I recommend that you allow him to do this, as he then sees your computer in real time while you watch him 'arrow' around, repairing the problem or showing you how to do what you had been trying. In fact, I called him today, allowed him to log in, and, in a few minutes, we fixed it at no charge. You will be extremely satisfied with Guy's expert and professional work. A very satisfied and customer, thrilled to have finally found THE COMPUTER GUY!! I recommend him extremely highly.
