Disrespectful, Unprofessional, with an Extreme Lack of Knowledge/ Experience. I was in this store for an hour and was not helped. All I needed was a my info transferred to my new phone. The girl, Lucy did not try to have a conversation with me while helping me, instead she decides to converse, in Spanish, with another sale associate,Deborah. THEN Lucy orders her lunch over the phone right in front of me. I was very angry when I asked to have my screen protector on by Lucy. After 20 mins of trying,she tells me that the protector is "damage" and and that I need to get a new one...the screen protector was brand new. I will NEVER go back to this store. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is ridiculous. The lady that helped me get a new phone about a week ago told my fiancé and I that 1) the phone case, 2) roll on glass that goes on your screen as a protector, and 3) the Gpad tablet and case were all free. Yes you read that right, FREE!!! F-R-E-E!!! --FYI there was a promotion when we were there "get a free Gpad tablet. You only have to pay $10/mo for 'data'" I told my fiancé not to fall for it but he didn't listen. So we got the Gpad. Ughhhhh-- So basically, we "only" had to pay for the the down payment for the phone and the activation fee which came out to $200+. A week later we got our billing statement only to find out that we were paying an extra $35-40? For what?! So now we're physically at the T-mobile store trying to return the Gpad tablet and its case. Please don't fall for the "bundle packages!!!!" On the paperwork it says $0 down payment but really they split up the payments of the case & screen protector in your monthly payments, which I wasn't aware of at the time. I didn't know "free" really meant paying for the product in monthly payments. I'm being charged for $45 case and $40 roll on that glass shit, which I could find somewhere else for cheap! So sneaky!!! I barely switched over from Verizon to tmobile and I'm already an unhappy tmobile customer! Thank God it's been within the 14 days buyer's remorse. If we didn't get our billing statement, I'm pretty sure we would have gotten stuck with that stupid Gpad and case. UPDATE:: Surprise Surprise! The lady that helped us denied saying it was free! She supposedly said it came in a bundle. I don't recall her ever saying it was a bundle. So basically, she made my fiancé and I look like a fool since she "didn't say it was free." She didn't even mention that this "bundle" would be included in our monthly payments. Personally, if I wanted a case or any type of accessory, I would pay it upfront. No sneaky shit by including it in my monthly payments without me being aware of it. And I found it very annoying how the manager kept on trying to pressure/persuade us into keeping the Gpad and its case. Then after I found out about how I was paying for the accessories in monthly installments, I wanted to return my phone case and the glass screen protector. But the manager kept insisting. At least its clean, its the least they can do. Went to this location this Saturday at around 5pm to ask about my statement. Initially i was greeted and helped. I understand at times customer interactions can be awkward. However, as a former sales representative for Sprint, that is the time to break the ice, or inform the customer about deals. Whatever you do during that time is to talk to customers. Now what happens is the opposite. As she is pulling up the account she talks to her coworkers anout buying some tickets to a show. YOU NEVER DO THAT. Your supposed to acknowledge and engage the customer. If that was me at my old job, that would have been a write up. I'm all about customer service and honestly its not hard to be nice. I'm not sure if it's because i look young that people are so dismissive with mez but regardless of age or anything physical, the customer should always be acknowledged and not talked over. I just visited this store to cancel our account because we are closing our business. I had spent about 30 min. on he 800- call line waiting on hold and getting nothing but argument with the call tech. He kept trying to talk me into keeping the account open. After repeated attempts to make it clear and he putting me back on hold for 10 min. I finally went to this local T-Mobile store where I had originally opened acount 2 years ago. The customer service rep was very helpful and courteous and within minutes asked me to speak on the land line to rep. to verify my identity. I'm quite hard of hearing and the office was quite noisy along with back ground music. I could barely hear so I pulled down my mask for a minute to see if I could hear or communicate easier. Within 30 seconds the manager came barreling out of his office got in my face and without any apology said "Put your mask on or leave the store" Incredible rudeness. I would not recomend T-Mobile to anyone and I hope this manager is soon terminated or they will not have any customers left. T-Mobile is certainly not the only carrier out there. If there is rating of less than 1 that's what I could give. We were satisfied with our service up to now. But this was certainly over the top for rudeness. read more

I've been to this location a few times in the past, and honestly, i've always left unsatisfied. I went in today because my phone has been broken and it was time to get a new one. I walk in, and I got helped by Jackie. Jackie did a few things that honestly made the experience great. 1) She actually tried to help. We ran into some problems but she troubleshooted all of them and fixed all of them. 2) She was the only representative at the store that actually smiled. 3) She saved me money! I know the retail industry, and I know a lot of people who will accidentally "glance over" any potential savings and charge you extra. But Jackie saved me roughly 150$ today. Worst TMobile I've ever been to. I don't recommend it at all. My phone battery was running low so I asked them to lend me a charger while I waited and they put the charger on an extension cord on the floor and the cable was only two feet long. I either had to bend down while I use my phone or sit on the floor. I sat on the floor and they told me I couldn't. Did you really expect me to be bent over the whole time while my phone charges? I'm sure you had plenty of cables in the back, and the short cable was given intentionally to make me uncomfortable. Instead of looking for a longer cable you told me that I couldn't sit on the floor. Great way to take care of your customers. I've been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years. I've been a customer for years and lately been price shopping when my phone started acting up, just to see what other prices are out there..so I went to sylmar location first and wasnt happy with what I'd be paying for a basic single line monthly. I browsed around other carriers and for a couple months actually settled on not even wanting to deal with the transition of a new phone.. but I finally walked in to san Fernando location and left so happy. I Had Karla Help me. She was very helpful, managment was very helpful too he came, explained the deals and promos they were offering and talked me through each one until Karla came in to help. Took me about 10 minutes to be helped and left the store about an hour and a half later with 2 tablets and 4 phones ready to use. Thank goodness Gisele ( I believe her name was ) helped me. She was quick and friendly. She even greeted customers when they walked in even though she was busy with other customers. I had a guy helped me in the beginning. He came from the back and then took my name down to be on the wait list to be helped next. He was walking around the store while he could have been helping customers but he eventually stepped in to help. Overall the T mobile store was organized and clean. If I could leave a zero I would! Specifically because of the thief Salvador! Instead of helping me get service I had already paid for, he dismissed me and told me to call customer service. On what phone I dont know because the whole reason I was there is that I had NO service even though I had already paid. So I told him to call for me because I came for help and he said no! I told him to do his job and help me because I paid and they owe me service! So reluctantly he called and of course customer service told him to give me my service. Tell me why he didnt want to give it to me because he didnt want it to affect his store sales!?!?! He was saying this directly in front of me!! He told me I have to call a number and pay for the international service and I wouldnt gwt it on my phone until next month. I specifically asked again because I realized that he just will write me off unless I press him. So he said oh okay I can pay right there with him and get international service starting now. What the f***!! The service cost $15 but he charged me $20.he said the excess would go towards next month even though I told him I would never come back to t mobile! I called customer servixe and they refunded me immediatley becausr he was just staealing from me trying boost his pathetic sales. Thats all this jerk cares about!! So I made a complaint about him to customer service and they told me that he was so wrong and the whole time he never had to even call customer service and he should've just given me my phone service right away without trouble and the international service only cost $15 and he dis overxharge me and theyd refund me immediately! What a jerk. By the way there were only about 2 other customers in the entire store when I was there. Its not like it was busy! I hate t mobile now. Ive never felt more uncomfortable and disregarded at a phone store than when I go to this location. They suck! Idk how people like that have jobs.
