Then another $36 OD bank fee. THEN another $25 Medicom insufficient fund fee AND ANOTHER $36 OD fee!!! I went to office. They are nice. Boss Julia has not called me back after 5 days. She has copies of all and was to "figure out" how to correct. Notice these are unauthorized charges to my bank account. Mediacom is responsible. I WILL BE reimbursed. This is embarrassing!!! Truthfully, I can't wait till Spectrum rolls into Gulf Breeze. I call Mediacom every other month with billing "errors". There is either embezzlement or an interesting computer glitch.
