    Went into this store about an hour before closing time. The two associates working at the time were busy with two customer I patiently waited until 6pm which is there closing time. The associate said she couldn't help me because they were supposed to be closed. I proceeded to ask why she wouldn't have told me they didn't have time to assist me instead of having me wait for no reason. Then she reluctantly agreed to help me only to tell me I couldn't add a new watch to my line without paying cash for the watch. Terrible customer service. Never have I had to pay a device in cash at any t mobile store ever. Also the manager on duty could have cared less and completely ignored me when I walked in. Please avoid this location at all cost. I ended up going to a different t mobile location and was in and out in less than 15 minutes . This location is atrocious.

    I'm not sure why this T-Mobile location is rated 3.5 stars?! I had to finally but Very unwillingly retire iPhone6S!!!! After I recently found out that it kept resetting itself for no reason like two days ago, I was sad to see this old model go. Well~Not quite retiring it, but I do need new phone for new job because old iPhone won't let me download Microsoft Teams. I now have 2 iPhones but will still need to treasure my iPhone6SE. I left all former pics and notes untransferred, so I'll be up navigating iPhone12. I strive to stay as old schooled as possible not upgrading but for work purposes, I really do need this piece of luxury. My mom and I uncovered this local 'T-Mobile,' not too far away in Rowland Heights, CA. The sales technician we came across was super friendly, helpful and spoke Mandarin though we were all bilingual anyways. Thanks Steve for all your patience helping me locate a new phone. Steve was very detailed, patient and efficient: he even provided us an additional line promotion we didn't know was available. I guess this was my lucky visit? I was going for iPhone7, but that was apparently outdated already. So I had to unwillingly skip from iPhone6SE all the way to iPhone12. But Way to be high-tech when I'm still trying to stay old schooled.

A member of our congregation set up a greeting that said our church was closed and to just leave a message. That congregant has moved away and we've been struggling with changing the phone message since. We have now been open for approximately a year-and-a-half and we wanted to have a phone greeting that reflected that message. Several years ago I met Mike on a job and noticed his ability to run cable even to the most difficult locations. Everything was neat, clean and professional, so we exchanged business cards. Over the past several years, I have referred numerous customers to Mike and used his services personally on many occasions including my office. Not only is the work done in a timely manner, but every jack is labeled, terminated and tested. He even leaves several brand new spare patch cables! What a pleasure it is to come out to a job that has been cabled by Mike "The Phone Guy" and simply plug everything in and it works the first time. On several occasions I have referred Mike to customers with very expensive homes that required the highest professionalism for the installation and every job was done with surgical expertise, customer always pleased as punch, makes my job easier and don't let me forget to say that Mike is a licensed contractor, so you don't have to worry about some shady work that never gets completed. The only thing left I have to say is.. If you need a cabling job done right the first time, then I would absolutely without hesitation recommend you call Mike "The Phone Guy". He is an honest, hard-working professional whom I have dealt with for more than 15 years. Mike... YOU ROCK MIKE!!!

    I moved into a new place where it was still wired for telephone. Luckily, it was Cat 5e and just…read moreneeded to be reterminated. The WiFi in my home office was abysmal, and I work and run my business from home so I needed to be up and running as soon as possible. Michael was one of the first people to respond to me and offered to come over the next day. He was knowledgeable over the phone, and for some reason was one of the only people who I reached out to that understood what I was talking about. He provided an on-site estimate and reterminated the telephone cables to data the same day. His quote was comparable to others I reached out to. I felt more comfortable going with Michael because I was able to look up his license at the CSLB. I now have ethernet at my home office thanks to Michael. I wish I had him reterminate the other cables while he was here, because I would definitely hire him again once I get around to finding out what I want to do with the other telephone jacks at my home.

Very rude I will follow up with the owner of the store and have him do something about it because no customers should be treated that way by a employee I will send a letter to corporate as well because he was very very rude he literally said my name from my name tag and said ok Sean from rapids express and walked away no sorry no nothing can't believe they hire such rude people here
