A Horrible Experience - Broken Promises and Terrible In-Store Service If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with T-Mobile over the last five months has been nothing short of frustrating, deceptive, and completely unacceptable. Back in September, I was assured that the unnecessary insurance on my account would be removed. Fast forward two months later, and I find out they never removed it and had been charging me the entire time. When I confronted them in November, they admitted the mistake but told me I had to maintain the insurance for two more months to qualify for a full reimbursement. I agreed, trusting their word. Now, here I am, five months later, and they are refusing to honor their promise. The new store manager tells me he can't issue the credit because the regional manager has frozen all credit payments, forcing customers to call customer service instead. I do just that--only to have customer service tell me it's a retail issue and that the store needs to handle it. To make matters worse, I had both the store manager and customer service rep on the phone with each other, and even after acknowledging the situation, the store still refused to issue the credit--despite admitting they have the ability to do so! Their excuse? The regional manager decided they simply won't use store credits anymore. Let me be clear: If a company makes a promise, it must be honored. Period. Poor training, mismanagement, or bad internal policies are NOT the customer's problem. The only reason I upgraded my phone at this location was because of the reimbursement they promised--one they are now backtracking on. The only positive experience I had was with the customer service rep, who genuinely tried to help. The in-store experience, however, was a complete disaster, filled with corporate red tape and outright dishonesty. I will NEVER buy anything from this store again, and T-Mobile as a whole needs to do better. If you value your time, money, and sanity--go elsewhere. read more

this store is the worst experience I've ever had. The salesman know absolutely nothing about what they're selling. I was not told what I was supposed to do as a consumer, and this led to T-Mobile not reimbursing me over $1000 on the keep and switch plan. I would not recommend anybody going to the store for any reason. The managers of the store also refused to help me in anyway. I hope this helps anybody trying to make a decision on what carrier not to get. read more

When my metro phone stopped working I went to T mobile thinking they'd have better service and were closer to my home. I told the manager Pierre that I had 200minutes of international calling , mobile hot spot, unlimited text email voice and data..and wanted that service again. 8 was told Mobile could provide that for $55/ month. So I took the deal. Next I find out that international calling set up will cost me 25 cents per minute to Europe additional and if I pay with credit card I will be charged $5 more per month. I contacted customer service to try to correct this error...was told they'd check into it...no change made...I got a bill for $60 for Feb which I've tried to dispute..but had to have phone service so was over a barrel and paid while the issue was being resolved. Now I've received a bill for $89 which On trying to dispute. I've spent hours and hours trying to deal with this sham outfit. They have told me I had to pay the Extra 34 because international calling was added after So got the service. I told them that wasn't what *d signed up for...basically *was being charged for something I didn't agree to and would have stayed w metro had I known what a scam Tmobile was pulling read more

Worst experience dealing with this store. Misinformation on promotions led to me stuck in a device contract for 2 years or else I would have to pay $1600 for the two phones. Both the sales representative and manager confirmed multiple times that my plan was qualified. Insurance totaling $50 per month was added for all my devices and I was charged a mid cycle charge of $70. All of this was done without my knowledge. After speaking with T-Mobile corporate on three different occasions they said I do not qualify for the promotion and said they would honor it though since I was misinformed at the store. After speaking with a representative today, they said there is no way for them to honor the promotion manually. I rarely write reviews, but people should be aware that this is a retail store, not T-Mobile. T-Mobile does not stand by their loyal customers even if an authorized retailer is operating unethically and not in the best interest of their customer. read more

I needed to transfer my AT&T service over to T-mobile and the manage Drew was great! It look over an hour and a half for everything to transfer, but I didn't lose anything and he was so patient with me and my lack of techy-ness! read more

Not very knowledgeable on their product line. Was told by a customer service rep that I needed to take my phone to a store and have my SIM updated. The store is within walking distance to my home! VERY CONVENIENT! Sales associate had no clue what I was talking about and told me that the T-Mobile operator must have been " new". I tried to have him call to find out but all he wanted to do was sell me a new phone. No way!!! I drove clear into town to the 312 location. They knew exactly what I was talking about and updated the SIM. Now I get connectivity in places I hadn't before! So beware of this store in Murabella, they have no clue what they are doing! read more
