I went into this location as it is the only one in Mount Pleasant. There was a little bit of a wait. There were about 5 people working and things were moving quickly. I went in to do an insurance claim. That didn't go as planned. But they were able to find a good promotion to get me a new phone. I appreciate the time they took to help me out. read more

As some already posted, how about greet your customers and have a wait list! Completely clueless staff. The wait time is really ridiculous. Only two employees working on a Friday afternoon. I left and went to AT&T down the street, at least 6-8 employees and they greet you. Well T-Mobile you've going to lose a long term customer and 6 lines. Terrible service! read more

The worst. We spent 4 hours one day left my phone while I ran errands after hour 4 and then came back days later they still Couldn't figure out how to set up our devices. Came back again with my husband Friday and took another couple hours. My friend told me the same thing! She talked to all the staff and went in circles and spent hours there! We are beyond frustrated and get anxiety just stepping inside that place. It was an awful experience. They promised me a credit and I'm still waiting. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please beware of talking with any of the T Mobile sales reps about service. We briefly spoke with someone about (potentially) switching service, and the next thing you know, I receive a past due bill for over 400 dollars. Interesting, since I have no phones with them, signed no contract, nothing, but somehow I have an "account." Four phone calls later and 2 in-store visits, and still no confidence that it's resolved. We called the customer service line first, and we were told to go to the store. We went to the store, and we were told to call the fraud line. We called the fraud line and were told to go back to the store. Went back to the store and was told they don't see a balance. When I asked them to print a receipt for me or the screen for me showing zero balance, in case it isn't resolved and it somehow gets turned over to a credit reporting agency, the person at the counter said she couldn't print anything. (?) Okay, well then I asked if I could take a pic of their screen showing the -0- balance, no can't do that either. Why? First it was because it's their policy, then it was because the screen showing the fraudulent account was intellectual property. My fake account information was their "intellectual property." If the person who told me this actually knew about intellectual property, he would know his answer was incorrect. My guess is, they have no confidence in their ability to resolve anything, and don't want to be held accountable. No pic. No proof. Still trying to get a 0 receipt for a fraudulent account that they created for me without my permission. The next step will be legal counsel. Avoid this company unless you want huge headaches and enjoy a complete lack of customer service. read more

I was here to buy a new phone for my grandmother and upgrade my mothers phone. There were only three staff members helping costumers. Luckily, we were helped within 15 minutes of the store. But all three staff members took forever to help their costumers. I'd say it took an hour for the employee to help me, but by that time, the store was filled with other costumers who were just waiting to be helped. The only good thing I really have to say is that the employees were nice when helping costumers out. But no greeting when someone walked in, no haste, no order. read more

Store is SEVERELY poorly staffed and not a SOUL addresses you when you walk in the store. I FEEL SO IGNORED WHEN I GO INTO ANY T-MOBILE STORE! i can't even get a "I'll be right with you". I'm just disappointed in the customer service within MANY T-Mobile stores in general. read more

To be upfront and honest, yes, I used to work here BUT I am not basing my review on my previous employment status at this location. The store is quite small and snuggled into a back-woods-type shopping center with a bank, a chiropractor's office, and two different restaurants; Carrabas and Eggs Up Grill. This is an excellent location if you're considering a job opportunity here because you will be well-fed, so to speak. Just beyond this area is another small shopping center right outside of Brickyard Plantation, the neighborhood. The location is hidden with trees so it is not as convenient to get in and out of the area where the store is located. If you need to shop here, you will likely have to make a U-turn at the stop light or risk traffic by turning left right off of HWY 17. The demo devices are for the most part all work but there are a few that simply cannot connect or have been played with so often that they are beyond repair. Still, I must say for such a small store, there is quite a selection of devices to choose from. iPads, Android tablets, headphones, accessories...all of these are a major plus especially since some of the headphones offered and wireless speakers also have demos. Recently, the staff has increased which has boosted sales obviously and also put this store on the map, where it should be. The income for this particular store used to be quite small to days even where there were only 2-3 employees working at any given time. Sadly, the location is also susceptible to bad weather. The T-Storms and rain follow the Wando River and unfortunately the weather can prevent some customers from even coming in. Of course, that isn't T-Mobile's fault. Like all salespersons, the employees are for the most part easy to get along with and very happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Since the store has recently opened up for more employment opportunities, there are higher chances of you being noticed and you will most likely not have to wait in line for very long...that being said, most of the customers often come to the store to complain about problems with their devices which definitely holds up the line. The wait time can be up to 45 minutes on certain occasions, like holidays, etc. As far as having devices ready to be activated, the inventory is very constant so if you do not like the colors/size variants of any phone or tablet, you can place holds on the device when it arrives or special order it through any salesperson. This is extremely convenient and saves you time. The reason for my 3-star review is the location mainly but one thing that really gets my goat is the fact that there is only one data transfer machine (if you aren't familiar with it, it's the machine that transfers all of your contacts, pics, etc). This also holds up the line and the machine is so old that it can easily take an hour or two just to have contacts transferred so most customers leave and come back later to get their new device. Location: B- Staff: A- (the staff could stand to be a little friendlier and the store manager is not exactly the easiest person to get along with, again, not basing that on my employment). Nearby Restaurants/Convenience: C+ (like I said, it's extremely hard to get to the store simply because of traffic). read more
