I purchased 2 Marine batteries 7/6/26 and just had time to install them last night at 9pm. They did not turn over the engine. I googled it to learn what I could & it said damage can occur to a battery that is charged on a regular charger after the volts have been depleted below a certain level. It is not my area of expertise so I took the batteries back to the Rockville Batteries Plus for testing today 7/13/26. a guy employee came to the car and tested the battery which read "low volts". we brought them into the store. I said I just installed them late last night, they did not start the engine so I googled it and it said if a battery is low to a point further battery damage can occur if put on a regular charger. The female employee Dani came over and said"that is where you went wrong and made a mistake. If you would have charged it last night it would be working now. You did the wrong thing. It is not covered by warranty but I can sell you two more batteries and discount them for you.". I said the store was closed last night and I was going off of what I read. She said, "why would you. sliver what you read? You were misinformed and you were wrong. Your batteries would be working if you had not made that mistake.". The volts were at 3 on one battery and I think 5 on the other. She said "you ruined them.". She continued "I tell people the way it is. I do not sugarcoat things". The Dani employee said we can charge them but we will charge you to do so. She said they are not covered by the 30 month warranty you were told when you purchased them. This employee should never be in a customer service job ever. She should never interface with customers. She should be in a back room job position. If I owned that. arteries Plus franchise in Rockvile, MD, Dani would be fired asap.

He didn't try to sell us anything and just fixed the problem. He was personable and respectful and provided excellent customer service which is so hard to find these days. I really appreciated his help as the situation had become more than just a little frustrating. David is an asset to that store but then I am sure he would be to any company he worked for.

The diagnostic and the employee knew immediately just by looking at my phone so I felt relieved to know they could fix it. However, the experience with trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare. And this is where it's gone downhill. It's week 4 right now. I was told that my phone would be fixed within the latest, 2 days after dropping off my phone. I had called in 2 days later to pick it up, but was told because it was just not back glass damage, the phone would have to get the housing replaced which would up the costs. I thought this was already determined when he told me when I dropped off the phone, but they wanted to be certain. I waited an additional 3 more days to see what the progress on my phone was, called in the following Monday but was told they were still waiting on the part.. They call me in on Tuesday to come pick it up which I do to only immediately notice the phone was sadly put together. The screen protector on my screen had fingerprints everywhere which was obviously taken off and stuck back on. The front of my screen was popped out on the corner, visible as to where they had lifted it. He also had sadly put the phone faced flat on the counter which I had a gut feeling something was wrong. He had not said any word to me about my phone, and proceeded to tell me what my charges was for. I took the phone and paid off my fee, big mistake. As soon as I took it with me to the car, I started playing around with the phone and it kept "overheating" This is like a blue screen of death where the phone changes it's screen to, "Phone must cool down because it's too hot" and the only way to reset it is by force shutting down the phone, or letting it cool down. Which did not make sense because the phone itself was never hot. I called and told them my phone was not working, and kept overheating. They told me to bring it in and it was a simple fix of the backup needing to be reset. Again. Brought it in on a Wednesday, was told it would be fixed that Friday. It has not. I requested an update as to why my phone was taking longer this time and it was because you could not put an after market part on my phone. It has to be guaranteed iPhone parts. They told me they were ordering the new phone part, and since I had already paid I was still somewhat sane to let them proceed. A week has passed I called for the update and started anxiously waiting, I've been on 3 weeks without a phone that I pretty much use for work, and started to regret my decision. I called again that Monday asking for an update and was told they're still waiting for the part.. I asked if there is any way I could just get my phone without them holding my phone because it's getting ridiculous at this point. They said sure. I picked it up again, THAT WEDNESDAY, where the original back to my phone was put back on even more cracked than when I had originally brought it in. Completely falling into pieces, the hardware is exposed. I desperately took it. They asked me THAT DAY if I would be okay changing the back of my screen to black because it is currently white, I said I don't care I just want my phone fixed. I thought about it to myself and noticed they have not EVEN PLANNED to order the part, unless they found a white housing for my phone. The ENTIRE duration they had my phone they had not called me once to give me a status on my phone, hence even ask me if I would be okay with a black housing!! If that was the case why was that not told to me in the first place?! The fact that they had JUST asked me if it was okay to order that part told me they had intended on taking their sweet time on this phone. I was furious. They told me they will order the black housing, I walked out with my shattered phone. Beginning of Week 4 I have received no update since, and now my speaker has completely given out. I have no sound coming out of my phone at all. I'd avoid coming here. They have made no effort to fix my phone whatsoever.

Seriously, over half the places in DC will charge more than that for the empty frame of even some basic metal frames. You can take a look at their website, but eyebobs has the whole spectrum from acetate to metal frames in between. Compared to a lot of brands, they take a lot more risks with designs and do a lot of interesting things with color combinations and patterns. There were even some designs in store available a little bit before they were on the website. You'll have no shortage of personality in the frames you'll pick here. Honestly didn't know what to expect when there's already so many eyeglass options in Montgomery, but I think eyebobs stands on their own and I'm excited for my new looks from them in the future!

Online inventory said that this location had it and we made the trip over. Waited in line for a bit and Jessie helped us. The lady and son in front of us took a bit as they were trading stuff in and going back and forth about they wanted to do....well while they were taking their sweet time deciding, Jessie helped us and we were done. Small store and lot of foot traffic today but Jessie got us in and out. The game was only in a sleeve but Jessie also took the time to print out a cover and give us a formal game case with it. Thanks Jessie!!!! Give this man a raise ASAP!!!

There are a few seats to wait, and I was really enjoying the lofi we were playing. Probably wasn't even intentional, but as a lofi lover, NICE TOUCH! When it was my turn, I mentioned what was happening with my phone, I showed it to the guy and he explained what they'd have to do. He was open and transparent about the minimum of what it would cost, and while I didn't end up going through with it, I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I wasn't able to get this fix done, but from the environment to the interactions, I think they're an awesome local option for tech fixes. Either give them a call or book an appointment online!
