I did not have a pleasant experience here. I came on a Monday afternoon to get my phone backscreen fixed. I was told to come back tomorrow unless I want to leave my phone overnight. Tuesday: So I came back first thing the next day, dropped off my phone, and was told it would be ready within 2-3 hrs. After 3 hrs, I gave them a call since they never got back to me and was told "the guy who fixed the back screen did not show up today"...... So, I went and picked up my phone. Patrick apologized and told me they could do it first thing tomorrow with a discount. Wednesday: So, the next day I was like, I'm not sure if I trust them anymore. Let me give them a call before I made the drive over (good thing I did) and there was no answer. I tried calling three times, but still no answer. The voicemail said to leave a text and they would get back to me. So I did that and went about my day. Two hours later, with still no callback or text from them. I tried calling again. Finally, Patrick picked up the phone and told me to come in at 1 pm and we'll get it taken care of. At this point, I didn't trust them anymore and went somewhere else. Good thing I did because they canceled on me again that day. Thanks for wasting my time. Thanks for taking four days for something that should've been taken care of within 3 hrs. They have unbeatable prices and exceptional talent. I've seen customers try to come in and bamboozle them, It's disheartening. This guy is AWESOME!!! I had a repair there after a botched DIY and faulty parts from eBay. He was able to help diagnose it and fix the problem in minutes. He showed me the difference in batteries and why the battery I was sold was not the real deal. His prices were way more than reasonable and I am not saying this because I was in a bind and my phone was dead. I am sure it would have be 2 or 3 times the price if I went to apple.Please go check them out, I am a very satisfied customer and will go there anytime I have problems with my iPhone. My two-year-old 5S finally stopped charging. After researching online, I went to this store, and they fixed the problem by replacing the port in under 30 minutes. Very reasonable price. I asked about possibly replacing the battery too, and the technician recommended against it at this point. This place was a God send! Such nice people and friendly service. My iPhone 5c screen cracked into a million pieces. The phone was still fully functional, but I couldn't use the screen without little shards of glass getting on my finger. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and it cost $70 + tax. I had my phone fixed beautifully with same day service. Had a nice chat with the staff also. I highly recommend this business & am very pleased that they are only 5 minutes from my house!!!
