My daughter went in the store today a little before 5 o'clock and this older lady told her they were closed for the day. They close at 6, and there were 2 people in the store. All she wanted to do was turn in her phone. She needed help to clear it. The lady told her "They weren't taking any more customers." She said there were too many people waiting so she turned us away. This location has employees that scam the elderly in regards to their cell plans while also adding non-authorized services and applications. This is a corporate location that has more capabilities and should have higher standards. I am beyond frustrated with T-Mobile. I spent two full hours trying to get help--first waiting for over an hour just to speak with someone, and then wasting another hour being walked through "solutions" that didn't even work. Not only did I leave without a fix, but I also left with a headache and no time left in my day. Completely unacceptable service. My time is valuable, and T-Mobile clearly doesn't care about that. read more

I have been coming to the store since it opened and I've lived in the area my whole life. When I first opened it was a good mixture of young women and young men and greeting you when you walked in the door smiling and saying how can I help you in the past 6 months it seems like they've switched over to a high school type environment you walk in there on their phones they look irritated to help you because you interrupted whatever game or text messages they were doing they don't help to offer Solutions or to help make things easier. We have never been late on our bill and we have always upgraded every two years I will be going to a different office or storefront because I did not get any help the last time I was there they were rude they did not greet I don't know if it was because I came in 45 minutes before closing, but I did Express I was just there to see when I would be available for an upgrade to get the 2025 Samsung and my watch. read more

So I'm the type that rarely upgrades my phone. I came to upgrade my iPhone XR to the 13 Pro and before that I had the iPhone 6 lol, anyways we came here for the one good 5 star they had and I'm not sure why people don't leave more reviews! But so me & my boyfriend go in just to look at possibly upgrading because we haven't seen the 13 in person yet (just dropped a week ago) and we get greeted when we walk in, all that, there's a little bit of a wait but that's normal, we wait about 15-20 mins and then we get Jesus to come help us! He tells us all about the specs about each model and compares for me the two choices I wanted and goes through the color options. He even asks his co-worker to borrow his phone so I can see what it feels like in my hands! I didn't really care about color because I wasn't going to wait about 6 weeks for the blue lol so I pick the one that gets here the soonest for me. After that he breaks down the prices for the plan I have now versus the plan that he prefers. It's literally only like $1.20/m difference with so many more upgrades! So I upgrade, put in my pre-order & am ready to go! I had such a nice experience with Jesus and he made it super easy and was so patient with any and all questions we had! Thank you Jesus!!! I went there at 6:30pm and the door was locked. I went back the next day at 9:55am. I was standing out side until 10:20. There were 2 employees inside when I looked at 9:55. They did not open the door for business hrs. So I left. I called the store multiple times and still no answer. I guess they don't want to make any money or service their current customers. Went to this store yesterday to upgrade my old iPhone 6s. My phone was no longer able to update it stopped at iOS 11. Lol and all my bank apps and financial apps required the iOS 13 and above. If my old ass phone would continue to update my iOS I wouldn't be here. But that's how Apple keeps making their money lol. So I was helped out by Ivan. He's a rockstar full of knowledge with all the products at the store. We took a look at all the iPhones the iPhone se, iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone mini. After examining the phone specs and the actual phone. It came down to the prices. After I made my decision I went with the iPhone mini. The pro and the max you need a freaking wall mount to use the phone it's too big for me. Anyways they have a deal going on with the iPhone pros buy one get one but supplies are limited. If they are out they would have to order it and it will take a few days. Yes this store fulfilled CDC requirements and the store was very clean. I am happy with what I got and I got a new phone for the new year. read more
