I have been a loyal customer for Tmobile for a while now and it is time for me to get a new phone. I stopped by to trade in my 5 year old phone. Battery is dying on me. When I came in, Sale associates were busy tending clients but they still have time to greet and welcome customers who come in the door. They told me to wait and someone will tend to me shortly. Brayan - the sales associate approached me and asked what I was there for. I told him the purpose of my visit, (to trade in my phone) then he mentioned the colors and he gave me time to decide. It was easy for me to decide since I already have a color in mind. I told Brayan I wanted the iPhone 15 Pro Max in natural Titanium with 256 GB. Brayan checked the back and they have it in stock. Yay Brayan gave me the details on the trade in ($100 for an iPhone XR) and although I was dismayed, I went thru with the transaction. I paid my due then Brayan helped me out in setting up my new iPhone especially in transferring the data from the old phone to the new one. He even helped me in putting the screen protector and phone case on the new phone. Great!! I left with a Happy face and satisfaction. read more

Yes there was a wait but I was so happy to be able to get a 5 G Samsung A16 phone inexpensively. I had hung on to my Blackberry Key 2 waaay too long. I didn't realize that there were appointments and so I was a little grouchy but the customer service people were great. They made sure to ask if I wanted screen protectors and cables. I had looked at the Iphones but they were just not intuitive to me and I know how Androids work and with it being 5 G and Samsung always updating I will be good for a few years. I have always been with T Mobile because their prepaid option with adding Canada and Mexico for 5 bucks is great and their customer service is stellar. I'm still figuring some things out on the phone but my bank, work email and other apps work great. I'll always hope Blackberry will make a comeback but for now I have to live in the modern world. I want to thank the customer service representatives. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. read more

U signed up for the T-Mobile internet box in September and have had nothing but issues. I called customer service to xpress my concerns and issues. They helped the best way they could "Not" having any tech team to come out and detect the actually issues with your equipment. It was suggested by T-mobile custmer service return the defected equipment and retrieve another at "No" cost! I followed those instruction and was charged $35 by T-Moniles retail store. I explained their customer service stated "No" charge! It became a back and forth of "No/"Yes". I paid the $35 to avoid much a bigger headache. I took the exchange device home and connected it by following the instructions. Guess What? I had the same issues (indication- ooops something went wrong). Called customer Service, it was suggested return device and get my refund of $35. Upon returning the device the same day, T-Mobile refused to refund my $35. I sat in the T-mobile retail store on hold until I reached a customer service rep whom was very helpful in making sure I was refunded my $35. So sad I had to go back and forth for my money! Don't let any company push you around. Stay strong for yours!!! read more

I am so upset. We came in with my brother to get him a new IPhone X RICHARD helped us out. When checking out he asked my brother if he wanted a phone case because his phone is all glass for $3/month on our phone bill my brother very nicely said no thanks, I'll get it elsewhere He said "Oh you're going to get a cheap one" And my brother said No I'm getting an otter box or a Mophie elsewhere. SERIOUSLY I'm sorry you aren't going to make commission but it's not our obligation to buy a phone case here if we choose not to. Everything ran smoothly until my brother asked for his number to be changed. He said he could do that. We almost left the store & my mom had a question. Which was never answered because when he noticed he changed MY number! Not my brothers number! MY number. A number that had nothing to do with this whole transaction. I looked at my phone and I had no service. We had to change my sim Card. He gave me the option to keep that new number or get a temp number which did not guarantee me my old number back. He said I'm sorry should I just leave it like that? I explained that I really needed my number back. He said there wasn't much he can do. He called to get my number back & he said it would take 2-5 days for my number to possibly be given back to me. I said if in 2-5 days I don't get my number back what should I do come back? His answer was this "I understand your frustration I can't do anything for you" I was so upset because if I wouldn't have asked a question we would have had NEVER noticed. My name was never brought up in this whole transaction so how is it that my number was just changed just like that? His I can't do anything for you attitude was probably what upset me the most. Because he says it wasn't his fault, but clearly he's behind the computer. We later had to take time out of our day to call T-mobile to assure I would get my number back. They said they were very sorry for what one of their colleagues had done and would try to retrieve my number back to me as soon as possible. Let's see what happens :( read more

I truly have never had such an awful experience with a phone carrier than I went here on both the October 15th and October 19th. The representative who was "helping" me Jacob was not helpful at all. He like the rest of the employees at this company just gave misleading information to make a sell. He didn't provide us with any information and when I told him I didn't understand something (in hopes he could explain more in depth) he gave me a attitude and said "I don't know what to tell you." What kind of company let's their employees talk to their customers like this? Disgusting. Not to mention he had a name tag that says "hablo español" but couldn't even say a single word in Spanish? Misleading. I'm 100% fully bilingual and it's absolutely disappointing to see someone have a name tag that says one thing but can't even hold a conversation in a language he can "supposedly" talk in. When I want back to turn in my phone for the trade in, the employee who helped me again was super entitled and rude. Terrible experience and honestly just gave me attitude for asking questions? Horrible customer service. I saw half of these employees name tags say they can talk Spanish and not one of them was able to able to hold a proper conversation with a Spanish speaking customer. Misleading and shameful. Moral of the story, If you want a company to make you feel unheard, give you attitude for asking questions, and provide you with misleading information, this location is perfect for you! read more

I experienced the worst customer service of my life today at @ T-Mobile. After ordering a replacement phone last Thursday (which I have always paid insurance for & is covered under warranty) I received a message that my phone was ready at the AV mall location. Thats when I was "helped" by an assistant manager (guess they give this title to just anybody) by the name of Richard who then began to tell me: - I now needed to pay $175 out of pocket - He would no longer honor the exchange - If I didn't want to pay the $175 instead of the $5 we agreed on, he would return my replacement phone He was very rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the situation. When I asked to speak with his manager, he LIED and said he was the only manager (contrary to what his name tag said) When I called him out on his lie, he told me: - to go find his manager that "she's walking around in the mall." - He gives me her "business card" with the wrong information - he then threatened to THROW ME out of the store - then got on the phone and called mall security Mind you, I've been a loyal, paying, customer of T-Mobile for over 5 years, and yet here I am being treated like a shoplifter or something. A bystanding customer even told Richard to calm down, and not talk to me like that because his behavior was unprofessional. That customer then gave me his information to call on him as a witness if need be. So @tmobile my question is, is this kind of treatment customers are to expect? & this the kind of "assistant managers" that you choose to represent your company? read more

I would never going back to T mobile The worst experience I have over a wireless company t-Mobile in the sprint they are the worst company to switch, I preferred to pay a little more money for Verizon Service! I never have a problem, at works, mountains and my Internet is fast., T-Mobile and a sprint they never tell you the real charges, you find out after the first of the second cycle make sure you take a good look before you go to these two companies, especially the ones are inside of the Antillope Valley mall and be careful out there I recommend you Verizon..... read more

I had gone to the Ave L and the one on the east side by Vallarta in Palmdale and they tried to rip me off. this store has been honest with me and even gave me a discount to satisfy me and make sure I stay there. will continue going here because anywhere else it's just not the same (even though it should be) read more

T-Mobile Corporate you need to get this location some help. Right now there is 7 people Including a baby and a child waiting there turn to be helped and I am one of them. I came to pick up a warranty phone that was sent to this location since my speaker had internal damage. I have been waiting for an hour now. You have two hard working employees and you can see they are doing as much as they can. Just tonight you had 4 people walk out for all you know possible could of been customers. I highly recommend you hire more staff that will help you with less wait time more loyal customers , more customers, quality customer service, loyal employees because lack of staff means over worked, put yourself in the shoes of you're employees imagine someone starring at you for a long period wait time with the look of impatience, frustration, tiredness not cool. It's been an hour since I've waited and according to the wait time time frame 40 minutes to go. Hope you take the advice into consideration . They switched my bill 3 times and all of the charges they say where not taxed so the bill got higher. I was initially paying 75.25 a month, I get a text saying my bill is 105.44. So I call up there to customer care and they hung up the first two times, the third time I called they said it was a T mobile error. So instead of fixing my bill they send me a text saying my bill will be 76.25 for February 2nd 2017. I get a text on the 2nd at 8 a.m. stating my bill is 85.43 and they want me to pay it because the taxes was not included. Why tell me it's 76.25 in the first place on January 28th, If you were listening don't ever go with t mobile, I have only been with them for 4 months and my bill has not been the same since and None of the money I been spending have not rotating onto my account. Very upset with them....... I have even tried to go into the store and they tell me they have a new contract out, but are still charging me for a bill that was apposed to be set. read more
