. Fast forward to Monday, July 21st and my phone cracks in the corner. I immediately called the store and to figure out what was the warranty details. They provided a 30day warranty and of course he says it will not be covered. So I proceed to let him know that was unacceptable and how i never received my screen protector from start but and I had went out of town the next day so I couldn't go back. So at first it quotes me $75 and I'm still giving pushback and he says he'll just replace it. I told him I couldn't go to take my information and I would come to the store on Wednesday, July 23rd 2:30. He agreed. Now here is where I went wrong. I didn't get his name. It's only two men in the store to my knowledge, so I figured I would know who it was by face. I get to the store on Wednesday and the guy who originally I dealt with on July 10th was there alone. He said the guy I spoke to was not there and didn't tell him anything. So now I'm annoyed because I drove there for no reason. I left my name and number again and said I would be back Friday July 25th. I just get a phone call from the guy I spoke to on Monday and of course he's now denying everything he said! Go figure! Unprofessional BS Service at its finest! I hate liars and ppl who do not stick to their word! I should've just went to Apple instead of listening to ppl! End result: I got a really good deal on a used HP laptop. It's fast, runs smooth and the best thing about it is: no Windows 8. Woo-hoo!!! We dickered back and forth with the price a little. Some people hate this but I actually like negotiating prices for things. Prices are aren't always set in stone and it's perfectly fine to ask a company for a better deal. Oh course they said one price and then it changed. $90 went to $129 but we settled for $100 even + tax. Not a bad price to pay for a decent working computer. I've been using it for three days and I really like it. No problems at all. When I went to pick it up, my screen was working there @ the business but I had no freaking hard drive. I asked where is it, they said it was bad, offered to put it back in, but not mines, it was a bad hard drive from someone else's computer! Can u believe that?
