Two younger guys in the front were unbelievably rude. They were speaking Spanish in front of me and kept commenting on my tattoos, then proceeded to make me take my own phone case off- watching me struggle, so they could put the screen on, and when I mentioned giving them my old phone I intended to trade in for the one they were fixing up for me, they said I should go home and print out the label, and take it to the ups store to have it shipped. The whole process was awkward as the one with stick n poke tattoos was legit starting at me while the other took forever to put my screen on. Anyway, I genuinely do not understand why they didn't take it when it was right in front of them, I mean I was already at the store. read more

I went to the T-Mobile store at 1140 W. Maple Ave. in Mundelein, IL for help in transferring my Iphone6 Plus to my new Iphone 12 Pro Max. Terrence was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. His personality, customer service skills, and thorough knowledge of phones are excellent. We were there a long time (a couple hours) trying to resolve a billing issue, and the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Take into account this is a franchise location Im extremely disappointed in this location ! I came into this location December 2 @ 11:00 am to ask for a replace my screen for my phone which I'm covered by warranty. The man that I was working with said that they didn't not have the screen protector in stock at their location then proceeded to simply stare at me like I was crazy . I then asked okay well can you call another t mobile store ? Still looked at my crazy ? Why does the customer have to ask the staff to call another location to see what's in stock ! Didn't even offer to order anything for me or even look. I went to grab my mother next door in jewels smh and we go back to the location and they then called 5 stores for us and my mom had to ask them to order my screen protector. Sad I'm fucking 24 and have to grab my mom to put her foot down . I ended up getting my screen protector ordered but I'm Definitely not coming back . read more
