This is an authorized dealer, or a 3rd party T-Mobile company. The review is for this location, NOT my experience with T-Mobile Corp. I might update the rating if my billing issue is still not resolved... *Update, after 8 months, the T-Mobile executive team finally resolved my billing issues. Quality/Quantity - Have had nothing but billing issues since we switched over in May of last year, 2023. I am happy with the cell service, but there has been NO corporate customer service as of yet. See above update. Everyone is friendly at the stores that I have visited, but at the end of the day, I need my billing corrected. Atmosphere - Very small, almost hidden, location in a mall. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm, and Sundays from 11am to 6pm. Plenty of mall parking; I parked next to the police parking space, see picture. Service - 5 stars for the service at this location, everyone was friendly. Eddie and his manager Kevin went out of their way to help. We spent approximately an hour on the phone with customer service with Katey. Katey then introduced me to Philip via email. Let's see after 6 months if someone can finally help honor the rate they quoted! 1 star to corporate T-Mobile, as I am still having billing issues! And NO one responds to any of my emails! *See update above. Very surprised and disappointed that a large company like this has made false quotes and promises so far! Price - 8 months of over paying. Almost double what they quoted and promised. Yes, I have a paper trail that I will be submitting to Philip. *Update, Philip never responded to my emails... My boyfriend and I came here so I could switch from Verizon and combine plans with him for t mobile. We came in on a weekend and Jim Wu helped us right away. He was so honest, not upselling, and broke everything down super simple. He said to come back next week since the iPhone 16 will come out and they'll have better promotions. We came the next week and sure enough iPhone 16 promotions were out. He was able to discount us initiation fee for my new line and we got a $200 credit because I switched from Verizon. He on the spot switched us to t mobile smoothly and I didn't have to contact Verizon. And my bf got the new iPhone 16 pro max. We are so happy with Jim. His customer service is so expert, communications skills on point, walking us through all the promotions and maximizing all the discounts for us was very digestible and easy to understand. I went to T-Mobile at the cross of Valley Blvd. and New Ave, Alhambra. The young man, whose name is Johnson, was very friendly and helpful. I was asking for help with Wechat, and he was very knowledgeable and super patient. It was a big issue for me for a while, did not know how to solve it. I asked other T-Mobile stores in Arcadia, thought they would help me, but they would not. I am so very thankful to Johnson! You are the best at customer service! I walked in wanting to take a look at the new iPhones. They were all locked to where I couldn't pick up the phone itself. I asked if they had one where I can see how the back side looks. The rep showed me his Phone quickly didn't really want to give me the time of day. They stated I received while I was in here was absolutely embarrassing. Quick trip! Jimmy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but more importantly he's patient. I actually made a mistake of doing things myself online! Haha Jimmy walked me through what I could've done better and offered me solutions on how to fix things. It can honestly be a pain going to the retail store. Came by this T-Mobile store on Saturday 12/15/2018. This store has the most positive reviews on Yelp. I met with Ronald and Peter, they were a great help in explaining the promotion on the iPhone 8 Plus. I traded in my iPhone 5c and got a rebate of $150 towards my monthly payments of the new phone. Later on this day I came with my wife's phone and get another iPhone 8 Plus trading in her iPhone 6 Plus and got $250 towards the monthly payments on the new phone. Ronald was saying why don't I get the iPhone XR I was down to get it, but when the phone was scanned the promotion didn't come up. Not a deal breaker I'm so happy with my 8 Plus, the screen is bigger and it's so much faster than my 5c, Apps and websites loads so fast and so does my text messages. Today's free gifts were the T-Mobile pink Jack O'Lantern, glowing handle trick or treat baskets. I called ahead to make sure they still had the buckets left, showed up within 15 minutes, and the really nice guy gave me two, one for each child. I can't believe I'm writing a review for a T-mobile store, but it was a pretty great, seamless experience. I walked in, needing help activating and checking already-purchased phones. I was a little worried the reps would ignore me since I wasn't purchasing anything. But the reps were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in 5 minutes. As the rep and I waited, he also helped an older man delete apps off his tablet so he could have more storage space. He explained every app to the older gentleman. I MEAN, come on! Absolutely horrible service. Got a new phone here, and the phone somehow had an existing number on it. Questioned the salesman why is this on my phone, he just says I don't know. I don't use that phone. Asked him about why my phone keeps saying failed every once in a while, he responds well its not happening now so nothing wrong with the phone. Horrible service. This is my go-to T-Mobile store in Alhambra and here are some of the reasons why. First off, their staff is amazing! One of the employee Jimmy is always helpful in helping me choose my products as well as providing me with all the details with each type of upgrade and why certain ones work for me. He doesn't try to give you a sales pitch and forcing you to purchase anything. Instead, he takes the time to listen what you are looking for in products/services and recommends the best thing for my needs. Overall, this store exceeds all other T-Mobile stores I've been in and that's why I aways recommend my friends/family to come here if they're trying to buy iPhones/Androids/other gadgets. read more

This is my go to T-Mobile spot whenever I need anything phone related! Customer service is amazing - they definitely go above and beyond what is asked of them. I love that they are so knowledgeable and help you find the most affordable plan that suits your needs. I mean - who doesn't like saving money!? Most recently, I came here because my iPhone's home button was damaged from saltwater and they fixed it in a day! I was SO glad I wasn't going to have to use a burner phone or go phone less for a few days. I usually go straight to Phong for help, but all the other employees I've come into contact with are extremely helpful too! Highly recommend this spot. Limited indeed. Read this... What a horrible place to do business with. Ordered the 5S from T-mobile and they tried to deliver it to the store. The two times that weekday were unsuccessful, first they weren't opened yet! (11am) and the second attempt, out to lunch. I should've just had it sent to my house. Missed a few days waiting for it. Due to this belated delivery, i went ON Thursday, ON Thanksgiving day after 3 attempts, what a waste of time. The guy and the girl, a couple, came in after their lunch hour with a box of popeyes fried chicken. Wait, you'll see were I'm getting to. I was rudely greeted, it was obvious they hated being at work on thanksgiving day, obvious they hated their jobs, obvious they were too young and fobby to realize they are in America now and that that is unacceptable. They opened the store again and went in. Fooling around and cursing loudly in mandarin while he got ready to "work" again. It was not looking good. This kid was EATING GREASY FRIED CHICKEN WHILE he was helping me. Right in front of the computer where he does business. The girl also but she didn't look like she worked there, was only accompanying him. He was slow because he was able to use only ONE HAND to type since the other one was holding a piece of chicken. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? At this point, I was speechless. I couldn't leave anymore because i needed the phone activated. The most disgusting thing ever. And who in the world eats greasy chicken while using a computer, helping a customer in a cellphone store??? You could see his fingers red from the chicken. Don't get me started when he had to use the store's phone to contact Tmobile. And on top of it all, you can't understand them! their English is so heavily accented that sometimes you wonder if you're really in the US. He didn't even listen to what i was saying and would answer back before i could explain my specific needs. By the end of it all, i wanted to smack his face and call his boss and T-Mobile to shut the store down. In the end, nothing was accomplished because T-Mobile Customer Service was closed for the day. That meant another trip another day. A pathetic employee, i felt sorry for him. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. There are so many more just around the corner where people respect your business, your time, have common sense and speak understandable English. Seriously, I still can't believe it. read more

I been coming to this TMobile location for well over a year and my experience have been great, never had any issues here. The employees are professionals and they take their time explaining the details of the plans and phones. This is a go to TMobile store in the San Gabriel if you are looking to purchase or open a line because the service here is top in customer service. I have friends I refer to come here to troubleshooting and phones, they have them in stock pretty well compare to other locations. I'm glad I came to this location and it's my permanent location for all my phone purchases, small store great reps like a corporate store. read more

I get all my T-Mobile phone issues, deals, everything done here and it's done quick and efficiently. For all TMobile Tuesdays giveaways, they have it all there and ready for you. Its not awkward to go in just for that. Any other phone issues you have, they try to resolve for you right away, if not they will make sure to get it done and let you know as soon as they figure it out. As for deals, they explain that very well and sometimes let you know of any other good deals that can save you a couple bucks here and there. Overall great store and great service. read more

Came in today to take advantage of my Unlimited Screen protectoion thanks to the Protection 360 Program. Since the Tmobile store in Pasadena is closed due to Covid19 closures, i was told to visit this location. I was greeted and assisted by Phong who is the store manager. We instantly clicked and was able to help with replacing my screen protector within minutes. Really cool guy and made me feel very welcomed.
