Inappropriate charges were added to my son's bill when the phone was return to that dealer. When we went in to ask about making the switch from another carrier, we spoke with Oliver who was extremely helpful. We had countless questions regarding the plan and phone features which were answered in great detail. Oliver had informed us that though he would not be there the next day when we were going to sign up, we could ask for his associate. The next day when we went in, the associate was helping someone else with a new plan so we were attended to by Kelsey. LIke Oliver, she was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that we were taken care of. It was refreshing to experience such a level of customer service.
