The 40 dollar screen protector they recommended had already lost its adhesiveness when it was put on. When asked for a replacement or refund. Store rep Aleka and manager Val made various excuses like being unable to resell the part at their store, that it's against compliance?, and that i should have bought the extended warranty on the part. Mind you the defect was immediately visible and I brought it to their attention immediately. The company either needs an overhaul on their policy or Val and Aleka retrained.

I wanted to look at. my husband was also able to solve an issue with an older laptop computer that we had and he only had to wait about 10 minutes to get that service and only about five minutes to get it updated. The staff were really friendly and patient and explained everything so we could understand it all. Despite many offers from my service provider, I decided to take the plunge and buy the phone. I knew I wanted it enhanced photographic ability and read about the phones online before I went to the Apple Store. That made it a lot easier to make a selection once I was there and the knowledgeable sales staff really helped me to compare my old phone with the upgrades in the new phone. I chose the new 17 because of the enhanced photo and video capability. I was able to get one right away from the store. I also got this safety screen put on there and paid for insurance for my phone for a year. The only thing left to do was set it up, which I did at home and found to be incredibly easy. She helped me pick out a case, extra cords and a fast charging station. As you know when purchasing a new phone you are there a while. Emily did the exchange from my old phone to new, quite efficient. While waiting we started looking at TV's. Karli came by and explained some of the features and best models. She gave us pricing for delivery, set-up and haul always. So a new TV is next on our list to visit. We also purchase extra cords, plugs etc. , for our phones and also get laptops, etc. from Best Buy.
