I went to the store on 02.08.26 to buy a phone for my nephew. The store was nearly empty, as it was Super Bowl weekend. Jason helped me, but he seemed irritated the entire time, and he made me feel like I was bothering him with my questions about pricing, and he spoke to me in a very condescending, sarcastic way. Also, please note that throughout our entire interaction, he kept his phone beside him while the Super Bowl played, glancing at it often. Eventually, I told him he was being rude and apologized for interrupting him while he watched the game. Then, I walked out without making a purchase.To management, I think it would really help if you could coach your team, especially Jason, to improve their customer service and treat customers with more respect. I've been a customer for over 10 years+, and it's disappointing to be treated that way. I constantly have issues at this location it's the WORST!! Narek gave me the hardest time for a warranty exchange for a kids watch (worth like $20 bucks the quality of this thing). The communication between customer service and store procedure doesn't match. I was told "you will walk in the store and the worker will exchange my item once they open your account and see my notes on the account" why lie. Now the person I store says even though my watch was delivered there is a policy that prevents my return. I NEED TO STOP THE TORTURE AND LEAVE THIS PROVIDE!!! After an hour of telling me all the reasons they can't do it raised my blood pressure now they can do it if I pay $5. After 6years of loyalty it seems a little ridiculous. read more

I was in a desperate situation and it looked like there was no end in sight, but Jason at the Loehman's Plaza in Reseda was a Lifesaver. If i could give this place 0 stars I would, complete s**t show. My wife's iPhone camera was reading "camera not recognized". We went to Apple first but found out she doesn't have Apple care, however the phone is paid off so we were advised by a t-mobile representative at the northridge location that because it is paid off i would go through t-mobile instead of Apple which is what we did. The northridge rep was kind enough to place the order for me to be picked up from this location since it is closer to our home, we have a newborn so it's not easy traveling further. We waited to get the pick up confirmation via text so we can head in to do the exchange which was today. She was greeted by Anthony D. , we gave him the run down "were here to pick up our order" he said well I need to see if i have in in stock to which she replied " it says the phone is here for exchange " he went to the back to call his manager Savanny and let me know that the manager advised him they are not doing the exchange to which he said verbatim " It will be a hit to our store and inventory if we did the exchange so we're not doing it " at that point i asked him to repeat himself and asked if i could speak to his manager and he said that there was no need because he already spoke to her and if i wanted to come back another day to talk to her i could. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm so thankful for the assistant manager Damien from the northridge location (19420 nordhoff ) who i had actually called to explain what happened, he actually heard the rude employee and asked for his information and asked for his area managers name and both employees told me they had no idea who the area manager was. If you're looking for assistance i would go anywhere but here. They don't care about customer service. read more

DO NOT EVER allow anyone at this store to touch your phone (T-Mobile 19401 Victory Blvd, Reseda, CA 91335 in the Loehmanns Plaza Shopping Center). I've never dealt with this high a degree of incompetence at a place of business. Saturday April 29, 2023 I went in at around 3:30 pm to get a new phone because my perfectly working Note 9 was not going to receive any more security updates. Turns out no one at the store knew anything about security updates nor about moving a customer from one phone to another. After arrival I discovered that I was misinformed about the price of the phone. It was $300 higher than what I was told over the phone before I came down. I should have left the store at that point. Three hours later I was finally able to leave with a more expensive than expected, semi-working, brand new, top of the line phone. The trouble is that my new phone is missing most of my files and configuration. When we started I was told that they will seamlessly transfer all my files, setting, configurations, sounds, etc to my new phone. All that I was lucky to end up with are my picture and video files. All my music is gone and my Notes are forever deleted. They set it up on the wrong texting app. None of the alert sounds are the same even though I was told they would be. To move my stuff onto the new phone the employees kept having to try different thing, do this, try that, over and over. One thing would transfer then something else wouldn't. I was forced by one employee to reset my Gmail password (which I fervently did not want to do and it is still causing me problems). When there was a snag with that I was forced to reveal my password to the employee, who needed it to be written down and they left the paper sitting on the service desk with my password in plain view of everyone else. After two hours of continuous difficulty they wanted to set up a new account for me in One Drive or whatever where I had to give my personal information again to somebody else. This was an in-vein attempt to finish this task and such a total kluge. I said no way to that. The employees at this store are under-trained and should not be working on devices with customer's sensitive info, settings and files on them. They can handle the basics though: run up the bill, take your money and who's next. I now have to re-enter all my user names and passwords in all the apps, try to reconstruct my Notes and try to locate and replace the music I used legitimately on my phone. What is really bad about these new phones is turning off all the garbage notices and feeds. I'm paying big bucks for this phone and service. No one should have ads shoved into their face on their phone unless they opt to use a free app. Google shouldn't be suggesting new apps that have to be unchecked to make sure they don't load on your phone. And who knows whom is ever using your camera and microphone and accessing your photos and contacts even though you didn't permit it. read more

The guys in there wouldn't let me purchase a new phone because we have a family account and I was not the "main account user" or "authorized user"which was not true. I had been put on there as an "authorized user" years ago and have never had any issues like this. When I asked for help on this they said there was nothing they could do. I had purchased a new iPhone at a different T Mobile location last week. It was a zoo. People were being told that there would be a 2 hour wait. I wanted to set up my new phone and transfer the data from my old phone. I learned that this location had a 4.5 rating instead of the 3 rating the other location had. So I went to this location and after only a 15 minute wait, I met with the store manager. She was so helpful and gave me all the time I needed. I was not rushed at all. She gave me the materials I needed to s Return my old phone and she printed the mailing label to attach. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience. We came in the morning to get 3 data packages to our phones the first time we stopped by we explained the whole situation and I didn't have the right documents to provide them so we can sign up when we asked what else needed when we are back they never told us to save our number they needed the other carrier account number and pin transfer number so when we came back (It was my husband our baby and I) it took us around hour and a half to sign up with them because we wasted our time trying to get all this information for them!!! After they installed our new SIM card we were told it's working and we have the same number which was a lie!!!! I came back and the representative Jonna told me oh sorry it might take up to 72 hours to update after I already disconnected myself from the other company!!!!!!!!!! So I bought 2 new phone from a call from customer service and as soon as I received them I transferred our old phone info to the new one. But I had a snag as I didn't receive service but was able to transfer old phone info to new iPhone 13. Anyway I called customer service but no luck as I wasn't getting the QR code needed to get T-Mobile service. I was told to go to store to have it fix. Next day U went to store but they stated they can't help me as only customer service can over the phone. They store employee just gave me some SIM cards and explain that they can't do anything about this. So I went home but still no service with new sim and on the third day I called customer service and on my 2nd level tech transfer he was able to fix our Iphone 13 issues. Lesson learn that if you want a new phone from T-Mobile it us best it get them from the store so that there isn't any problem with the transfer and upgrade. Took three days of trying to fix this upgrade/transfer issue. Waste of time. read more

Came in to buy an IPhone XR, I asked a respresentive four times to verify the total and including taxes. He told me it was going to be $89 and then from $89 it jumped up to $280. The guy guilt trip me to pay for it because the paper work was already completed and found out by the customer service number that they overcharge me $160. I've gone to this location several times now as it's the 2nd closest to home and I've never had an unpleasant experience. The one closer to home sucks ass, the people there legit just give you the run around and tack on money somehow every time I walk in. I always leave there feeling ripped off so I refuse to go there now. Anyhow, went into this location the other day and Savanary (may potentially be butchering that) was so helpful. She was competent which is hard to find now a days lol. And laid everything out. Unfortunately I had to leave and return a few days later but she gave me the names of the individuals she felt comfortable with helping me out next time I'd be coming in. I came in and Tyrese and the manager, I wanna say her name is Angelina or something of the nature were quick and efficient and got me everything I needed. Great team effort. I gotta admit, I was a bit nervous walking into T-Mobile, a new place for me after being with VERIZON for over 10 years. I decided to cut the cord with Verizon and part ways. The main reason was because my bill jumped from $180 to $320 in one month for the same plan that I have had since December of 2017. Enough was enough and thank God I walked into this T-Mobile store. I walked in and was greeted by the entire staff. Everyone seemed really friendly and was tentative to each customer they were working on. From an operational standpoint, things seemed to be running rather smoothly. It was busy I must say, but the employees didn't miss greeting each customer and maintain the order in which they came in and helped them accordingly. The store was really clean and everything was where it needed to be and organized (Yes I pay attention to those types of things). I was helped by Rick V. who is one of the managers at the store. I told Rick about my issues I was having with Verizon and what T-Mobile can do for me. He quoted me a price for everything and how much my plan was going to cost me and I was sold. How complicated was it to leave Verizon after 10+ years to T-Mobile you ask? Seeless and that's thanks to Rick's professionalism and knowledge of new customer activation. I brought in all my lines with all the same numbers, I get unlimited everything. Sounds too good to be true...it gets better, plus free Netflix!? I was in and out within one hour thanks to Rick V. with my new plans in place at a fraction of the cost. T-Mobile service is good and I haven't had any issues. Believe the hype, take the leap that I just did because your wallet or purse will greatly appreciate it.
