Then in the car otw to a dinner, the screen went black (less than 10 mins of having it). So I took it back AGAIN, also they say they do a 30 min test on the screens to make sure they work correctly) but this is not true because they called me to pick it up within 30 mins of me dropping it off. Unless time machines exist they are lying... It's "fixed" now but we'll see how long until it just stops working again. Spent 420$ and this is the treatment they give, just go anywhere else it will be less of a hassle. (only put five stars so people would see it, all around this place sucks)

Complete sham of a business. I was at the apple store moments before getting my phone repaired for a quote where they ensured me the phone was in great condition other than the screen. Then I came to Cellat where they butchered the job and phone. screen came undone with in the day and my battery ended up swelling so large the screen no longer fit. They refused to work with me, no refund, no discount on a new battery to replace the one they destroyed. They wouldn't even buy the phone off me. I wouldn't be surprised if they swapped my original battery out since it took them three times as long as I was quoted for repair. I beg everyone to just spend the money and get insurance or repair your phone at the apple store because that's where you'll end up anyways. Aside from the awful job the woman working was unknowledgeable and couldn't help me until her coworker who actually had knowledge could come from a different location. When the man arrived to the counter he was unbelievably rude and threatening. He was standing over me and mimicking me laughing at one point. nothing about this place is ethical or worth supporting.

Then 2 hours my phone had the same over heating issue it did before and the glue they used to close the back of the phone case comes off every day. So nothing was fixed, they never called me about ordering a front and back camera to replace on my phone. I don't recommend this place for phone repairs and service, either they switched the battery with an off market brand or kept the original one in there and never did a repair. 25 minutes to fix the phone seemed legit and exceptional but now I think they just didn't care and gave me my phone back with the same issues I was having. The battery drains completely to 0% within an hour and a half. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do because I don't want to go back to this place and my phone has to he under a fan when it charges or I power down, especially when I have to be somewhere without a charger. When I found SIM cards at Best Buy I had them shipped to me. I called Boost again for their free activation I was told I needed Wi Fi which I do not have to activate and then I was sent back to a Boost Mobile Store to have them activate the 3 phones. At this store I was told they couldn't activate my phones. I called Boost back and at that point there was no way to activate my phones although all phones are compatible with their network and with the Boost SIM card in each phone, The Boost stores are independent franchises not owned by Boost and what they only will do is to sell merchandise which is comprised of new phones and their accessories and activation only for the phones they sell. If you do not purchase a phone from the franchise they refuse to do anything for you. I was run in circles for days between the Boost telephonic support and the independent franchises. I finally gave up and put my Verizon SIM cards back in my 3 phones.
