Worst T-mobile store I've ever been too. Waste of time! I walked in to pick up my claim replacement phone. Turns out the customer rep filed the "wrong type of claim" and they can't provide the replacement phone. I told the rep I haven't had a working phone for days I need a phone. Can we upgrade ? No. Basically can't have another phone for another 4 days. Didnt want to do anything to help me out. Attitude was bad enough cutting over my voice to state T-Mobile's policy like a robot. Never seen someone so miserable with their job. It's bad enough I had to wait for 45 minutes to be turned down by the rep with an attitude and lack of customer service. If you want to waste about an hour and not get your issue resolved this is the T-Mobile store for you. read more

I canceled my plan....to me which means my entire plan....but someone in t mobile didn"t cancel my second line and it ended up costing me over 400 dollars. this seems like a Big scam to me. some how my $25 a month bill jumper up to over 400 dollars in 8 month of an account that I paid off. tmobile never, in those 8 months, NEVER sent me any kind of bill. then when I found out about it, I called 5 times each time asking for a supervisor, and was told they would call me back at a specific time. they ended up sending it to Amshure(a collection agency company that needs to forcibly closed because they are buttholes) in less than a week. tmobile knows how to scam you out of your money and there is nothing you can do if you want good credit. go to any other cell phone carrier other than tmobile because they are a bunch of thieves there. read more

We showed up for our 5:30 appointment and Gio greeted us with a warm hello. He answered all of our questions and we had tons! He explained all the different options available. He checked different locations for what we were looking for. He was able to help us find a phone in store that would fit our needs (One Plus 9) and save us $500. (Instead of buying a Samsung.) Gio was pleasant and patient with us for the hour and a half we were with him. Phone shopping is always a big ordeal but this time, Gio made the experience way easy! I walked in trying to fix some stuff on my sprint account and he was not only able to assist me but also setting the right expectations with my bill devices as well as bill changing dates . My sprint account was extremely high and I wanted to take advantage of any T-Mobile discounts , he offered me a new plan with unlimited data as well as new tablets for my little ones and my husband. Overall this was a great experience from the minute we walked in to the second we walked out he was great I would recommend him to my family and friends . I was a little shaky from coming into this store as I had a pretty bad experience with the older supervisor Cesar but thankfully I was able to walk in get taken care of and I'm extremely happy . Do not trust the Mobile experts at this particular store, especially Shawn Kephart. He will provide you with misinformation and continue to not take into consideration his own mistake. You will walk out with the wrong understanding of your deal and end up having to potentially pay for fees due to his careless mistakes. The other associates known as "management" will say that they have nothing to do about it due to the "system". Gladly contacting T-mobile customer support is by far the best decision made in this experience. Do not trust the deal makers who are only trying to confuse you and steal your money. I recommend T-mobile because they resolved our issue on the phone but I do not recommend coming in to the store and being taken advantage of. read more

I walked into T-Mobile today to get some assistance with my prepaid account and I was greeted loudly and pleasantly by Jose and the staff . I've visited others' locations and have never been greeted this way , it was pretty cool . As I mentioned I've visited other locations and it seems the moment I mention "Prepaid" they all just point me to 661 (customer care) as if they only are interested in making a sale but I gota TOTAL DIFFERENT experience with Jose and this location he was kind enough to go through my account and explain some billing info but he also offered me a way to move my account from prepaid service to regular services ; at first I was hesitant but after he explained in detail to me the advantages and promotions it was pretty hard to say no . He was extremely detailed from the start with numbers (pricing) as well as billing dates and expectations. One of the things that totally convinced me was his attitude as well as his patience to not only explain but also to help me set up my devices . This is my go-to location going forward. I used the plus plan and received 4 free phones . Jose also made it a point to let it be know that he's my guy and if I had questions or concerns to not hesitate and to reach out . I could honesty say I had over a 100 questions about T-Mobile and he answered them all with a smile. He's professional, polite and he shows great pleasure in assisting customers. Something wrong here. They are either complete imbeciles or lazy, or just don't know what they are doing half the time. I mean how hard is it to work at tmobile, and sign people up for service? It must be rocket science. Tmobile now has an unlimited $50 prepaid plan, tmobile one plan, unlimited 4g, unlimited everything. it used to be $75, now it is $50. I was told by customer service to go to a location and get a new sim card for this new plan, because it is part of their new billing system, called rebellion. The old system is legacy. I called prior and the fool who answered the phone didn't even know they had an unlimited plan for $50, that was the same as the $75 plan...It is right there on the tmobile site..this fool was like are you talking about the senior citizen plan. LMAO...i said no, its on the tmobile site dude, do you know what you are doing, and i hung up. I called another location and asked them about it, and they knew exactly what I was talking about, so this stuff is not a mystery....Anyway I was close to this location, and I think I forgot I talked to the moron on the phone at this location, and I went in and said I want the new $50 tmobile unlimited plan, it is called rebellion version 2, and customer service said i need a new sim card...Well this fool said ok, and gives me a new sim card, and says its $50, so I pay, and I asked him its the new unlimited plan right he says yeah...So I go home and look at my phone and this fool just changed my current $75 plan to the simple prepaid plan for $50. HAHAHAHA...then I call them and tell them what happened and another fool answers and he is stuck on stupid telling me i got the simple prepaid plan and thats the only $50 plan. then he says oh rebellion that's only for new customers...(well duh dipshit, you have to cancel my old account and make a new one, that's the whole point)....But I gave up...it hurt my head just to listen to him...what a nightmare...these fools got dropped on their heads when they were kids or something.... read more

I walked in with my dad to purchase a new device and I didn't have great customer service. The employee was in a hurry to finish "helping" me and I felt rushed through the whole purchase. I don't remember his name but his associate number ended with 114, had a brown reddish beard and spoke English and Spanish. He didn't offer any cases, charger, or screen protector. My dad made a comment about needing some but I decided to walk out and purchase somewhere else. Since he needed a charger asap, we decided to go back since it was the closest location at the time and luckily we received help by someone else. It was a night and day experience. This sales rep was nice, welcoming, and very attentive with our needs. We ended buying all the accessories we needed through him. I would definitely give this place a 1 star, since I didn't feel good with my purchase at first but after the second time walking in, different sales rep I felt a bit better about spending over $800 in this location. Customer service is highly important to me, since we could've easily ordered online, with a better idea of what we were purchasing, better help too. My wife n I first went the t mobile location on Palmdale Blvd to have my wife's s9+ screen protector replaced but they did not have one available at that location. So I asked the sales rep to call the 47th location. They verified that they had one in stock. When we got there we waited about 10 mins or so cuz there was other customers before us. Jennifer was the sales rep who helped us. She was friendly and helpful. She installed the screen protector. And also helped me with Installing the tmobile Tuesday app. We recommend this place for cell phone services. We go the Palmdale blvd location for cell phone transactions, now we'll definitely come back to this location on future transactions. I went to this T-Mobile on August 9th my iPhone was not working and I was trying to upgrade to an iPhone 11 . We arrived and they informed us that due to COVID we were to wait in our car for about an hr as they were behind. We returned to our car decided to drive to get a drink and come back as we were told we'd receive a test message when they were to help us. We then waited for 2 hrs in our car and they never reached out my fiancée became so impatient we left. I had to wait until that Friday when I had time to go to another T-Mobile to upgrade and struggle with the phone.
