I'be been to this store before to upgrade devices. I went in tonight with the intention of upgrading two iPad lines and buying some of the new AirPods they just came out with. The sales person who came over didn't even ask for my name and told me they didn't offer any deals, that all of the deals were reserved for new customers without even looking to see if they were offering any promotions. she literally didn't even try to help me when I was planning on spending money. I had a terrible experience at this particular Tmobile - and for multiple reasons. First I was on somewhat of a time limit- I stopped in because nobody else was there the moment I drove by. Typically this store isn't too busy at all anyhow. The two guys there bombarded me at walking in and asked me what I needed. I was specific and to the point- I went in to upgrade my iPhone 5 to a 6plus 16gig white with gold. Asked if they had it- they did, so thought this would be a breeze. Thought too soon! Second- I was completely misled. When Maurice opens up my account to review he tells me about some roll-over/ up-grade? program that one of my particular lines has (I carry 4 with Tmobile). He makes it sound like I was getting a deal and I should upgrade to a 6s plus (apparently better but almost $150 more trivially) and tells me he can do it for so much less (ultimately about $130ish less than what I typically cost on its own) that actually gives you a bit of a discount. Well- after push came to shove, he added an extra $220 to my bill after all these "incentives" he promised and "promotions" because of this program. It was a mess that I was not happy with so I asked him to remove these items and he took his sweet time, tried to give me some grief about it and when I seemed to become upset - only THEN did he want to make sure I was happy- wanted to make sure I didn't walk out upset. Third- Just a warning - this is a third party vendor- NOT a Tmobile corporate store so they have different set of operating rules and usually get away with charging different pricing for things. This man was sexist (called me "cutesey" names) and did not do so to a different customer and then gave me his "personal" number. I will not be back to this store again! read more

Today was my third horrible experience at this location and I can't believe the lack of customer service in this place. I chose to buy my devices a few months ago after the lease period ended so that I could get a good deal when I went to upgrade to the iPhone 13. I walked in today to do the upgrade a get my new phone and was greeted with lies, laziness, and poor service. I was told by the woman working that I had been disqualified for any of their current promotions. I asked why and she made a call but still couldn't give me an answer other than I had used a promotional upgrade already this year and couldn't use another one. I asked which promotion and she said she didn't know... I was clearly frustrated by the answer because I was told I was disqualified for a promotion because of an unknown promotion I had received. Mind you - I've had the iPhone X since it came out and haven't upgraded anything. So after the explaining I had no new iPhone she looked at me and said, I've given you your options. Ok really? So I said ok let's forget the promotion, who needs free AirPods anyway. So I said I just wanted to trade in my iPhone X for the 13. She said no, you're not qualified. She became much more rude and I responded in the same manner. I responded that this place is a joke because they never have been able to help me once and they never have the right information. Another employee joined in and said why would I get good service if I'm rude too. Mind you this employee was rude and condense far before I was. I asked them to contact a manager or call the tech line because it must be a mistake to which they said I could sit down and wait for a manager for two hours but that was it. I've had every iPhone almost since iPhone 3 and I've never had this much trouble trying to upgrade. I left - dropped an F bomb at the employee on my way out in total disgust and called customer support immediately. Long story short, there was NO disqualifications on my account. I was 100% correct in everything I was trying to explain to those employees that had zero time to hear it. My new iPhone will be arriving by delivery tomorrow - I paid taxes... not the $1300 your inadequate retail employee was trying to tell me was the price for me to upgrade. Again - this is the third horrible experience I've had at this location and it's the same terrible employees. This place puts a huge stain on the brand T-Mobile. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. For 4 months I was unable to get calls or make calls without restarting my business phones. I called did all thier troubleshooting crap many many times. Went to the store got new Sim cards, did everything they told me to do. I bought the note 10 s plus. Just trying to get a phone that I could get business calls on. They didn't help me so I had to change to Verizon after 9 years paying my bill on time. Auto pay so I was never late!!! So after a month of not using t mobile they are tryn to charge me for 2 months. 1 month I was calling to pay and now they are tryn to stick me for 2. I feel I shouldn't have paid for 3 months of loosing business, which caused me to loose money.. Shame on Tmobile. Everytime I turn around t-mobile has another suprise bill, suprise text telling me " you better quit using roaming or we will disconnect your phone line. You won't be able to have a phone line back fir 90 days. Then you won't be able to have this phone number." When we got t-mobile we told the girl in Ogden, Utah that we were going RV full-time. We will be traveling for at least 5-7 years in our RV. We have to have a service, plan that has the most coverage. "Oh ya we have that." On Friday my husband and I went in to look at a new phone for him. Jason greeted us and started looking into our account. Checked to see what we were still leasing as far as devices and he was eligible for an upgrade. He decided on the Google Pixel 4. Ran the card but there was a delay because the app possibly crashed. It happens. Jason kindly let us know that it might take a few minutes and kept us updated. We waited maybe about 10 minutes and he was able to process the card for the down payment on the new device. While we were waiting I decided to also upgrade. I let him know I wanted to get the IPhone 11. It was about 11AM and we were kinda in a time crunch because I had to go to work at 12PM. My fault and error because I decided last second, "hEY i wAnNa NEw pHoNE, tOO"! Jason went over all the figures and with the best plan and value with my trade in. He made SURE all the photos and apps on my old phone were backed up before trading and also made sure everything was transferred over before we left. I've lost all my pictures once before and I was devastated. I just want to recognize Jason as a stellar employee and person. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate that. P.S. I came in here to get a new phone and line for the first time by myself as an adult. Had no idea what I was doing. Jordan, one of the people working there, helped me by doing all of the math for me, explaining the different services and prices, helped me find the best deal, and made sure I got every single perk and free item included with my new line. 100% recommend this store, super clean and I was helped very quick even though I came in with no appointment and they were booked for that day. I have been a t mobile custmer for about 12 years I recently found out I was being charge for a tablet I cancelled at least a year a go and hot spot a cancelled several years ago . I had purchased phones and tablets and accoeries in in past and new I had a high bill . I called several times asked what I was being charged for. And I would ask if those lines were cancled ... T mobile reps lie ... I recently paid off all my accerioes and found out all these other charges once my bill was still hi the rep kia that I talked to said the can only go back 3 months and credit me for those which she did . Ready, set, disappoint. T-Mobile, with whom I've been a loyal customer with for five years, sent me a used phone that had the previous users information on it. That is a breach of trust from the previous owner. To make matters worse, the previous owner had texted and emailed drug deals on the phone. I ended up turning the phone over to the police so they could retrieve the illegal information off of it. What was so upsetting is that T-Mobile didn't stand behind their product. When I discussed the issue with customer service, the employee literally yelled at me on the phone. I ended up returning the phone after the police were done with it, and canceling my service. T-Mobile actually wanted me to continue to use that phone, and are BILLING me for the service. I closed the contract, which will cost me $564 to do so. read more

Typically it's such a hassle going to any COR (corporate owned retail) mobile store - - the lines, the waiting, and then hopefully you get good service... But I can honestly say that each time I've had to visit this location, the staff has been incredibly awesome, upbeat, and friendly with me! A big "Thank You!" for that! Even my last ordeal, I purchased a phone.... but decided it wasn't for me. The manager (I believe his name is Anthony) was extremely understanding and accepting of the return. Plus I had Mike provide service when I initially purchased that phone -- he rocks! I had the best experience at this store. Above and beyond what I've ever had at any carrier's retail location. I decided to upgrade and pretty much knew what I wanted and was sure to have my ducks in a row prior to going in. Even though I'd already done the whole iCloud back up, I still faced about an hour's worth of updates. Even though it was a process, my salesperson was so awesome and kept the conversation going, so time flew by. I called the main T Mobile number about the problem's I have had trying to purchase a pre-paid phone for my son. Total disaster. I was informed that there has never been issues with the pre-paid phones and according to T-Mobile policy there should be a Manager on the site at all times. I have been a loyal customer for T - Mobile for 10 years, never have I had such service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT VISIT this location! Stay clear of it. I am one of those people who the "How to (Do Something) for Dummies" books were written for. I admit it. There are just some things that are beyond my grasp of comprehension. Technology and reading cell phone bills are just two of the areas I struggle in. I got the Galaxy 2 several months ago and couldn't even figure out how to get the dang thing turned on. I went into the store and talked to a young girl named Katie. I have never had such wonderful assistance. She was knowledgeable and friendly. The poor child probably had to use every last once of patience she had to keep going over the same material over and over but I never knew it from her sunny outlook. She was a godsend. There were two less than positive reviews on this site about this store. In reading them, the people had issues with T-Mobile, the company, not T-Mobile the store on 44th. I think those were unfair evaluations since even I know that the employees in the stores have no say over what the corporate policies are. The service that Katie showed me was superior. I would highly recommend that you ask for her if you go into the store. You won't be disappointed! read more

I tried again LATE on a Monday evening thinking that my results would be better--no dice. However, I stuck around this time and managed to get my business account activated. Not only were they friendly, but they were efficient and very funny. Marco was a HUGE help! I recently switched to a different carrier from T-Mobile (worst mistake) Marco made the process of switching back to T-Mobile easy. He even gave me a handshake for making the right decision to switch back to T-Mobile from that other carrier. I got my same number back and didn't have to pay nothing for switching back. I plan to stick with T-Mobile because of him and the excellent customer service he gave at the store. The other carrier simply didn't fulfill my needs like they said they would offering superior internet coverage which was false in my area of town (west valley) T-Mobile has great 4G LTE coverage in my area! If you come to this store ask for "MARCO" he was a HUGE help! He really wanted me to come back to T-Mobile and wasn't going to let anything get in the way from me switching back. I've been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and within that time they got me 2x's for 200.00 (each) cancelling phone service on 2 of my children.. I have tried to get a cheaper contract wirth them. Each time I called I ended up paying more money. Then when my contract was up Sept 16th 2013, I went ahead and went with Sprint about 3 days later. I was paying with T-Mobile 46.50 a month for limited calls and no texting. They went ahead and added another 46.54 to my acct. I spoke yesterday to a supervisor and she said because I didn't give a 30 day notice they charged me. My contract was up...what notice did I have to give. read more

The guy at the front ran to their service, then was told by another rep that I was their first then he stated he didn't see me come in ok." So I ask him about a phone he says he'll go see if they have that color in stock about a minute later a girl comes over and I advise her I'm being helped. She then states the guy went on to help someone else so by now I'm really feeling upset. So I ask her about a phone and she starts telling me about a phone I asked nothing about then started talking to me like I can't pay for the phone. I actually advised her I wanted to pay cash up front and money wasn't a issue. So I had to get basic for her and ask again about the phone I wanted to pick up then she tells me they are out then i asked can it be picked up at a sister location and she just shrugged.
