Long wait despite few customers at Green Hills location. Marginal interest in my business once served.

I got a call from here 3 days ago, I used my bank card to pay the tax, the employee who took care of me asked me to pay the money in cash because I did not have a card and I paid in cash, but now when I look at my bank account, the money was withdrawn from the bank and cash was taken from me, so I am complaining about this to the business. read more

Very disappointed in T-mobile. I just went in to purchase two new phones for my grandchildren. In addition to the cost of the phone, we were charged $30 per phone for the privilege of going into the store. When I questioned this, their employee said that was the cost of going into the store and they preferred that customers not come in and rather have us buy online only. I mentioned that when I go into Macy's and purchase a shirt that I am not charged an additional amount for the privilege. If they don't want customers to shop on-site, then don't open to the public. read more

I have been a customer with T-Mobile for 17yrs and even before with Cingular. I pay monthly insurance. I began having a problem with my LG android about 4 months ago and filed a claim and paid the deductible. They sent me the same LG and a week later I was having problems with that phone. Then I called TMobile and the gentleman told me that I should upgrade my phone to a 5G phone and offered me the REVV5. I agreed because I had the LG for a couple of years. I paid the upgrade fees of over $50. I received the phone the next day. I was able to setup the REVV5 yet the text messages would not transfer, and the phone app would not stay open to make calls and would crash upon opening. I eventually downloaded replacement apps. I still experienced issues with the replacement but found work arounds, but the main problem of the phone app crashing upon opening was consistent even with the replacement app. I eventually began making calls by going through text messages or Google a location and select call. One day I was with my elderly father, and he stopped breathing and I was unable to immediately dial 911, and a passerby was able to call for me on their phone. I have finally had enough, and I called TMobile Sunday 7/10/2022 to request a replacement phone, I was offered a replacement but again it would cost me $23? I refused and informed him that I have not had a fully functioning phone in over 4 months even though I have been paying insurance monthly for over 17 yrs. He then offered to replace it with another REVV5 at no charge. I agreed and I arrived at the TMOBILE store today 7/12/2022 to pick up the replacement. My data was transferred, and the rep attempted to open the phone app on the phone and again it continued to crash. The rep apologized and told me there was nothing she could do, and I would have to call TMOBILE. I called and eventually spoke to a supervisor, and he offered to send another REVV5 but if I wanted a different phone, I would have to pay more fees? I explained that they recommended the REVV5 for me and if it is not working properly why should I have to pay to replace the replacement again? The REVV5 obviously has a flaw and since they chose the model to replace and it was not a good choice, why should I have to pay again to change to a different model that works? I said there was nothing else that could be done but to keep swapping out REVV5 phones until we find one that works? Otherwise, I would have to pay again to change models? He was very condescending and assured me that I had no other choice? read more

Kevin and Joe are great! The shop was really busy with a lot of time consuming customers, but both Managers were friendly, patient and professional. They tried their best to assist multiple customers at the same time and even dealt with a very unpleasant, rude customer in a calm and friendly manner in between. There will most likely be a wait, so be patient and you will get great customer service. read more
