This location i give 0 stars. Very poor customer service and the 2 ladies working there were not tentative to customers. We called to asking they have the watch series 10 and 11 and we were told on the phone that they can't check because she was too busy so we end up driving to the store to see that the employees were on their phone with no customers. So they lied about being busy second thing they had us waiting over 35 minutes for the watch we wanted to be updated so we were told. Come to find out. We asked where that lady was. She went to lunch Lack of communication.I give this place a zero rating the worst place I've ever been. does not deserve a star at all had to put one up so I can continue this rating. read more

The service was awful. I was helped by Steven and he was ridiculously rude, unfriendly, unhelpful and just gave an overall bad experience. He didn't welcome me whatsoever nor did he even offer to help me when I clearly approached him with a question. I asked him a question very kindly and he cut me off and said "Just call customer service". I asked him for a direct line and he responded as if I was stupid. It's off-putting that people as such work in the front. I'll also be formally filing a complaint. read more

I love my iPhone 8, but it was time...the backside of this phone was completely cracked with pieces coming off. You could see the insides... Kept putting off buying a new one for years, the transition from 1 iPhone to another caused me anxiety...really. Mainly around missing something in between, the work I do depends so much on my ability to communicate with different people in different ways... Yelped AT&T and this store, though a few miles further away from me than the nearest, had the best reviews so I called and made an appointment with Steven for the following day. My appointment was right when they opened and Steven was there. He patiently listened to what I was looking for and assured me the transfer of the data was easy, though it may take a little time Purchased the iPhone 14+ (because they didn't have the regular 14 with the memory I needed ) along with some accessories. The entire process was easy and professional. Because the data transfer took 4 hours to complete I had to come back the next day. Following morning I dropped off my new phone, along with the older one, and in about 4 hours Steven called to let me know it was done! Long story short, the experience I had was good because 1 employee decided to go the extra mile. Kudos to Steven for being that guy...will be coming back for all of my wireless needs read more

Just left this store about 30 minutes ago and had great customer service from an employee there named Kenny. He greeted me right away upon my entry and offered his help. I told him I was there to pick up a phone and he knew right away who I was and what I was there to do. He was fast and efficient. He was friendly and polite. He had great knowledge about the product. He directed me to the cases I was looking for. He even went above and beyond and checked my AT&T account for a discount on the case, which there was, 20%. This is the second time I've been to this store and both times we have had exceptional customer service. Kenny, you deserve a raise. Thank you for being so nice and quick with service. read more

I came in looking for a replacement flip phone for my dad, one that is quite specific to my dad's needs. Han, who helped me, was straight forward and informed me they do not carry any flip phones in their store, but he was so helpful and patient, he brought up the option of ordering online and sat down with me to research available at&t phones with the specific features I'm looking for. After a bit of research, he found a phone that could work for us. He then even found where I could get it sooner and cheaper. When I first explained my situation, he knew he wasn't going to make a sale or commission off me but still went through the extra steps to help me. Kenny provides excellent service to his customers. I wanted to buy a new IPhone 6s. I work for AT&T and when I contacted the AT&T Corporate store in Chino Hills, they wouldn't assist me. They told me that they have no 6s in store and probably weren't getting any more. They offered no other solution.I also went to Target locally who wouldn't help me. I decided to try this store and Kenny was very helpful. While Kenny did say they didn't currently have a 6s in store, he was able to offer me a solution....he could order one online for me and have it in 2 business days. Kenny called me when the phone came in and he helped me set the phone up. I will be going to this store from now on due to Kenny's excellent customer service. read more

If there was a way I could put no stars I would! The Manager was the one that "greeted" us. He was very unkempt, very rude and unprofessional! Didn't appear to know much about how things worked, and his English was so poor. I was so taken back at his presentation, that me and my husband had to walk out. Usually, I have low expectations at these type of stores. But today was amazing! Han C. provided the best customer service I have ever received anywhere! He was able to understand the situation my wife and I had with our multi-plans and was able to recommend one cost effective family plan. He transferred lines, setup a new one, upgraded my phone, and helped me get a new phone for my daughter. I was really impressed in his organization and his knowledge of what needed to be done quickly on his computer and when he needed to call corporate for. I honestly feel I lucked out that I got a representative who actually knows what he is doing rather than clueless ones I have met in the past. It's a hit or miss who you run into these days. It might be a trainee or someone who just doesn't care about his job or service. Han is the opposite. The pure definition of high quality customer service. Went in with my mom since her phone wouldnt turn on. Basically all the girl did was give her an assurion packet and tell us to call and file a claim. Didnt look at phone, check if it worked or ask any questions. Worst service ever! Persoanlly I have Verizon and have been in this situation. They took care of everything and new phone was mailed out the next day. So I was very surprised here with this service. Will never go back there again! Went to the corporate store the next day and had a much better experience. John was very helpful, engaged well with my hard of hearing mother and filed the claim for her. My wife and I arrived at the store while two of its anti-social workers were doting on rich immigrants. One diva mom was about to buy an expensive Apple phone for her zit-faced entitled high school son, one whose idea of hardship in life is probably defined by a frozen X-Box. The diva mom almost monopolized the entire 35 minutes we waiting. Fortunately that didn't happen because two other elder patrons appeared to be examining a smartphone and IPads for the first time in their lives. No greetings from the staff, no "I'll be with you in just a minute," no "we apologize for the delay"; nothing until we asked the guy how much longer it might be before we're attended to, until he answered in a most apologetic and servile manner. After 40 mins, we left. And we're a pretty polite and patient couple who are not unkempt or rude. It's amazing to see how much the servile were ingratiating the wealthier patrons from their own cultural diaspora; consumerist exclusion and prejudice at its best. If you want to study how people with stunted communication are like, please do visit this store. All those years of living life with technology in their hands have a created a population of adults and staff with poor social and interpersonal skills. If you want a good deal do give good business to others who deserve it. They exist: just signed up for two great plans at another provider and this was done in less than 15 minutes. read more

The large Asian guy working at this place is very rude and does not seem interested in helping customers with existing lines. This is a retailer not an official att&t store, they will not help convert phone numbers, or fix problems on your phone. The guy was difficult to understand due to his poor English and when I said another att&t store staff told us we could add my old number to this new phone he said "that's bullshit" really? This is new store opening, I went there to pay my bill, Eric has able to save me $10 on my monthly bill plus nice tablet for free.

I tried to cancel one line in my plan. The guy Eric helped me a lot. Really good and fast service! Much better than other at&t stores.

I'd put no star if possible! Lier and took forever to chase the rebates! They said 9 months but end up took 11 months chasing them every week in last month to get partial back. Store manager Tina always not there and others can't help on rebate; they said they'll ask Tina call back but NO, NEVER, have to go to store keep asking! Now another rebate can't honor because they said I didn't activate the phone...What the ...! How can you use the phone w/o activate it? What a B.S! Fine, I can forget the $50 but if that's the case, why the hell they can't find out and tell me earlier 3 months ago?! It's a business account with 10 lines and you got such lousy service! read more
