Alex, on site at Alton PBG store, went above and beyond to resolve a problem that nobody from T-Mobile on Indiatown Rd. Could fix in 3 days! The CSR on phone, Ruby, also solved a huge problem in less than a minute! Cell was locked due to improper transfer of carrier. Not seamless, no cell for 3 days & I take care of very ill, elderly parents who couldn't communicate with me. Outrageous in this year of 2025! I have had the worse customer service experience at this store. I bought a phone , the rep that took care of me appeared to be high (no longer an employee) , could not answer questions, applied the monies that were supposed to go toward new phone toward Billing and for the last 10 months my account billing has been completely screwed up. Not only I did not get the "promotion" I was supposed to get but my account became a simple mess. I have to contact customer service on a monthly basis for them to correct the account. December 2023 is a year of this nonsense. I have written emails to the "regional manager", no-one answers.... At the store , no one seems to be able to help ... the issue, not only unresolved has become a nightmare. DO NOT do go to this store!! read more

Amassed this store is still operating , Purchased a Malfunctioning iPhone 14 less than a year ago. first bill they added a Tablet to billing from the manager of this store. They refused to help to remove it, Took 4 hours on the phone to finally get it removed , Today 8/23/24 brought back phone would not send pictures to my friend in. West Palm. The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a cell phone store, or maybe any store. PLEASE READ. I dealt with Alexis in early July. She sold me an iPhone 12 and told me that I was eligible for a discount of $415 with my trade in. Since I know these things can be tricky, I confirmed with her multiple times of this discount. She said it would show up in August when my bill was posted. I waited to make sure everything went as planned, and as it turned out, I was only getting a $200 discount because she messed up. When I tried to call the store to address them (after the billing department said the store deals with these issues and owes me a credit), not only did they not take responsibility, but they also were often not answering the phone or placing me on long holds with no solution and being disrespectful to me, including the manager. I would stay far away from this store. I am very seriously considering switching carriers as well if this is how a huge corporation treats their loyal customers. Shame on them. read more

Service was no a pleasant experience. Young man was not helpful nor knowledgeable about iPhone products. He never reviewed order after I told him what I wanted. Billed my credit card for accessories I didn't want nor ask for. Had to call T-Moblie to correct the order and will never go back to this store. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. The sign says T-Mobile but they are not affiliated with the company it is a private entity. They run makeshift promotions and add ghost lines and services that run up your bill. I have been going through a 3 month ordeal trying to get my bill fixed after they added 4 ghost lines and an internet service. The store on Indiantown is actually affiliated with T-Mobile and can help you, DONT GO HERE save yourself the headache. read more

Perfect 10! I kid you not! I was shocked too as most experiences in these types of stores are aggravating. Let me start out this way. Donovan, Chantel and Adel are nothing short of amazing. Great customer service and continued to work with me 2x even after the store closed. Here is my success story. My daughter got her phone stolen. I purchased an iPhone 11 from a reseller. I tried to activate the phone on line with a Sprint specialist. While hearing the roosters in the background it was very apparent that it was not going to be successful. I drove up to the store and work with Adele to get the phone activated. She did go ahead and activate it on the T-Mobile network. Once the phone was successfully working she did notice that the ringer was not sounding right. Regardless, I took the phone the next day to the Apple store and it was just some crud in the speaker system. Bottom line I ended switching the phone back to the old iPhone 6s that I was letting my daughter use just so she would have a phone. Fast forward to December 13 in the evening. Once again I tried to activate the phone online and on the telephone call with Sprint. Once again it was very unsuccessful. I ran out to the store last night 20 minutes prior to them closing. Donovan and Chatel were totally focused on activating the phone. They worked on it for a minimum of 45 minutes and called their special support number. Finally, 10 to 15 minutes after the store closed, they got the phone activated. Fantastic Job!!!! Seriously these young people working at this store are wonderful. Thank you to this T-Mobile reseller for hiring such fantastic dedicated employees. read more

Had to go various times to tmobil at Alton Town Center for the same problem and each time was gjven a different answer with no solution until we were waited on by Alexis, oh my goodness her customer service was spot on, she was amazing, she was very clear on explaining everything. Had a great experience switching over carriers. Chantel is very patient and understanding.

I happened to being walking by the T-Mobile in Alton. I was planning on getting a new phone so I went inside the store. I was reluctant because I try to avoid salespeople at all costs. I should have listened to my intuition. First they tried to sell me some kind of subscription for cable. After that, it turned out they did have the phone I wanted. I asked Adel if there was any extra charge for getting a phone in person instead of online. She outright lied and said no. I went ahead and bought the phone. They then tried to sell me some crappy cell phone cover that you can get at the dollar store. Anyway, when I checked my bill I saw a charge of $30 for assisted service because I bought the phone in the store. I called T-Mobile customer service and got a refund. I like t-mobile and have 3 phone lines and I think their costs are good, I'll just avoid going into a store again. It's a shame because I think we need businesses, like this but for God's sake, stop the lying just to make a sale. read more
