The worst t-mobile store in the area. I was there yesterday looking for a Iphone 6s plus Rose gold for my wife. They said they had the iphone in stock but i had to buy a bundle for me to be able to get it. Bundle was $70 more worth in accessories. I dont know how T-mobile allows their retailers to do something like this. At the same time they were ripping off more clients with same "bundle" when I called 611 Customer care they apologize and mailed the phone overnight at no cost. This store sucks. Dont buy phones here. Btw their price for accessories is about 2.5 times the cost of same accessories in Amazon.com. read more

I'm very upset I went today to go switch my lines because I had bought a new phone and it closes at 9pm as I though because it's a Tuesday and as I can see it closes at 9pm according to the hours well I went around 8:47pm and the doors where locked I was the only one out there and then a man comes and says "due to Veterans Day we close at 8pm" but the funny thing was there were customers inside still but they closed at 8pm and if it did close at 8pm don't you think there should of been a sign or something to aware costumes if the hours. read more

I went in here because I was having trouble with my phone well I'm still having trouble it gets real hot . The girl that help me was real nice she gave me two options change my phone with my insurance or upgrade to a new phone, of course I choose replacement cuz it's cheaper! Customer service over the phone was friendly and quickly I thought it was going to take long that's why I was lagging on coming to get my phone fix but I'm glad I did . This store is packed with customers, but the employees are not working. They are all hanging out talking or texting. People are just waiting and the line never seems to move. I walked in to get a iphone on the jump program. Well it seems I knew more about the program than the girl helping me. It seemed silly; how can a customer know more than the actual employee. When I walked in I had a number of things that needed to be done and a sales person by the name of Scarlett made sure that each and every one of my needs were met. Calling back and forth with customer service, to make sure all the things that I had to have done we're done correctly. We ran into some problems and the manager there Marvin went over and beyond to help facilitate and make sure I left the store happy. As I stood there watching all the other employees like Victor take care of other customers in the store they put Nordstroms to shame. I solemn write a review because I'm so busy. But I'm willing to write one for this TMobile. STAY AWAY from this store. The assistant manager, Robert, doesn't know what he is doing. He formatted my SD Card without my permission, and now all my photos are gone! I called the TMobile "Escalation Team", and they were no help either. I can't believe he is the assistant manager of the store. My precious photos and videos are now gone all because Robert pressed a few buttons and was careless and reckless. Plus, when I asked Robert some more questions, he was impatient and stated that he will start "charging" me for each questions asked. What kind of customer service is that? I must be the oddball here when I read the other reviews. I went multiple times in that store in the span of two weeks (WE asked for the wrong size of Sim card and then misplaced the good one!). We dealt with different staff from trainees to the manager. All of them were very patient and understanding. They served us quickly and were very friendly. read more

Wow, I had never felt less in a T-Mobile shop like this one today ! Today I and other customers came across some guy named Edwin an associate and two others ! Me and some other guests were waiting in line to be helped. We were waiting approximately for about 25 mins and all of a sudden a police officer walks in and all the associates especially EDWIN dropped the attention from the other T-Mobile customers that were waiting because of that gesture he had done to the rest of us! Never did I ever encounter this experience and at least an apology wasn't offered ! Just because he's an OFFICER **a customer as well because he purchased some gadget , never should he have the authority to do this to anyone ! Never coming to this location and I will make sure I will put Edwin and his other tatted associate in the customer service survey because that's just not right ! Good thing . I got everything on camera and witnesses ! And thanks to Kevin for apologizing and helping me !! We are all nurses doctors and engineers ! I was a bit surprised walking by this business how extremely loud they were playing music, Spanish music( night club loud). If I had walked in for service I would asked to lower the music. How can you do business/sales with the music so loud. I enjoy music but this was too loud for a brand store as T-Mobile. This was one of my worst visits to any T-Mobile store. I walked in to switch phones under a warranty. I asked them to transfer the information. They said they could not due to the original phone's battery issues and the blue tooth connection. I informed them that it would stay on if connected to power. They said it wouldn't work without trying. Then I asked if they had a transfer device, they said they didn't, but had a machine that was not working. They offered no other help, and we're not really paying attention to helping me. They were having other conversations. I left to factory reset the phone myself, cause they did not offer to do that as well. I returned again and again they were not very interested in helping me. The person that changed my phone, didn't even realize that the new phone came with it's own battery, cause he was not paying attention and carrying another conversation. This is the last time I will be at this store for anything other than a payment. I have already let friends and family know and will be making reviews in other forums. I hate that I am forced to even put a star at all. Came in to get my foreign exchange student with a phone plan that includes international coverage. Never mind the inappropriate music that is CONSTANT and blaring but each employee's incompetence was surprising to say the least. Not only were employees unprofessional with a ting of attitude in every word they said but for the manager to ask me "are you annoyed, because your smiling, you look like the happiest annoyed person I've ever seen". What kind if manager makes comments like that? The first day we came we were sent away after an hour of service from a polite trainee who was getting no assistance from any trainers, with a phone that not only did not work completely but with a plan that was not explained as "only being able to call land lines". Are you kidding me? Pretty vital information we should be in the know of. Came back the next day to get the phone, just working at least and we're told that it was FINAL SALE, my foreign exchange student couldn't call her parents for a month. I am very pleased to write this review for Scarleth. I came into this particular store last week and was not only satisfied with the information she provided, she nourished and delighted my needs. At the time, I was looking for a new phone carrier because the one I previously had was not up to the standards that I was looking for. Nevertheless, after such a constant and tiresome search for a new phone provider I encountered Scarleth. She thoroughly explained the plans and services TMobile provides and compared them to other providers and effectively demonstrated her product knowledge. She excelled in her interpersonal dynamics because of her serious commitment to the company she works for. In turn, I joined the TMobile network and have been happy with the services. Everything that Scarleth and I discussed was true about the phone and the service. This location is very fortunate to have such a dedicated, intellectual, and disciplined individuals such as Scarleth. She portrays the kind of care that you only receive from a family member. I went into t mobile June 2nd because of an issue I had uploading my final bill. I had transferred from sprint to t mobile where t mobile was suppose to send me a CC to pay off the final sprint bill but unfortunately there was a glitch in the system which made things really difficult for me seriously over an hour of annoying phone calls and holds. This is my first review on yelp and I have to say the new guy in t mobile named Andrew went above and beyond to help me. I felt like everyone else kind of didn't care and wanted me to figure it out on my own and were pushing me out the door not literally but I felt like no one wanted to deal with it. This guy Andrew said "well can't we help her and call with in the store," a co worker of his said no. I understand their are rules but Andrew insisted on helping me out and there were 5 people waiting to be helped he started to multitask on two phones haha wow! Poor guy, I thought I wish he had more help and felt bad that he was putting so much effort. This guy was great I would have given one star but on Andrews behalf I have given three. I feel so lucky to have had him help me he is definitely going to go far in life with his patience, kindness, and work ethic no joke he deserves nothing but the best and I hope his manager and staff show their gratitude towards him because that's the guy you would want to work with. Buyer beware, phone cases and screen protectors are NOT FREE like they tell you they are... I Purchased 2 Iphone6s+ phones, the girl who help my daughter and I out was nice and talkative we talked about a lot of thing such as music & yelp came up. She mentioned this store had a lot of bad reviews I couldn't understand why at the time since i was having a good experience so far. She explained a lot about the phones as we went along and i got a great deal, at the end she said casually to pick out 2 phone cases and she had already grabbed 2 screen protectors ready to ring up at the register and said they come with the package, "part of the package deal". I asked for what charge a couple of times? she said "No charge" its part of the package i was like oh o.k then ya cool, good deal (So i thought). Come to find out they were NOT free like she said. I called the store to speak to a manager once i realized the x-tra charges on my account. She explained how the "package deal works" and how the cases and screen protectors will be bundled in my plan. If i wanted to return the cases i can but not the screen protectors because they were already opened and used on the phones (which THEY opened and so nicely put on the phones immediately) I was lied to first of all and 2nd I'm stuck with having to pay for them. I guess that how they cheat their customers into getting extra money out of them. I've been with T Mobil for many years and I'm very happy with the phone service and phones, as far as IN-store...not too happy at all, very dissatisfied :/ . Needless to say i will be returning the cases totaling close to $100 and this experience made it Very CLEAR to me as to why Leticia mentioned having so many bad reviews. Understandable... read more

If I could give them no stars I would. I wanted to purchase an I phone at full price today but they wouldn't let me. They explained that I could pay the rest off in 14 days, which I guess I could live with, but then Nelson proceeded to tell me that they could not sell me the cell phone without a bundle. Basically I had to buy one of their crappy over priced cases that does not have a holster and is not as protective as the one I wanted to purchase from Best Buy. I asked why do I have to buy their case? The response was that it was store policy, and that the manager would not allow him to sell the phone without a bundle purchase. Then he proceeded to give me a sales tactic. Said that he did not agree with the policy and could care less if I returned the case. I said fine, I will purchase the case with the phone and return it right after. Then Nelson told me that I would have to wait until tomorrow to return it. I don't know about you, but I do not have time to come to the store 3 times. Once to purchase the bundle, a second day to return the case ( case had to be returned between the next day and 14 days), and a 3rd time because you cannot pay the rest of the phone off until after 14days. Long story short, I called T-Mobile customer service and found out that you do not have to purchase accessories when paying full price for a phone and what they are doing is wrong. Just a sad ploy to hit metrics. Customer service found another store for me that had the phone I wanted. Will pick up my phone up without the accessory in the Beverly store in Beverly Hills today. Customer service rep on the phone was excellent. I was very fortunate to get someone so helpful and honest. Bottom line, if you are paying over $500 for a phone, you should be forced to buy accessories that you don't want. read more

Worst experience ever!!!! Came in to drop off my phone after doing an upgrade and receiving my new phone, was told by T-mobile customer service to return it to my local store. A very rude associate who I am assuming might be the manager refused to take my phone after I repeatedly told her customer service advised me to do so, she implied they were not properly trained and I should call them again, I called customer service while in the store again T-Mobile told me to return it to the store. After Tmobile talking to the store they finally took my phone but told me "the phone might break" and they are not responsible" really?? I went to my Fedex which is across the st and bought a box so my phone " would not break", finally after all the inconvenience I was able to return my phone. I have never had a problem like this before, this store needs to train they're reps better because seems like they are the one who are not properly trained, this is why even though the store is only a couple of mins away from my house I travel further to another Tmobile store that treats their customers with respect!!!!!!! read more
