We finally made it over to a rep, who didn't advise her name, and upon advising we wanted to add 3 additional lines to our plan, sat there in literal silence and awkwardness as she took our I'd and looked over the plan. Please note the lack of communication through the 15 minutes we were there was pretty uncomfortable. I finally was like screw this, let's travel to west covina for a better location, when she decided to finally speak up to advise that our plan needed to be updated to add additional lines (which is bs since we just spoke to a cs rep over the phone) and we left. It's pretty clear why we were treated as such because we are not of the community. And now we know better to come to this location for anything moving forward.
