Mixed reviews. Visited to purchase a new Google Pixel phone teo replace older Pixel model. When the Associate transferred my data to the new phone, the photos did NOT migrate properly. I noticed this a few days after the purchase. After four return visits to the store - and multiple different Associates, the photos are gone - forever. I tried to engage Google for assitance and, Google help is simply not available to consumers. ( It is a running joke in the industry that Google avoids customer contact, and their web site is of no value as well. ) Bottom line, DO NOT purchase Google device - particularly phones - as there simply is not customer assistance available. And be very, very cautious in purchasing any new phone at the Riverhead store, and if you do, do not leave the store without a complete and detailed review of your new phone. I did not and after several visits to Best Buy - Geek Squad - I learned that the data transfer was likely done incorrectly. read more

Worst customer service ever. Fiancé and I spent hundreds of dollars on iPhones and accessories on a Saturday. On Sunday - less than 24 hours later - we stopped back in hoping to exchange one of the wireless chargers we bought for a new one ($30). The charger that we purchased did not work. Manager informed us that we would have to wait the full time - 114 minutes - since we didn't have an appointment. An appointment?? To return a defective product?? Honestly ridiculous. Waste of TIME!! I went into this store to buy a prepaid mobile hotspot & have it set up.... Well, they sold it to me, but don't set it up, don't help, tell me it is. So after I take it home and try to use it is not working... Then I have to waste an hour of my time calling support to get it set up. What a terrible store. May as well just do it online next time and fire the people who work here. read more
