    I ordered a tablet online. When I received it, they didn't even have an account setup for me so the device would not activate. They tried making me a postpaid account and AGAIN messed up and made the account a business one. I call the next day to return the tablet over the phone for the horrible service. They say SORRY but no mail-in returns, go to the store. When I get to the store I'm charged a $50 restocking fee. All of these errors were made on Verizons part and I have to pay a restocking fee? BS. I called customer care again to get that money refunded and they give me a new story: ANY OPENED BOXES ARE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE. Wow! They conveniently don't have that listed on their website. In fact, the page doesn't even work! (verizonwireless.com/returnpolicy) A HUGE waste of time speaking to 7 different supervisors and departments for them all to not be on the same page.

    SCAMMERS. I will be following up with BBB and the Corp office in SF and have contacted an attorney as well. I don't know how this experience could happen at a corporate store location of leading wireless company. Dec 6 my mom went to get a phone from this store location and walked out with a phone, new charger and service. Satisfied. Paid $139.44. Didn't realize til it was too late, no receipt was given. She thought it was placed in the bag. After the billing cycle came up, she was billed for $250 (not exactly) which included charges for use in the month of December and January..... She PAID for December. On her receipt (which was first seen today, January 19) it even has the expected bill amount due, which should have been around 140.. We spent over 10 HOURS and days and days on the phone with customer service trying to find out where her initial payment went? They didn't have a record of it! And everytime we spent time on the phone with CS we were magically disconnected right before they figured it out... she even has her banking statement! She went back to the location and was turned around again. The last time she went back, which was today, she came back OWING over $200 AND she gave her device and all back? Wtf? She had service for 3 weeks.... And if CS or the store would have been competent or honest enough to find her initial receipt in the first place, company policy states 30 day return policy with a $50 restocking fee.... You do the math. Crooks.... I believe the associate went back in, scanned her receipt, applied the "free phone" promo that they have running as of current, and refunded the payment back to his own debit card. That's why VERIZON had no record of her receipt for weeks....... She even asked the guy,"How could i walk out of here with a new phone, accessory, and an active line without paying anything??" After a long pause, he replied,"You just walked out??" Omg...... And the balls he must have to put this in her receipt as a reason for refund... check my pic.

    This is by far the worst Verizon store I've ever been to. The sales associate and manager were rude and dismissive. Unreal. Skip this one!

    I went in to ask some questions of my phone service contract. the wait was less than 5 minutes and…read morewe were taken care of by Miguel. we then went to a table and everything was going good until the fruit flies started flying all over us. we stayed put but after a few minutes we had to move tables due to the fact that there was so many. at the other table it was ok. but then it started again. one of them almost went into my nostril. i had to keep putting my hands up to brush them off. i felt so bad for miguel he was being harassed by the fruit flies too. i did not see any food or fruit out anywhere, so the question is where and why is that problem there. i couldn't bare be there more than 20 minutes i feel bad for your employees. is that even sanitary for your employees or your customers? you are a big company and i can imagine you can spare some money to take care of this problem. put your employees and customers safety first. i feel bad for your employees working there and have to deal with this unsanitary issue. Miguel is a great employee and he and your other employees deserve better, do better. miguels customer service was more than i expected. i hope if i go back soon, if i need any more information and not have to deal with fighting off the fruit flies. please do better. show how much you value your customers as well as your employees.

So, her ID didn't work, she didn't have her pin, but her credit card was able to charge her every month. My mom started to feel hopeless. Danny, the manager in turn, started getting into a shouting match with my dementia mother. He than, said he couldn't help. I called the company and finally after calling several times, they changed my mother's first name to her last. Now, trying to pay for my mother's bill has taken an hour an half so far today, even though I am in the account. ATT has the rudest and worst customer service I have ever seen! If you can, stay away from this company!!!

I was confused so I said "oh well we pay monthly to do the upgrade so you guys cover what's left and we pay like $100 or something." she said that's not how it works so I was confused but my husband did his since it was only $100 but mine was $600 so I said screw that. The whole time she's trying to get my husband to buy a case, screen protector and charger. We kept telling her no. So as we were leaving I look online and OMG I was right I did my trade in online and paid the usual $100 rather than her trying to scam me to pay $600. Also the phones come with a charger. She was just trying to scam and make more on commission. I did my trade in online AND got the color I wanted. Screw that place, you're better off doing it online!

Came in today to see if they could remove a stripped screw. Said "$35 if we could take it out". $35 for a stripped screw. I respected it regardless and said ok. 45 minutes later told me they couldn't and then showed me an even worse screw. First of all, the technician of the shop didn't talk to me then. It was another employee who couldn't tell much about the result, besides that they couldn't. I had to ask for the tech, and then when he came out, he didn't tell me anything besides that "he tried" and ignored me, looking at his TV or something. I walked away and he sarcastically told me to "have a good day" afterwards. I came back after looking at the device and seeing how badly they messed it up. Told me that they worked for "free" and that I was "bitching" and told me to "get the fuck out of here". Firstly, why would you pay anyone for a failed repair, much less one that made more damage?
