He said the two managers who had been working there had gone to lunch and he had no idea when they would return. He said they rarely got customers at that time. He was trying to help another customer who had some complicated issue but his computer was down. I mentioned to one of the managers when he returned that I thought this was poor service to leave this one guy and it wasn't inspiring to see them having computer problems. He just said that the guy they left was good and didn't take my concern serioiusly. I had to come back to check on something the next day. One guy was there. After I left the store and was sitting in my car, I noticed he walked out of the store and went down the street to another store to join the other T-Mobile staff who were standing around talking. He was keeping an eye on the store for any customers but this seems really unprofessional.

It's always busy and I understand they work on a first come first serve basis; However, a simple "Hey, we'll be right there with you man." Or "Hey, have you been helped" would be appreciated. Instead I'm just standing here for over 10 minutes with none of the employees acknowledging me and I've counted a total of 3 of them on a Saturday evening at 5:15pm. The DMV is a place no one likes to be if they don't have to, if you've got Verizon, I think it's safe to say THIS particular Verizon store would come in second place as places you don't want to be if you don't have to be.
