I visited the Goodyear, Estrella Mt. Ranch, branch of Verizon, a couple of weeks ago to get some help with my phone. The first time I went in, two girls at the desk were a bit cold in their customer service, but they did give me a good idea to bundle my Internet with Home and Phone. I went home to talk to my husband about it and returned the next day. There were four employees on the floor and one of them, (Trinity) greeted me and said he would be with me soon. Each of the employees was busy assisting other customers, so I stood back and waited for a bit. After overhearing bits and pieces from their conversations, I realized it might be a while before they got to me. I asked Trinity if it would be a while and if I should come back another time. Immediately he asked what I needed and began not only helping his first customer, but me, too, at the same time. He did not ignore either one of us, but asked questions, filled out paperwork, retrieved items from the back of the store, all while continuing to work with both of us, and got us both what back and waited for a bit. After overhearing bits and pieces from their conversations, I realized it might be a while before they got to me. I asked Trinity if it would be a while and if I should come back another time. Immediately he asked what I needed and began not only helping his first customer, but me, too, at the same time. I dare say that neither one of us felt ignored as Trinity did a great job of going back-and-forth between us, getting everything done in a very efficient manner. Before | left, Trinity made sure that I had all the parts that I needed, answered all my questions, and informed me of the best way to install what I came for. I happen to see this new store in the area and walked in just to check it out. Plenty of options to look at staff was nice. Didn't really happen to need anything at that moment but nice to see something new close by if I ever need it. read more

Maybe this store, or maybe it is the verizon network itself. I initially left the store happy, went in for an upgrade, did not realize that my bill would increase exponentially. Was initially told that with the plan and everything set up, my bill would not increase. Prices were not broken down at all. Just be warned to ask for a full breakdown of prices and the prices to expect for following months read more

Very friendly and courteous customer service. Every time I have walked in the store I have been taken care of in little to no time.

We walked in and had to wait for there were customers, but when it was our turn we had a wonderful rep wait on us, she was EXCELLENT Steph is her name got us all situated it was the BEST experience with Verizon Steph was wonderful!! read more
