This was probably phone number 7 or 8 I had bought since I started using Metro in 2014. I paid for the Moto g 5G in full along with a new case and screen protector. No deal, no discount. This month I switched to a new service. Metro by T-Mobile is refusing to unlock my Moto g 5G phone so that I can use it with another account claiming that I have to continue service with them for 12 MONTHS before they will unlock a device that I paid for in full with no discount or promotion attached. Nor was I told that by purchasing a phone from them obligated me to using their service for 12 months before they would electronically unlock it and allow it to be used with any other service. That is fraud. And they might as well of stolen the phone from me since I have no ability to use it. $200.00 gone for NOTHING! Stay away from METRO by T-MOBILE if you don't want to be scammed.

I don't believe it's an option to refuse. Once you get registered, you can go in and shop. Tell the person who comes to help you, that you're a newb (if you are) and they'll want to know a few things about what you're looking for. It helps if you do a little research before you go. I literally phoned a friend who has been going to dispensaries for a while. She explained the ins and outs about certain products and what they do before I went so I generally knew I didn't want to smoke anything and that gummies would be my chosen delivery mechanism. There are different types of processing they do, just like with food and drug processing that you should be aware. Solvents are used in some of the manufacturing processes, but you can get solvent free versions which is what I prefer. I found that the gummies are slightly softer and their flavor is much better in my opinion. I tried watermelon, cherry, and berry flavors (dark berry - looks blue) and the brand I decided to go with is solvent free. I mean, why put bad chemicals in your body when you're going with natural products like these? They cost a little more but in my opinion, they're worth it. I need to get back to the local store. This one is in Oxford. There's another that I went to for my first time over in Walled Lake. Both are excellent stores. The people at Oxford are very knowledgeable, friendly, and happy (go figure, lol!) They'll answer all your questions and they're very patient if they're not super crowded. If you're concerned about it being too crowded to get your questions asked and answered, call the store before you go to see how busy they are and tell them you're a newb and have lots of questions. This is a small family run business where the owner, Chris Everly, is quite friendly and outgoing and has very fair and competitive pricing in comparison to other junk removal companies in the area. He held to his pricing/quote even as the job unfolded where my hot tub design was more difficult and time consuming than he had anticipated based on the unique design of my Caldera Spa (Loose blown insulation versus typical solid foam) and the fact that the underlying structure had water logged and rotted over time greatly complicating the job. Throughout this protracted job, Chris and his son were upbeat and positive and at the end of the day honored their quoted price where others would have pressured for additional money. This spoke volumes to me on this mans integrity where you wish this would be the norm but all too often is not. The other key thing I greatly appreciated was the effort they put in to clean up all the loose blown in insulation at the end of the job, which literally was everywhere, where they left me with a clean deck and reminded of a cardinal rule I learned long ago as a young engineer that "you always leave a clean workspace at the end of the day". Nice! Overall I am a big fan of this company and strongly recommend that you consider these guys for any Junk removal project you might have for all the reasons I stated. I called the office about a chalazion in my eye and asked when I could come in they told me they can squeeze me in 30 minutes from them.
