First, I went to the Verizon store up the street. I was greeted with it is going to be a 20 minute wait, before we get to you. Then, he told me about the Verizon store that was 5 minutes away. I walked into this store and was politely greeted and told that I was next. Ramon took care of my issue and then, was telling me about new deals on Verizon. It was very tempting. So, after almost 2 hours in the store I walked away with nothing. I call T-Mobile on 6/2/26, I was able to add a line and only pay taxes on my phone.
