Got a new iPhone here back in Dec 2025 Sales guy said he needed the iphone to be there 50 mins to transfer my old phone to the new one which I think is bs because I've done it at home before myself. When I got back 50 mins later I noticed all my info and apps transferred over but my new iPhone was unlocked so that anyone could see everything. A phone is more like a wallet and even more. Your privacy and money can be looked at and/or stolen by whoever that has access to it. I think it's a security issue and don't tell them they need to so call transfer data and have your new phone in a back room without you being next to it. read more

Yesterday we went to update our cell phones with a person named Shawn assisting us. We live three hours away and he was aware of this fact. Imagine my surprise when I go to use my existing cell phone today, I discover that he turned the phone off and I have no cell . I cannot get through even by text to their store. What a bunch of crap It's a week later. We traveled to get our phones. We got home and they put the wrong number on the wrong phone and now we have no Cell again . This time it was Isaiah allegedly the store manager. I called this morning while I had Cell asked for him and he dodged the call. After that the cell was turned off. Let me start by saying my first interaction with this store was positive. I had just purchased the new iPhone promax 16 at the Verizon store on Mission. I happen to be at Coddingtown and I stopped in to inquire about a new Apple Watch. The young lady who was helping me told me that due to my recent purchase I was entitled to a free iPad and watch. Something that the store on Mission failed to mention. The colors I wanted were on back order and I was told they would call me. This was on December 26th. On the 30th I received a shipping notification that my iPad was delivered to the store. I went in on January 1st. Spoke with a different representative and was told they were unable to give the iPad until the watch came in. So I left. Got another shipping notification saying the watch came in on the 10th, so on the 13th went in the store and was told yet another representative that the watch had not been checked in to inventory and told me they would call me, so I left again.Here it is 8 days later and still no call. How is this any way to run a business and treat a very long time Verizon customer? I still do not have my items. Really frustrated and I am unsure who I can complain to that will actually hear me. read more

Beware of Verizon they take advantage of senior citizens. Verizon does not have a phone number that is available to resolve anything. Their customer service staff lies and tells you they're going to call you back or send you a text or a email within 48 hours that never happens. i've been told countless times they were going to call but didn't they were going to send me an email within 48 hours but they didn't. If you have a problem with this company, it is impossible to resolve. I strongly recommend going with another phone service Internet company or whatever service you're getting from Verizon. read more

Ricky at this store sold me a holiday promotion "bundle" (iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad) in mid-Dec '22 which I agreed to purchase because he committed that the bundle included a free pair of Beats Studio Buds. The issues started to occur when I came back to pick up the purchase (visit #2) They weren't able to activate the phone, so I made an appointment with them to come back a few days later (visit #3) where upon arrival Ricky had another appointment an no record of the one that was made with me. We set another appt and I returned a few days later (visit #4) where Ricky was busy but his colleague was able to get the iPhone set up after about 90 min. (Visit #5) I asked Ricky about the Beats Studio Buds and was told I would receive an email with a coupon within 6 weeks. It is now Feb '23 and I have little confidence I'm going to receive these airbuds. Cumulative hours wasted going back-and-forth to this store 5 times (with 2 young children) = ~10 hours. Retail price of Beats Studio Buds (which I never received) = $149.95 Strongly recommend shopping at AT&T store or n Mendecino. I'll switch to them when my Verizon contract is up in 36 months. read more

My nearly 80 year old mother needed a new phone: transferring from one contract to another; and very old Samsung phone to an iPhone. Sean was SO helpful to our family. He remained pleasant, patient, persistent, guiding, effective and active for six hours. Our former carrier was very disorganized, making it impossible for my mom to cut the service alone, but Sean did it. Her phone was in need of a new SIM card making it difficult to get the data transfer--but Sean did it. She is hard of hearing with minimal knowledge of phone technology, and Sean guided her in feeling more confident. He helped her in so may ways. He even found her the best deals!! All day, we enjoyed the process of solving insurmountable problems, getting to new breakthroughs, elevating my newly widowed mom's confidence and social participation. I am sure you have heard the expression, "BUYER BEWARE". Consider fair warning given. This was more like a car dealership. Sell...Sell...Sell. And no concern about what is good for the customer. Nice store...terrible customer relations. Went in to upgrade wife's phone and create new account for existing Trac Phone. Requested the same exact plan for $40.00 unlimited. "No Problem" Kellee S. said. She was nice, and patient, but apparently, all about sales. We were a bit overwhelmed. We were told what we would need, though there were no prices on any of the items being sold. I asked about the phone accessory shop across the way, and was told it was all very low quality knockoff. We ended up with the Google Pixel 6a, but didn't notice that we had to buy a charger because the connector that Google uses new and "better". We should also get the tempered glass, and a protector. Not figuring these would be astronomically expensive at the store, we just said, "what ever we need". We also opted for the set up, which was to include all apps. We didn't notice there was an issue until there was no "Microsoft Outlook" on either of our phones. Outlook is a must for us, so we went to the store and asked for a manager. Kellee was there, but chose not to get involved and there was no manager available. We/they spent the next hour trying to get Outlook to work. It wouldn't without going through gmail???? or so they said. For me it was BS. It worked on our Samsung. So we asked for a different phone. Sorry, you are to late. But I had sent an email to Briana the day after the purchase. No response and the store didn't care. Some where along the line we were told that Kellee was an assistant manager, but she wanted nothing to do with our issue. Instead of two $40.00 plans we were put into one $70.00 and one $80.00, but we didn't even know that until we received a bill from Verizon. I finally got the issue of account figured out, but it looks like this store has screwed us on the accessories. $64.99 for Tempered glass...$9.95 at Amazon. $44.99 phone protectors, $24.99 at Best Buy. $34.99 charger, $19.99 at Amazon and Verizon! What a ripoff!!! Everything was clear, but the final price was on the last page and the only page we saw. All in all, I would have nothing to do with this Victra store or any Victra store. I went to this store to get a new iPhone 12 Pro because they had some in stock, and I didn't want to drive all the way to San Francisco to the Apple store that had them for next day pickup. I have mixed feelings about this store. It was convenient to get the phone I wanted near by, the sales person was friendly, and I got service pretty quickly. But I don't really like the company's way of doing business, which is not very transparent. You will notice that nothing in the store has price tags on it. Anything you ask about, of course they will tell you the price, but it seems they make it purposely hard for you to keep track of how much money you are spending. They will also charge you two fees that are apparently required for a new phone: $19.99 for "Set up and go", which I understand; but also another $29.99 for a "Redux Membership". This means that if you get water damage on your phone, you can take it there to get it dried out. It seems pretty useless to add this feature on an iPhone 12 Pro which can be safely submerged in to water up to a maximum depth of six meters for up to 30 minutes. I called them after seeing this on my receipt to say that we did not discuss this fee, and they said it is a required fee and that the iPhone is not waterproof only water resistant. I guess?? But I don't think I'm going to leave my phone underwater for more than 30 minutes, so I would rather not pay this. In case you would like to know additional prices of things they may offer you: the PureGear Steel Tempered Glass screen protector is $64.99, the PureGear 30W Universal Dual USB-A and USB-C Wall Charger is $39.99, and the PureGear 10W Wireless Charging Pad is $44.99. The case I got was $39.99, but there are many kinds and I'm sure they vary in price. Also, there apparently is not an option to pay for the iPhone in full. They say that you have to sign up for the financing. Somehow that seems sketchy to me, like it is for their benefit, not yours .... Also, when I had to sign the contract on my phone, when I clicked to view the details, it was a blank screen. I told the salesperson I couldn't actually view what I was signing, and he said, "oh, that's OK, that's why I'm telling you everything that is in the contract." That doesn't really seem appropriate when I'm signing an agreement. Anyways, kind of a weird shopping experience, but I am glad I was able to get my phone and I am happy with the phone. I probably won't go back to that store, though, if I have another option. read more

I am very disappointed right now. I just got home after purchasing an iPhone 12, when I realized that I was being charged for stuff I didn't agree to! There was a 30 dollar "redux" charge on my invoice that my boyfriend who used to work for victra said is a charge for if your phone gets wet.. it's waterproof. Victra is a 3rd party company that is affiliated with Verizon, and has literally zero morals. Make sure to scan your receipt before leaving the store... never going to a victra store ever again. read more

Went it to upgrade my phone. Never got a text from them that the phone has already been delivered. When I went to check in and activate the phone 8 days later, they weren't able to do it correctly. Nobody can figure out how to fix the phone without providing the pin of the account holder. I even heard the other reps say that roberto did something weird about the ordering and they all couldn't figure it out. I ended up having to get a prepaid service because I had no choice, I needed to go. Can't wait all day for something that they can't help me with. They totally messed up my service. I was told to just go back the next day with the pin. When I came back the next day, roberto was so contentious to begin with. So defensive. He was such a jerk about the whole situation and they were making it look like I was at fault because I had to leave the store already the day that they messed up my service!!! Ended up not getting the phone because I was misinformed and mislead. The experience was so awful! They were very rude!!! And they charged me service fee for something that I never got anything but stress and headache! What a scam! A waste of time! And crappy customer service! read more

Two months later the phone charger died and Verizon Manager would not stand behind their product and exchange it out for a new one. I wanted to switch to Verizon from AT&T on Friday after 5pm. There was a family and one other customer in front of me, three clerks behind desk. One acknowledged me and said he would be with me in a minute. After he finished with his customer, he came over and said he was on his 5th hour and had to leave and didn't want me to think he was just leaving. I asked him if it was possible to keep my phone and change to Verizon he said yes and gave me a telephone number so that I could call AT&T. He left saying that a colleague of his was due in from lunch at any time. I waited another 15-20 minutes. One of the remaining clerks asked me what I needed. I told him. I waited another 10 minutes. I finally asked when someone might be able to help me and I was told another 15 minutes when the colleague came in from lunch. I left without accomplishing anything. Not happy. read more
