This month I switched to a new service. Metro by T-Mobile is refusing to unlock my Moto g 5G phone so that I can use it with another account claiming that I have to continue service with them for 12 MONTHS before they will unlock a device that I paid for in full with no discount or promotion attached. Nor was I told that by purchasing a phone from them obligated me to using their service for 12 months before they would electronically unlock it and allow it to be used with any other service. That is fraud. And they might as well of stolen the phone from me since I have no ability to use it. $200.00 gone for NOTHING! Stay away from METRO by T-MOBILE if you don't want to be scammed.

I google and find this place with my battery in stock and go to the store in my aunts car to pick up the battery. the gentlemen working had no clue about car batteries. to make matters worse my phone died. he ends up finding my battery and we go to check out and I scanned my card and it says approved but it didn't print a receipt. So the guy goes to the next computer and trys to ring me up AGAIN. Absolutely not. He told me to pull up my online banking to prove it went through. But my phone was dead. The gentleman makes me drive all the way home to get my phone charger so I can show him that my card was charged. wouldn't give me the battery until I could prove it went through. I go home and grab my charger and he calls me on my way back saying that everything is fine and I can come get the battery. When I show up he still asks to prove it went through on my end. I had to go home swap my batteries and come back for a third time to return my core. I'm not even sure the receipt he did print for me was even mine. Long story short. I know a dead car battery is never easy or quick but if you want to make your day longer/harder/more frustrating THIS IS THE PLACE.

I told the Phone Plug guys the situation, they hooked my phone up to a lightning cable to give me a quick charge while we talked. Because I had tacos in the car and had to go when my phone turned on, he sent me with a phone charger on the house because he was "afraid my phone would turn off again and I would get lost". Sadeq is a great guy who runs a very professional business. I saw several people come and go and each left with their different tech issues solved promptly. This level of care, concern, and consideration was so personable and an excellent representation of the city during my travels. Just flat out good guys doing good work. They said try again on Monday. We called the following Monday (one week after drop off) and they said try again tomorrow. We ended up just going and picking it up without any cleaning service done to it. This is not somewhere I would recommend if you're looking for quick service.
