I was there earlier today wasn't helped at all by Fernando. He wasn't helpful at all didn't let me explain myself and just kept cutting me off. I tried talking to him and explaining but he just kept saying he wouldn't be able to see my billing cycle and repeating the same thing over and over didn't even try to pull up my information and I was also showing him on my phone what I was referring to and he didn't pay attention to me just said he wouldn't be able to see anything. I got frustrated and left came to another location on Rosecrans and pioneer was helped by Kimberly and she was so nice unlike Fernando. She actually helped and listened to me unlike Fernando. She was able to give me a breakdown of my billing cycle and a copy of the information I needed and didn't seem to have a problem pulling up my information like Fernando. Very bad customer service. With what I needed assistance wasn't even complicated. I just wanted to see the breakdown of the charges I was paying monthly, but I just kept getting cut off and didn't let me finish explaining myself. read more

Went to the store to finalize my trade it. Waited about 15-20 minutes, once helped I was told I could not do the trade in since a manager was not working. I would have to come back between 10 and 5, how can I do this with a regular job? Make that make sense, how do you run a store with no management through the day? Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had -- all because of one employee, Lissette. I went to the T-Mobile store around 3:30 PM to turn in two phones as part of a promotion. The representative who assisted me at the store was Lissette. After leaving, I contacted T-Mobile customer care to discuss an issue with the promotion not being applied. They recommended I go back and pick up the phones if I wasn't okay with the new monthly charges. They also advised me to call the store to let them know I'd be coming back. When I called the store, Lissette answered. I told her I was coming back to pick up my phones -- and she straight up LIED to me, saying they had already been sent out. She also refused to let me speak to a manager over the phone and said I had to come in person. I called customer care again, and the representative, Ali, checked the system and confirmed that the phones had not been sent out. Ali even offered to stay on the line with me while I went back to the store. When I got there, I waited about 35 minutes to be helped. Ali stayed on the phone with me the whole time, and eventually we were able to talk to the manager, Nate. Thankfully, Nate was professional, quick, and understanding. He immediately resolved the issue and returned my phones -- the same ones Lissette claimed were gone. Avoid dealing with Lissette at all costs. Her attitude, dishonesty, and unwillingness to help made an already stressful situation so much worse. Piss poor service. I wasted 2 hours in the store to leave with nothing. Do not waste your time coming to this location. The team member was trying to rush me out until the manager stepped in to help, but the manager was just as useless. They spend so much time trying to promote new lines and additional items you don't need when you come in for a simple service and phone upgrade. You are much better off handling everything online and having it mailed. They were too occupied and focused on the baseball came to actually help customers. read more

This place is awful! This store is way more focused on sales than genuine customer service. If you're switching over from AT&T or Verizon, they'll treat you like royalty But if you're an existing customer just trying to handle something simple like getting your screen replaced or paying a bill they constantly push products you've already said no to. Every single time I come in, they try to sell me Home Internet even though I've told them multiple times I'm not interested, and they keep asking about adding new lines for a BOGO deal. It's frustrating and makes the experience feel pushy and scripted rather than helpful. I expect better from T-Mobile. I know it's not their fault but there was a "customer maybe" that came in without a shirt and was clearly on drugs! Instead of asking him to leave they were legit trying to sell him a tablet! With a plan! Cmon your sales quota can't be that high! read more

This store is clean and has ample parking. Their Staff and managers are friendly and provides very good service. The only problem is TMobile's cellular signal in Norwalk is quite week. Two bars of cellular signal at the most while you are in the city of Norwalk. read more

After a terrible experience at the Rosecrans location we decide to try this location. Walked in to a cheerful greeting and seemed the two employees raced to help us. Brian won that race with quick "How can I help You"! Explains what we needed done and if he could transfer our data over. Brain didn't hesitate with a very positive yes I can help you with that. So different from the Rosecrans location where they didn't want to help you. I sure hope T-Mobile Corporate does something about this? Brain had the phone activated and data transferred in 20 minutes. Just an OUTSTANDING Job!!! Said it would take 3 hours to transfer data at the Rosecrans location?? read more

My mom went to buy a phone today not only was she not listed as an authorized user on my account but but they helped her and kept the SIM card the person that helped her was "Bryan" according do the man I spoke on the phone regarding my concerns all he had to say was "we can give you a new SIM card for free just come pick it up" like Free? Was I supposed to pay for something to begin with? And the gas I'll be wasting to drive all the way to this store (I live in Palmdale) it's just not right now my mom has to stay without service while I go to work when it's needed for Incase of an emergency. Update: My mom went to the store today and they didn't even give her a sim card at all. Waste of gas and time avoid this store. Update: I ended up talking to the manager Ebe Garcia and he was so helpful and understanding and fixed what one of the employees did after all this I think maybe it was just a one time mistake I hope I understand we're not perfect I hope this experience helps them not make this mistake again thanks Ebe! read more

They are currently in the middle of a 1 week remodel. The renovated showroom looks very nice, but according to the staff the remodel will not be finished for a few more days. Service on the front end is solid. The staff is attentive to customers and fully engage with them in whatever they need. More to follow after the remodel is finished. read more

My all time favorite sales associate Nathan H moved to this new location and guess what? I followed him. He has the best customer service and a great sense of humor. He never tries to oversell. He is professional and polite and not to mention that he speaks spanglish, lol. DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS STORE for T Mobile cell service in Norwalk or anywhere in the Southeast LA area. I found out after i had bought a new iPhone and signed up that the actual data speed outside their offices (inside they use the magic trick of using wi-fi to show high speeds) from their own tech support at T Mobile headquarters their cell towers were taken down for construction of the 5 freeway and they don't tell any customers. When an employee tells a customer that he is the Manager, and his business card says he's a Retail Store Associate, it tells me everything about a store. Very poor customer service, associate Steven Camarena is rude, he does not listen, he interrupts and has no problem lying to a customer. AVOID this location! The location is in a shopping center. There's always parking but the last two visits I had were terrible. Sometimes they ask for your I.D and sometimes they don't. The employees seem confused when asking about your account. I had a number that was on my line and when I asked about it they say they didn't' know, Especially since I explained that I recently got a iphone 7. It was confusing to them and me but I got it sorted out. I had a women today (summer) who was a little rude but took care of my payment so it was not that bad. You never really wait long. First time signing up with T-Mobile & thee worse experience ever! I wish I had got the name of the guy that "didn't" help us, but none the less he was rude, careless & had zero knowledge of what we were asking when we arrived with our SIM cards. We originally were changing from sprint to T-Mobile but because of our experience in this particular store we went right back with sprint, same day! Called the T-Mobile reps, spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get my $139.00 deposit reversed & after all the different reps I spoke to it was finally reversed!! There were other guys in the store, unsure if they were employees but they all knew each other & were just standing around talking, staring at us as if we were crazy! MADE US VERY UNCOMFORTABLE & EXTREMELY UPSET WITH THE EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE! read more
