This store has bad customer service period! When you walk in the door they ascend on you because they think you're going to buy a new phone. Well, I was in a second time since I got my new phone the piece of garbage called the Samsung Galaxy S 25+ . I recommend you NOT get this phone. It is known to have voice mail problems. Mine does. I can't do my own voice mail greeting, I don't get any voice mail messages and half the time the phone doesn't ring. I stopped in the first time and the manager told me Vince will help you he is good with all things Samsung. At first visit yes, Vince somehow got my voice mail working, I set up a greeting and the phone rang with all incoming calls. Fast forward about a week and a half guess what? The phone did it all over again. Called AT&T yes, I was outsourced and they guy on the phone was trying to get me a new SIM card and he never did . He said he would call me back never happened. So, I went back to the AT&T store saw Vince who said he did all the steps he could do the last time I saw him and washed his hands like pontius pilate and I walked out. This stores customer service is horrible to say the least. If you are not in the store to buy a new phone you the customer are wasting their time. Laughable to say the least. Without us as customers there would be no AT&T store or company. If you go to this store to ask for help with your phone good luck. I always dread going into cell phone stores but my experience here was so good! Leonard, the manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. He had someone deliver a phone from a nearby location because I had to leave town before one could get delivered. He personally handled all the details and I heard him treating other customers with the same great service. read more

STAY AWAY! NOT AN AUTHORIZED AT&T STORE!! They are a franchise retailer called Blue Link SD. I contacted AT&T customer service to file a complaint. This store's employees are telling customers they will receive free accessories such as AirPods, Qi chargers, basically expensive items, but what this store is doing is adding these items as installment plans to a line, adding hidden charges such as early upgrade installments for varying costs, and all of these additional charges significantly increase a user's bill all while these store employees gain commissions from every transaction that they can add. This place is dirty and they know exactly what they are doing to people. Just remember that nothing is free and always check your bill. The closest actual authorized retail store is in Vista on Vista way. Stay away from this scamming location. read more

So I upgraded my iPhone 15 pro to the 16 pro max. Which my 15 was all payed off and could trade without spending money on the new phone. Had to call the store because I got told we'd be paying about $150-$200 each time for our phone bill but it turns out we're paying almost $400 each time. Why tell a customer oh yeah your phone bill will be down a lot less below $300 and then now it's almost $400 each time? And not to mention the AT&T store said oh yeah try our Wi-Fi It's one of the best. It's actually not. It sucks. read more

On my way out, I realized my car was not linked to my phone anymore, and Erica came to the rescue. She must be the sweetest employee ever, with a compassionate heart for helping others. READ THIS POST BEFORE YOU BUY: If you're looking to purchase a new phone, I would highly encourage you to stay away from this place because it is completely worthless. Let me explain, a few days ago I purchased an iPhone 17 from this store. For some unapparent reason, the phone stopped taking a charge. This is ridiculous - considering it's a brand new phone. I did not damage it in any kind of way. It just stopped taking a charge. For this reason, I decided to return the phone yesterday to only be told by a representative in the store that I had to return the phone to Apple. That's not even the worst part - when I took the phone in to the store to be returned - the representative tested the phone to see if it would hold a charge. This is what he said, your phone is defective. The representative said "the reason I know that it is defective is because my phone will charge on this cable but yours will not". I thought too myself, aren't you the smartest person in the room. That's why I am returning the phone to your store. The reason I say this place is worthless is because who wants to go into an Apple Store during Christmas. Also, why is it my responsibility to return an Apple product to an Apple Store when I purchased it from the AT&T store. Another reason I say to all of you out there that I wouldn't waste my time walking into this store ever again is because you're better off just going to Apple to buy a phone. This place is horrible Erika not only is rude but does not know how to do her job she messed up our whole plan and I had to pay out of pocket for her negligence. She cancelled random stuff on my account and tried charging me a phone I didn't receive she took off next up added an extra line I didn't ask for and was plain rude . When I came back to make sure the phone was taken off my account she told me I had to take the phone that it was on my account already. No sorry about the confusion just straight up rude. She couldn't figure out how to do a basic next up or answer any questions. Erika needs some retraining on her job and customer service skills as she has none. I'm still working on getting my account back in order. It should have been a red flag when another customer came in to complain about things added to his account. I walked into AT&T with a water-damaged phone that I thought was done for. David greeted me and immediately started looking for ways to help. He explained that I could possibly get it repaired and trade it in for a $1000 credit toward a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. He broke it all down clearly, told me how the trade-in process works, and even offered a 30-day window to get the repair done before making the trade. When I mentioned that we were thinking about switching to T-Mobile, he didn't beat around the bush he straight up told me that doing so would mean we'd have to pay for the full phone outright, and that could create a headache. I really respected how transparent he was, especially when other reps might just try to close a sale. David still went the extra mile by working to lower our family plan from $380 to $230 a month. He even printed all the paperwork so I could talk to my dad and show him the numbers. My dad ended up being skeptical, but that didn't stop David from continuing to help. Then he went above and beyond he checked and saw that my phone was insured, helped me file the insurance claim right there in-store, and now I'm at UBreakIFix getting my phone fully replaced for $0. Another place had quoted me $170 just to fix the screen, so this was a major win. Bottom line: David is an absolute asset to AT&T. He didn't try to force a sale, didn't give me the runaround, and treated me like a real person. He made sure I was taken care of before I walked out the door. If you're going to AT&T, ask for David. He's the kind of rep you hope to get knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely wants to help. read more

LIARS. went to this store to see what an upgrade iPhone would cost. The tech looked at my phone and said I would get $830 on trade in. Knowing that I agreed to a new phone. He told me to take my old phone home and bring it back once the transfer was complete which I did. When I brought back my old phone the tech said it was only $350 because of cracks to the back of the phone. I had no idea it was cracked under the case and he never removed the case to check it. Should have never told me $830. Now they have to return everything because I don't want the new phone at that price. Waste my time and theirs. Also they removed my privacy screen from my old phone and couldn't put it back on. And they refuse to pay for it. read more

This review is for AT&T in general. Not this specific store. The employees at this location are amazing The customer service for AT&T is horrible. We ordered the iPhone 15 pro and online it stated wrong address on my profile, probably because someone from AT&T changed my address when I moved but they input wrong address After 45 min on phone, they said they can't change shipping address from my order. I said why not. They said not sure and that I have to re input all my info again. I'm not in a rush and cancel order and re input my info. The system is very slow and now won't let me update because it still shows I have an iPhone 15 when I cancelled. We called online and took over an hour just to get someone to fix our order. We didn't get our order fixed after 1.5 hours over the phone. In store the sales person couldn't help either and then stated manager might be able to reverse the transaction so we can re purchase our phones. Currently my wife and my tired kid are still there fixing this. We didn't have to pay for taxes up front the first order when placed online. When placed over phone we had to pay taxes up front. The employee said "no I'm sure he had to pay up front" The pic below was a screen shot of me not paying taxes until next billing cycle. Someone please train your customer service reps on the phone... and please give your employees in store more raises. I was completely ripped off--do not purchase a phone from this store! They stole my trade- in phone. On 9/7/24, I traded in my iPhone 12 for an iPhone 15 and was promised an $800 trade-in credit. My husband, who also purchased a phone that day, and traded in his phone was with me as a witness. However, it is now June, and I still have not received my credit despite calling for updates. After numerous calls, I finally spoke to the manager, who admitted that the ID number was entered incorrectly. I was told they had sent it to AT&T Corporate for correction, yet months later, nothing has been resolved. Today, after following up yet again, they are now falsely claiming that I never turned in my phone and that there is no record of the trade-in. At the time of purchase, I was told they couldn't provide a receipt because their printer was "not working." I repeatedly asked for an emailed copy--four times--but never received one. I finally obtained the receipt today from AT&T Corporate, only to find no record of my trade-in whatsoever. When I asked to record my conversation with them, they refused. When I requested to see security footage proving that I handed over my phone, they also denied me access. This is a scam and completely dishonest business practice! Something as simple as changing the name on my father's bill took 3 days to figure out from home. Came in person in and had 4 different employees on site and 4 on the phone hung up or not able to help. Thank goodness Aira (on the phone, ninth one!) came to save the day. The employees were very friendly. The problem is that no one knew how to do a simple task. Manager and the employees left me to do this alone, literally. Straight face from the manager Leah made me cry because she took other customers who were waiting (I had been here for 2 hours). She brought me a box of Kleenex upon my request. We will definitely move to Verizon because at least their service is better. Please consider training your employees. They are so friendly and mean well. read more

Marcus at this store was amazing. He solved my cell phone problems by putting in a new SIM card. I wish his coworkers knew they could do this. On the advice of one of his male coworkers, I went to Best Buy and purchased an ATT SIM card that did not work. That coworker told me that his store did not provide new SIM cards. Marcus said that Best Buy most likely sold a defective card, and that his store does provide them. He politely took the time to clear up this issue saying that he wants to make sure his customers stay safe with operable cell phones. Being a senior citizen, I truly appreciated his concern. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!! I purchased a new phone which they did not have in stock and needed to be shipped. No problem right? The phone was never delivered, so I give it some time. After 2 weeks I finally initiated contact with this AT&T store where I purchased the phone from. (They made no contact with me on the shipment). I was told to keep waiting a little bit longer, as the package was delayed. Me being a patient and a reasonable guy, I can meet them half way. Then after another week, I knew something was up. AT&T said I would need to go to UPS which is 20 minutes away to pick up the package myself. UPS would only deal with AT&T, since they are the ones who ordered the phone. I head back to the store and AT&T told me I would just have to keep waiting for the phone to come in, and we are at 3 weeks after the original order. I then requested to have the order cancelled, which AT&T all of the sudden decided to take action. They then notified me that the phone would arrive within 48 hours and it was being expedited. I wait 72 hours, still nothing (not even a phone call). I head back to the store to demand cancellation and a refund. AT&T informed me that the package was either lost or stolen. I'm sorry, but that's not my problem, and they could have done a replacement shipment. I again, demanded my deposit back, but AT&T told me that I wouldn't get the deposit back, until the phone finally came in as the original shipment order. HELLO? The phone is NOT coming in ever! It's either lost or stolen. I'll literally be waiting forever. At the end of the day, they refused to refund me my deposit and here I am a month later, still without the phone I originally ordered. Very disappointed with my experience here. I made 6 trips in total to AT&T to try and resolve this, as well as a 20 minute trip to UPS to handle their responsibility. Came here today to have a look at the newer Samsung phones as a way to decide if I should upgrade my current phone. Sure, they had the Samsung Flip and Samsung Fold phones available, but they were mounted in brackets and secured to a shelf, leaving me no way to do what's important when considering a cell phone: picking it up holding it in my hand! All the phones were running a Lilly ATT video commercial so I couldn't see anyway to access the phone to see what the interface was or what apps the phone is working with these days. The couple of customer reps were busy with customers already and maybe spared a glance around the room, but nothing more. No hello, no nod, nothing. What happened to the ATT store that was so friendly a couple years ago? I noticed the decor was all white and no longer ATT orange, and saw an LLC business name on the door, so perhaps this is now a 3rd party retailer and no longer a company store. Anyway if this store is worried about people stealing the demo models, I guess their bracketed displays make sense, but I can't see how that benefits the customer. We went elsewhere. read more

I had just gotten the new Fold by Samsung and was having difficulties with switching all my photos/etc from old phone to new phone. They were so patient with me. I also bought a phone cover. Thank God, because the phone slipped from my lap to the concrete ground and cracked a part of the cover, but not the phone. When I asked April for help, she gave me all the contact info for requesting a replacement because the cover had a lifetime warranty. It is rare these days to get great customer service. My experience at the AT&T store was utterly disgraceful and filled with deception from start to finish.My husband was blatantly lied to by Eloisa who is a degenerate of a human being, taking advantage of a non-English speaker to make a sale lying about costs and putting together a shady contract with no breakdown of charges. We went back into the store where we had the most HORRENDOUS experience of my life. Employees literally walked away from us, 1 having left to go smoke weed in the back room avoiding a conversation as we were told Leonard, the manager was gone for the day. Once we thought we got the lines sorted out, less than 2 weeks later he was charged THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS for 1 phone line because they neglected to make the right adjustments in their system which to this day they can't tell us what his contract is or what the charges are for! Leonard, who politely avoided confrontation promised it would get fixed and a phone call back 5 times (Yes, at this point we are literally at the mercy of these scummy store reps to not be charged hundreds of dollars again). This level of dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond appalling. AT&T should be ashamed to treat their customers in such a deceitful and dismissive way. I strongly advise others to avoid this store and reconsider their choice of service provider altogether. BEWARE OF BRANDON G, HE WILL DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO SELL AT&T PHONES. On 10-14-22 I went to the AT&T BLUE LINK store because my phone wasn't working correctly. I asked BRANDON G, the Assistant Manager for help. He said that he couldn't fix my phone because of "company policy" and he could only sell me a new phone. I told him I couldn't afford a new phone; I am on disability with a limited income. BRANDON G asked me what my monthly bill was and I told him $65.00. He said he could get me a new phone for about $70.00 monthly. Before agreeing to the sale, I asked him to show me the monthly breakdown, with all fees, taxes, etc. He looked at his computer, wrote down some numbers and at the bottom he wrote "$ 71.50" a month. I gave him my AARP credit card/number because members do not have to pay upgrade fees, activation fees, etc. and receive $10.00 a month credit. On 11-10-22, I checked my AT&T account and the monthly payment was $146.00. There was no AARP discount and I had been charged activation and upgrade fees. I set up my AARP discount and received an email the next day that it was active on 11-11-22. I went to the AT&T store the next day and told Brandon that he had not been honest with me about the cost and he had failed to set up my AARP discounts. He started arguing with me and told me he had set it up correctly on my first visit. I showed him the emails from AT&T, showing that I had set it up. He started arguing with me again and said that "I WAS CONFUSED, BECAUSE OF MY AGE" and refused to take responsibility for his deception and blatant lies. I tried to give him my old phone, because it had to be turned in, or I would not receive the credit for it. He refused to take my phone. Watch out for the fine print! While switching out phones we were convinced by the sales clerk to switch from cox to att internet. After 2 weeks we decided the speed was just too slow compared to cox for the same price. Unfortunately for us, there was a 200$ cancellation fee due after 2 weeks of use. The manager at the store was zero help.. It's bullshit, their internet is slow, go with cox if possible.. we'll be cancelling all of our att services soon.. read more

Customer Service lesson #1 don't ignore a walk in client for 25 minutes while two associates not working talk to the the front desk person and chit chat. And then finally when the client is on the phone with AT&T to get service, finally the front desk person goes, "OH", and gives one of the associates my information. At this point I stood up and said "Are you F^^^^^^ kidding me." Then I was asked to leave because of my language. I was sitting in front of the guy for 25 minutes and he ignored me!.
