Great experience! I was in Rockville getting my hair done and stopped in this 5th - FIFTH - T-Mobile in 4 days in search of a replacement privacy protector screen for my iPhone 16Pro. I was immediately greeted by AUSTIN, who was super friendly, professional and courteous. Austin was sad to hear that I had been to so many different stores, so he SOLVED the mystery. He was able to get my privacy protector on my phone with no issue. Not sure why none of the other stores were fresh out of the protectors but I'm glad I ran into resourceful and friendly Austin to help! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! This is the worst T-Mobile store in the area. The workers had no clue what they were doing and could not help with a phone transfer. After spending 2 hours in the store, some lady who spent 45 minutes rearranging phone cases told us we had to be put at the back of the waiting list. We left and drove the 10 minutes to a different store where we were in and out in under 15 minutes. Horrible experience. GO TO ANY OTHER STORE! read more

Absolutely the worst. Unless you do upgrade or buy phones, do not go there. They will absolutely will not help you. I understand Commissions and incentives are King. My experience, unfortunately 5 associates a "supervisor" and a "manager" at Congressional Plaza can not or will not help you because you purchased the phone online. Per the supervisor "we only sell and upgrade phones at retail stores". I always wonder why T mobile associates never last. T mobile S CS resolved my issues 15 minutes after I walked out the store. The T Mobile store attempted to help with a bureaucratic company red tape issue, but failed. A T Mobile account was set up to give service to a family member in another state, with all account service to come to me....not them. T Mobile said that I had to go to one of their stores and they could take care of this. At the store, the T Mobile customer care people said that they could not mail me the bill or send me an email, as my number wasn't a T Mobile number. Came by on first Sunday in December. After putting name on wait list and waiting an hour, Manager tells me I'm not on list and checks me in behind 3 other peo who came in after me. Meanwhile, they were still serving the same customer for over an hour and it appears there was only one person serving customers. read more

The absolute worst T-mobile I've ever been to. The staff is awful. The blonde girl (Jessica I think) has the worst customer service out of all of the staff in there. Waited for over an hour only to get the guy who made every excuse for not knowing anything and had to keep going to the back to ask questions. They lie and tell you you can't upgrade to certain iPhones and order them because they are "discontinued". Only iPhone you can upgrade to is the iPhone 13. A bunch of bull b/c that is NOT the case online. So if you want to waste your time and money, go here. read more

Went to this store to add a new line to our plan. The wait quoted to us was 96min. We waited and waited and finally were called BUT the salesperson who called us doesn't do anything with sprint customers only t mobile, so back to waiting. Finally called and next salesman just seemed annoyed to have to help us and wasn't any help in figuring out trade ins or deals being offered. We really just wanted a new phone and new line, but in a way that made the most financial sense. We left. With nothing. Most of all no help. We went to the store at Democracy and they were significantly more helpful. read more

This place has given me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager Zack as well as his staff are rude, disrespectful, and in my case literally not willing to help me. I have asked for the district managers name and contact info 7 times and been denied. Finally I have been given a name,Fred Neilsen? We will see if he reaches out? I have insurance on my phone and both times when I went in for service, I was denied. The first time, they literally wouldn't assist me as they told me I had the information on the insurance wrong( I was right) and were uni g to help even after they were told otherwise. After the first incident, which Tmobile said the staff were completely wrong and they gave me money back on my account, I went in thinking everything would be OK as the manager Zack assured me. 2nd time no service as well. Another credit. Anyone who is looking to save money should just go into this store. After you receive the terrible service,call Tmobile. I was given $60 last month and $50 this month for the same issue that they don't seem to care about. Thanks to Zack and staff for saving me $110 dollars so far off their incompetence. I AM STILL WAITING OUT FOR A DISTRICT MANAGER TO REACH OUT. I've never seen a company be so protective of managers contact info. They should welcome feedback, not hide from it. read more
