FRIENDLY & HELPFUL AT FIRST! In March 2017 we visited the Selden store and dealt with Hira Fatima. She seemed to be knowledgable and provided good customer service to all us. We were advised to bring her our Verizon bills that we will receive for cancelling and for the phones that we traded in and she would submit it for payment. It never happen! Unfortunately the cellular service was another story. After 6 weeks of hundred of dropped calls, dead areas, bad connections and too many hours on the phone with Tmobile customer care we had to go back to Verizon. When I went back to her to follow up she could care less and said she can not help us because we cancelled our service! I asked her for direction on who to speak to and who she sent the bills into, she was no help! AND T MOBILE has yet to make any payment to Verizon, 8 months later! read more

My experience here was horrible. The worst part is that my salesperson was the manager Hera. We bought iPhones on a promotion that required us to mail our phones back. We received our phones but never received the packing slip and return label for our old phones. We called the store numerous times for about a week looking for her. When we finally found her she was sorry and realized that the day she fixed the problem was the last day to send our phones back. She was sorry then offered my fiancée and I a discount which we did not ask her for or tell her that we needed to be compensated. She told us we would have to comeback on the 1st of next month to get it applied. When I called her about it she acted as if she never said that and that she couldn't help us. Mind you she told us she put a note on our file. She promised us a lie and the funny part is we weren't even looking for anything but for our problem to get fixed. She is either is very forgetful person or a Liar. Either way that was my very last time going there and you should think twice yourself. Oh and she never gave the discount which was $100 off my bill. Go to the T-Mobile by Starbucks down the block or by smith haven mall trust me DONT COME HERE!!! read more

Absolutely horrible. At first had good service. Than everything went down hill which will be way too time consuming to write about. BUT if you FALL INTO THE TRAP of switching from another carrier to T-Mobile BEWARE!!! They say you'll get a refund amount of whatever your current carrier charges you to cancel your plan BUT what they don't tell you is that you have to take a picture of proof of the charge and send it to them. I have been waiting 3 months since he they said it would be here in two months and I decided to call. 611 told me I need to take a picture of the charge now !?!?!? FURIOUS !! read more

Ignore these old reviews. I had an issue with my service and the gentleman at the store went above and beyond and helped me fix everything up. Had a few questions about government discounts and my plan that the T-Mobile phone support had no answers for, but the employees at this store knew everything. Top notch. read more
