Home Internet, Horrible Customer Service and Lied to So I have had T-Mobile for a while now and decided I would try the internet because I am fed up with Comcast. So I wanted to try home internet from T-Mobile and while speaking with a customer service rep he told me I could have the internet billed separately from the phone. The sales rep told me that I could but I would have to get the Internet first and then call customer service. Once I received the internet I called customer service and they told me I could not separate the bills which made me mad because I was lied too. So I said that's fine I kept everything in the box and told them I wanted to return the package. Customer service told me I had to go into a store to return the product. So after finally finding a store that was not closed the store employees told me that the do not take the packages and that I needed to call customer service to get a UPS label. So now after being Lied to twice I called customer service to get a label which they did send over. I repeatedly asked the agent if I there was anything else needed to cancel/terminate the home interenet and I was told no. After I returned the home internet within the 15 day free period I saw on my next month bill a charge for 104.50 for home internet and an installation fee. I don't know how they charge an installation fee when they just mail you out the internet. I called T-Mobile to try and get this resolved after being lied to multiple times. The told me the best they could do was give me 30 dollars off next bill. Horrible customer service and being lied to makes me totally despise this company. The best part I was charged for never taking the internet out of the package. The best part is I was lied to one last time because the line was not closed I had to call back in after to finally cancel the line. Please do not trust them they are just like comcast. read more

I came into the store in a dire situation with a broken phone. Joy, Sampson and her team at the Walnut Street store in Philadelphia we're amazing, educated, straightforward, and overall very helpful. And not just to me there were at least five other customers that were helped in extensive capacities while I was being served and not one minute did I feel neglected or forgotten about. Let me tell you about the NIGHTMARE I am currently experiencing. Went to order two Ipad's through the chat got to the end about an hour into this chat and get to shipping and explained that the shipping date was not going to work is there a way to get my Ipads quicker. The app freezes and starts a whole new chat. I explained on the new Chat that I wanted to speak with Kevin A since I have been dealing with him for an hour, Earl Petteron explains there is no way to get my back to Kevin A that he would gladly assist me, so start the whole process over and was given a price more than double then what Kevin A gave me, the only thing added to the order was a $14.99 express 1 day delivery. So, I start asking questions well guess what everyone the app restarts and I get another person. At this point I am done with the chat so I call in and go through the process all over again with Alleah I believe that is the spelling, I am told that my Ipads will be here express delivery and will have them by 8/21/25 latest 8/22/25. Great, well so I thought. I never received a tracking number 8/20/25 in morning so, I go on the chat and tell them I am waiting for my tracking number I paid for express delivery. I am told they are pending shipping I will receive it as soon as UPS picks it up this is around 9:30 AM. Stalk my email all day around 3:00 PM still nothing get back on the chat and I am informed they never charged me or added express shipping. Why? It was talked about go back to the phone call how can you fix this, we can't. So, I guess as a customer I am stuck in limbo because of an employee not doing what they need to on their end. I ask for a manger I believe her name was Susan to be honest I have spoken to what feels like 20 plus people and no one is able to do anything. But it gets better I was told on the chat as well as on the phone that the store did not have the same promotion as online, which was a total lie. I explained multiple times that one of the Ipad's was a gift for my son's birthday and I needed ASAP. If I was given the correct information all of this could have been avoided, I would have went to the store yesterday and not had to deal with any of this aggravation. Which I ended up doing anyways and dealing with a very nice knowledgeable employee Reggie J who tried everything he could to help me leave with two Ipad's but it was not possible due to the order collecting dust in the warehouse. He was able to add a Ipad to my account to at least get my son's birthday gift on time. I was only able to get one of the two iPad because of finance issues since two things that are currently financed on my account are sitting is the warehouse with no way to cancel on their end, mind baffling. I am so upset at the service I received, and I usually do not have these issues with them. I think they need to retrain some employees on listening to the customer and verifying everything before they hang up it would probably avoid a lot of issues. I am writing this as a WARNING to everyone apparently, they are having issues with ordering through the chat and over the phone people are being misinformed about promotions not being in store as well as product. Their warehouse is backed up according to Raven who I just spoke to on the phone when I called and asked about my tracking number which she could not provide since its not updated on my account yet. The reason I asked for the tracking number was because I reached out to UPS and was told as soon as I have a tracking number, I can call them and refuse the package, and they will send it back to T-Mobil. The women I spoke to from UPS said they should be able to cancel on their end if we didn't pick it up, I said you think it would be that easy, but it is not. She suggested calling and getting the tracking number and calling them back so they could refuse at the warehouse but surprise no tracking number on T-Mobil's end yet. I am trying to get these back to them ASAP so I can get my money back that I paid and get two iPad's being financed on my account off so I can go back into the store and get the other Ipad I need. But there is nothing T-Mobil can do on their end with my order sitting in a box, in their warehouse they are unable to find it to cancel my order on their end and no way for me to cancel on my end since there is no tracking number. Please be careful ordering from them and if you need something ASAP go to a store it seems the employees are more knowledgeable and can better assist you. read more

I do not recommend this wireless service. The company's internal communication is non-existent. I returned their wireless tower 2 days after receiving it due to a lack of appropriate window. I cancelled by phone at the TMobile store on Chestnut who finished the return mailing label and took responsibility for returning it-as they advertise. TMobile is still trying to bill my non-existent closed account! read more

Decided to look into getting TMobile's 5G Home Internet today. Started online to determine my addresses' availability and had no issues. Located an idea Internet only plan @ $50/monthly with auto pay sign up. 5G gateway would be shipped to my address. So far so good, but here's and aggravating part. Rather than waiting for package to arrive I stopped into the Langhorne PA store on Lincoln Hwy to sign up and take gateway package home. The store told me that the monthly price would be $60 and they would provide the gateway today. I informed them of the difference between them and online and the store manager looked online, saw it but said sorry couldn't offer it to me!! What? I get receiving a one time discount for online purchases and activations but this would penalize me $10 a month... every month! Forever!!! Please watch when dealing with TMobile. I find this sort of sales behavior reprehensible and should not be condoned by perspective customers. read more

I've been with T-Mobile since 2013, and unless there's any crazy changes I'm sticking with it. This store is in a convenient location, it's on the small side but the sales associates are very friendly and helpful, and they had exactly what I was looking. Really, all the T-Mobile stores I've been to before in other states have been similar, so that speaks to effective marketing and training operations. For me, I'm just happy with the product selection and the plan offerings! read more

T mobile connection is bad in philadelphia. It fluctuates even in center city. Its disappointing. Get At&t or verizon instead.

I'm a happy T-Mobile customer, but the customer experience at this store is horrible. Not interested in helping me buy a $1000 phone at all. After being in there for 30 minutes to work everything out, after I had to call customer service because they wouldn't, they didn't even have the phone in stock. The manager specifically sucked and had zero desire to make a sale. read more

The staff is this store are good. My criticism lies with the T-Mobile company, which has one of the worst customer service phone lines that I have ever encountered. For instance, I bought my iPhone outright from this T-Mobile store, yet 18 months later it took FIVE phone calls to T-Mobile customer service to unlock my phone. T-Mobile had misregistered my iPhone serial number as a Verizon phone. Additionally, T-Mobile made me pay a last bill, even though I had shut down service, then turn around and said I had a $69.85 credit, which I was never properly refunded. When I call their Customer Service about the missing refund, T-Mobile was going to make me call Citibank to reissue the check (if T-Mobile had been willing to give me a credit to my credit card number, WHICH T-Mobile HAD ON RECORD, a check never would have been necessary. Horrible, incompetent customer service. Avoid buying anything, or having any service, from T-Mobile! read more

This store is dishonest. My girlfriend recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and the woman at this store who signed her up 'accidentally' signed her up for an option that was significantly more expensive than the one she told my girlfriend. After several phone calls and store visits this was finally rectified. It is unacceptable that T-mobile would allow this type of behavior that is clearly dishonest and unethical. read more

MY FIRST YELP!! Two hours of my life that I'll never get back. Took my mother-in-law to replace a non working iPhone and find options for a less expensive plan and once she determined a pre-paid option would be best for HER needs and budget the friendly sales experience turned into the cold shoulder be with you when I can.. SO RUDE. ALSO I'm pregnant and was told by one employees to ask another associate to let me into the locked area where the bathrooms were so I proceed to that associate and she told me there are no public restrooms. I asked her why I was told by another associate that I just had to ask her to let me in and she gave me a huge attitude repeating that she was told there are no public restrooms that I could use. So I patiently waited for the first sales associate who didn't care we were there anymore to get the prepaid phone so we could check out and I could leave and use a bathroom to be given another associate to deal with. Luckily Sam was very kind and helpful and quick and while we were being helped by him Dez came back and heard that we were denied access to the bathroom and apologized and let me use it. The two "Greeter Girls" need to learn the definition of customer service. Can't wait until my contract is O-V-E-R so I can go back to AT&T which I should have left in the first place. read more
