Absolutely the worst service I have ever received transferring phone companies. They pretty much gave me my new phones and said get your pin from xfinity and call 800 number. They didn't go over anything with billing or new phones. Go to a different location if you are looking to move to T-mobile! Don't recommend this location!! read more

Unfortunately my issue still is not resolved. It's been since April. Traded in my old phone because not 5G. The new phone was basically free because of the trade in. I'm still being charged for the new phone. I don't understand why it's so hard to fix this . It's been 5 months. Conner has tried to help but still nothing. I never had these problems with Sprint. Will be looking for a new carrier when this issue is resolved. read more

Never open and never has phones, I probably drove around five different times on different and haven't been able to walk inside and upgrade my phone. What's the literal point of the store? read more

I haven't had centurylink service in quite some time, since this "Wireless" fad started anyway…read more I did however have an encounter with them last year when I tried to get them to remove the outdated, unused, unattractive (ok it sounds like I'm talking about my sister but I'm not) wire from the outside of my home. I had to call 4 times, then eventually lie and tell them a tree was being cut down which may damage the wire junction on the telephone pole out back. I don't feel great about what I did, but we aren't talking about feelings now are we Beverly.

We rescheduled for the next Tuesday, they got here and the tech said we were 6500 feet away from being able to get the package we ordered, and we could get a half speed package same price. The technician, Dustin, thoughtfully called to let us know he was running a few minutes late, and he arrived exactly when predicted. He did a thorough inspection and magically got the oven working as it should again, without having to replace any parts. If he had been a less scrupulous and responsible professional, he could have charged us to replace a part unnecessarily. Instead, he left his contact info so we could let him know if the problem returned, with the plan to order the part then, and only then. Even though it was the end of the business day, he stayed longer to be sure the oven maintained its temperature correctly. Throughout, he was friendly and professional, a pleasure to work with. Although the business is located in Bloomington, they do calls in the Champaign-Urbana area for no extra charge. I'm putting BK Appliance Repair into my contacts now in case any other appliance issues come up.

Can I give a zero? We had a dampness sensor with our dryer and I called them for service. Guy…read morecame out, didn't look at our dryer and told my wife she needed to disconnect the vent and dry a couple loads and see how it works. Keep in mind, we told him it dried fine on timed dry, just didn't work when we used the sensor drying option. Didn't matter, he said we needed to do that before he could help, and he billed us $75 and left. I called him back the next day and said we'd done his test and the clothes did not dry on the sensor drying option with the vent hose disconnected. He came back and complained to my wife that he didn't have time to sit there and watch a load dry (as if we'd ask him to do that). In short, we were charged $75 for a guy who refused to do literally anything. In the end, he didn't really check anything and defaulted to 'need to replace the motherboard'. No, it's a dampness sensor issue, brah, but whatever. Don't ever call these guys, they will afford you no help for your issue and charge you for it. Total joke. Dan Bailey was the clown we dealt with.
