On multiple occasions he's called me from random #'s asking me to Zelle him some cash because he can't afford to get his phone fixed, so that's why when my phone charging port failed I knew exactly where to go. I've been on Android & Samsung for 13 years never having had an issue other than loss. So when my S24 Ultra USB-C Port got loose I was thinking of just upgrading, but having lost some key features when they released the S25 Ultra I decided to repair. Phone was at 15% and was taking 3 hrs to charge via wireless and I needed my phone for work the next day (4PM thursday). I called ahead and they said $125 without knowing what model/brand. Showed up and James quoted hour and a half which was perfect as they closed at 7 and had the port in stock. They can sure fix the easy stuff, but when I asked about cases and accessories they pretty much only carry Iphone and the latest models from other brands S24 Ultra is a flagship phone. Service was great, but my screen protector was bubbled from when they removed the glass. Not a big deal, but I wish they had my brand/model for a replacement. While i was browsing I heard James interacting with another customer which gave me pause as he didn't seem to have any sympathy for them wanting to save an old phone which had pictures that were priceless to them. Loss of a star for that. Haven't had any issues since and I'll likely return if I ever have need for repair not through my insurance.

Super busy when I went in…read more It was around lunch time. I needed to cancel a line and get some information about going abroad and what is included with my plan with that. The employee acknowledged me pretty quickly. They put me on a wait8ng list, and told me to dial 611 I think it was to cancel a line. I did that while I was waiting for my turn. While I was on the phone doing that, the operator was also able to help me with more information going abroad! So I was able to do everything I needed via phone! I let the employee know, I think their name was Jay, that I didn't need any help anymore and thanks for helping me out! There's plenty of parking since this t mobile is in a shopping center.

Daniela helped me and she was really nice. I asked her when she was going to get the privacy screen in stock... I explained to her this is my third time walking in. She communicated that she was uninformed when they would get them in, or if they will, because of the new iPhone launch/pre-order. So their store is currently busy with pre-orders for the new iPhone. -She doesn't know when they're gonna get them in -She can't refer me to another store to let me know if they have them in stock -They can order it for me, have it shipped to my home, then I can come in the store and have them apply it on my phone. This is the only solution. I asked if she was able to do that for me , she said yes. There is about six or seven people in front of me just for her to put in an order for my privacy shield. It would take about 40 to 45 minutes. I'll have to come back, my lunch break is only 30 mins. I must admit I'm very disappointed with T-Mobile customer service. It seems like they're making it almost impossible for customers be able to have the flexibility to just come in and out. Everything is online. Last time I made time to come in I wasted 40 mins just for them to realize they didn't have it in stock. It's always a one hour wait for a five minute job.

The staff of three was all masked up, and there were separate standing areas; each staff member seemed to be helping three different customers at once - selecting phones, transferring phones, fixing billing issues, and helping people like me. I was impressed at their efficiency. As a non-customer, thanks again - it's enough to make me consider AT&T again!

Tito was the employee who processed my trade-in in store. I never received a trade-in confirmation or the credits I was supposed to receive. I contacted the store and AT&T multiple times over the following months. I was repeatedly told that a ticket had been submitted and that Robert, their manager, would call me back, but I never received the promised follow-up. I spent months trying to get an issue resolved that should have been handled at the time of the trade-in. I eventually had to file an FCC complaint just to get the issue properly investigated. AT&T later acknowledged that they could not locate the original trade-in transaction in their system. Although the issue was eventually addressed, the resolution was not enough to make me feel that I received fair value for my phone. Honestly, after everything I went through, I felt like my phone was basically robbed from me. I appreciate that the FCC complaint finally resulted in action, but customers should not have to escalate a simple trade-in issue to a federal complaint just to get help. The communication and follow-through throughout this process were extremely disappointing. I hope the store improves its documentation and customer service so other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

On each occasion over the years I have always been helped by a brand new employee. It's very frustrating as I simply want to get my new phone and get out of there. Instead I have to sit and wait while the employee asks the manager questions every step of the way. What should take a few minutes takes much longer as the employee is being coached through the process. Two employees helping one customer EVERY time I come in. I think the employees should 100% know how to do a phone upgrade or exchange. I don't appreciate my time being used for training purposes. I probably will avoid this store from now on. This store needs to become a corporate location. The franchised standards at this location are horrible.

He became increasingly creepy as their interaction progressed. He locked the front door, and had my sister go sit in a back room. He had both of her phones (old and new). He became more and more sexual, asking her out and trapping her in an employees only room in the back. She had to fake laugh and fawn her way out of there. It was absolutely traumatizing! She had to return this Sunday to turn over her old phone and was afraid to go alone. Corporate and the police have been notified, and after all this the store manager will not call her back after multiple attempts to contact. The employees refuse to call their manager or give out her (Megan apparently) phone number. The creep IS STILL WORKING THERE! Verizon seems to be completely unconcerned for the safety of their customers. We're definitely switching carriers.
