However, as soon as he asked me to pull up my account on my phone, two other employees started asking him for help with their customers. Instead of focusing on assisting me, he repeatedly turned his attention to them. If he was going to help me, I expected to have his full attention and a more professional level of service. I was fully willing to move forward with adding another line and upgrading my phone, but the experience left a very poor impression. Because of how the situation was handled, I decided to leave and close my account with them. I ended up moving both of my lines to Verizon, which offered an excellent deal and much better customer service.
